I paid at check in (40 USD!!) but they lost the record of it and I didn’t double check so when I went in the morning made me wait then go back to the front desk and wait for them to go find the invoice to prove I had not paid and then I had to go back to the dining room and sign some new paper and then charged me 50 usd for a very okay buffet. All this before coffee.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days before flying back home. Downtown Zürich is a ten minute train ride making it easy to get out to shop or eat, with a much more affordable rate. Room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very professional and friendly.
