The breakfast buffet was excellent. My stay at the Holiday Inn Messe was excellent and I accomplished what I needed to do in Zurich. Travelocity offered a good deal to me with round trip tickets from Dulles to Zurich on SAS and four nights with buffet breakfast at the Holiday Inn at Messe in Zurich.

We were denied break fast on the first day of check-in. Thye said that information for break-fast did not reach their web -site. I had to show my booking information, a little later (when I got acces to the emails) about the break-fast. By that time it was 10.30AM and told us that the break fast time is over. Infact, they should refund the money for 2 person's break fast.

It was okay!

We were disappointed with the fact the hotel did not have wash cloths. The tub only had coverage for a portion of the tub so water would get in the floor which cause a risk for us to potentially fall and hurt ourselves.

The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Nice hotel. Is not near the center of the city, but is easy to get to using public transportation. Is not convenient if you want to get to here from the airport by public transportation as you will have to change trams. Easy car ride from the airport though. A nice clean hotel to stay if you transiting through Zurich. But staying closer to the city center is better.

I wish the hotel had laundry services. Also, when they cleaned our rooms, they didn't replenish coffee and cream. The hotel charged us 24 Swiss Francs for parking one night. This is way too expensive.

The WiFi doesn’t connect to PC laptops, so getting work done is difficult. There isn’t a nearby place to go to for WiFi. The staff told me that this problem will be solved in the near future.

I stayed here one night on my way to Geneva. All around, the hotel was ok. Room and hotel were clean and nice but staff was inconsistent. They weren’t particularly quick, but they were nice. The woman who checked me in said breakfast was at 6am. I went at 6. There was a line for 30 min. Breakfast was at 6:30am. Clearly I was not the only person who was given the wrong time. None of the staff came by to let anyone know. They just let us stand in line. The breakfast was nice, but they ran out of things quickly and were slow to replace as there seemed to be limited staff. Overall, my experience was ok.

Fraud transaction-500 swiss franc from credit card

I really could not understand why you people did this with me. when i already paid all the bills which was actually prepaid before the hotel check in. I have also paid the taxes at the time of checkin and we did not take even any thing in your hotel neither breakfast nor dinner then why you people have charged 500 swiss franc to us. I can see this transaction in my american express credit card. I did not use this card at the time of checkout but you have done this fraud with me.It is a really big amount please refund this unnecessary bill as soon as possible.

Had a good stay for a couple of days. Good location for me (5 minutes to customer and 16 minutes to the airport on Tram10). Quiet room, everything worked. Lots of British TV channels.

Nice hotel with easy access to Zurich City Centre

Had a pleasant two night stay here. Staff were polite and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, a good size and air conditioned.Only downside was the door to bathroom was made of glass and lacked privacy. There are buses/trams outside hotel which can get you to the centre of Zurich in 15-20 mins. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Worst bathroom ever

Hotel staff (Ms. Gadlys and Natali were the starts of the hotel. Woman in breakfast room was the worst employee

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the smaller side, lack of mini fridge was disappointing. The bed was alright, very firm mattress and the pillows were paper thin, but the duvet was nice. Bathroom had scant toiletries that weren't restocked, and we were given dirty towels but they were easily exchanged. Be aware the bathroom offers no privacy with sliding glass doors; ours in particular was opposite a mirror so the bed was visible from the toilet and vice versa -_-
