We asked for the room to be cleaned at reception and it was recorded on the system, this was not done.
We also asked and paid for a airport view room on the 4th floor this was also not done. the chap on the desk at check in said only requested nothing guaranteed. This hotel was also card only not everyone in our group had cards. shame it was a nice hotel.

The hotel itself is well-kept, extremely convenient relative to the airport and the business I needed to conduct. Breakfast is well-presented and easy.

However, this time when I checked in, the staff member stated that there was a CHF 65 fee, as I now understand it for early check-in, but he would waive that fee if I scanned the QR code on top of the desk and give them a 5-Star rating immediately. I consider this \"Ratings Extortion,\" extraordinarily unprofessional, and horrible Guest Experience.

I gave that rating, as bribed to do so, to avoid that fee...not because they deserved it. Note: extorting Guests to give great ratings in exchange for unreasonable and unwarranted favors is not a great way to sustain or grow a business.

An basic airport hotel and was great for the one night as we passed through Switzerland. The family room was 2 interconnecting rooms which worked out well with 2A + 1C. Helpful with a Subway and Aldi and also and another supermarket across the road. Barely heard the planes (we were on the road side) but if you a light sleeper, you may.

Clean, quiete, great saunas (wet and dry). Perfect to relax after a long flight oversee. Pick up at the airport every 30 minutes just outside arrival 1.They will send you directions.
Shuttle back to airport something like 10 USD. Will use again.

Mosleh (?) at reception was very nice to let me check in earlier unlike his female coworker.
The room I was assigned was a long walk from the elevator and didn’t have a good view.
The breakfast was the same fare everyday.
The gym was small and had very limited machines and equipment but the sauna was nice.

Room was amazing, spotless and very comfy with the duvee. The TV was watching me, I feel asleep so fast! Went to restaurant downstairs and they prepared a tray for me to take it to my room and could leave it there when I was done. Very appreciative!! Great place to stay by airport, very quiet and shuttle service to airport was right on Swiss time!

Worst first trip to Switzerland just because if the hotel I decided to stay for 5days.coming from someone who live in south beach and work in the hotel industry,from Melia to Starwood,Hilton ect I was very disappointed.there were no smiles just “Hello” from the staff.they were very very prejudice it was like speaking English was a problem not including the fact that I’m an African American man.i know this for a fact because i observe how they interact with other non English non African American people there.it was the same treatment at the super market “Migros”across the street as well.Honestly I’m disgusted by this ignorance.i spent a lot of money flying and booking a hotel just to get treated as if I was trespassing.the breakfast attendant males were very rude one even reached over my food to get himself a bowl of cereal .talk about unprofessionalism.imagine eating the same 3 or 4 things on the menu for breakfast and dinner for a few days.i would not be staying here ever again .i don’t advised it to anyone traveling to Switzerland. The morning i checked its unfortunate that’s when I met the only professional ,welcoming front desk “Jens” .he was helpful giving directions to the airport ,checking in /departure ect and friendly.i will also write a letter to “H world International” about this interaction.

Hallway carpet had stains all over. The blanket on the bed was not big enough to fit a couple. It wasn’t even the width of the bed. The WiFi was not provided in room or on the key card envelope and you had to physically go to the lobby to ask for the password.
My husband and I went to the bar and was ignored on multiple occasions to have drinks refilled. I would not recommended staying here unless you want a bad experience.

The cost was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable, and the proximity to the airport made it a great choice. We were able to book their shuttle for a 4:35 AM ride to the airport on our way out of Switzerland. The restaurant menu was pretty limited. Otherwise it was a good stay.

At the restaurant I request dinner at the same time with my partner she finished and I still waiting. Thereafter they said didn’t have what I ordered I wait an other hour to have dinner.
I have a rewards drink and request wine. They said only beer…I do not come back again.

Check in was easy with Sun helping us. She was
lovely and helped us with all our questions. We were
on the 2nd floor and the room was fine, really
liked the shower, best one we had during our
stay. Breakfast was good. Only stayed 1 night
but did go into town for the evening and the
train was close by. Would stay here again.

Had high hopes for this property based on reviews. The horrible experience started at the airport. We had called them & they told us where the airport shuffle pickup was. We went, it was raining & cold. Airport sign said there was pickup always at 20 and then again at the 50 minutes of the hour. Well, we waited a whole hour + to get picked up. So many shuttles came by & we asked each driver if they knew where intercity shuttle was & they would say “it’s next” “in 10 minutes” but it never was. We called the hotel several times to a very rude front desk man who didn’t seem concerned & even gas lit us that we were in the wrong pickup spot. Once the shuttle came, the shuttle couldn’t even take the whole group bc so many people were waiting & there were only limited spots. The shuttle ride is also nauseating & poor driving skills by the driver. So we get to the hotel nauseous & around 9:30, hungry, & the front desk staff never apologized for the inconvenience. We did get a free drink voucher at the restaurant.We went up to our room & our shower has a 3 foot curtain covering the transparent wall that would have let your roommate see you in your entirety during the shower. We saw another room that was open w/ the cleaning woman inside of it with a curtain. We told the front desk about this & they didn’t believe us. They said there are none. They switched our rooms but were most concerned if “they could still sell” the room. No apology. Also 6 am vacuuming woke us up.

This is purely an airport hotel. It was clean. The people were not friendly. The hotel restaurant is incredibly expensive even for Switzerland. Food choices pretty bad.
There’s a Migros across the street, but you have to practically kill yourself to get across the construction. I can’t believe they have the audacity to make you pay 8 Fr to get a lift back to the airport.
The gym has two bikes, one elliptical one bad treadmill, and weight machine that doesn’t work.
It’s fine. It’s an airport hotel. Wasn’t expensive. You get what you pay for.

Although I was critically ill and had a doctors letter saying that I had a communicable disease and I was medically unable to travel and I notified this hotel well in advance of my scheduled arrival that I had no choice but to cancel my trip, this greedy hotel refused to reimburse my $200. This was the only hotel that refused to do so. They said that it was a cancellation penalty. I am 89 years old and have a limited budget so this was a hardship for me. I would never make the mistake of booking this hotel again nor would I ever ever recommend it to any of my friends.

No coffee in the room. It was not replenished. The room was cold and there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. There was an empty box of KLEENEX tissues. The room was not cleaned daily nor the bed not made. It was not worth the money and I would NOT RECOMMEND INTERCITY HOTEL TO ANYONE.

On day one staff knocked on our door 3 different times despite the do not disturb sign on our door to ask if our room needed cleaning and all 3 times we said NO. The 4th time we still said no and they came in to clean anyways while I was laying on the bed in my underwear. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The room sounds like it’s going to shake apart whenever someone walks in the hall or closes their door. Stay anywhere else if you want sleep

Next day our flight had a delay and I asked if I can change the hour for our shuttle and they said no, I asked if I can cancel and they said imposible.
