Hands down impecable customer service, amenities and location.
Stayed for 1 night and ended up coming back for 1 more night due to flight cancellation.
We did not request for early checkin but we were able to at 2pm and stayed till 12pm as normally checkout is 11am. Staff very accomodating and friendly.Hotel location was the best within 1 minute walk to Dennys and Mcdonalds. Hotel also provides airport shuttle for free which made everything just perfect.
Best stay if you're looking for a hotel near FLL!!!

The staff were ok. Not really very overly friendly. Seemed somewhat bothered by our need for help in our room when all the lights weren’t working or the phone was unplugged behind the bed. Cleanliness was poor. Dust and dirt in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room was dirty and stained. Broken sitting desk with a water bubbled top. The windows would not open, They didn’t have screens to open for fresh air. When we walked into the room it had a very strong smell of mold coming from the air conditioner. So we immediately turned it off. We were very disappointed with it being a Best Western Plus. It was very shabby. Beds were comfortable but the covers were old and not clean. We are so sorry to have to share this with you . But we will never come back.

hotel was ok, we got what we paid for. It did not say anywhere that the pool was closed for renovations. There was a shuttle to a neighbouring hotel to use their pool but it was just ok. Room was clean breakfast was good, not a great offering but it was something to get our day started. Found a couple of the staff members a bit off putting with how they handled people and issues. Was very upset to see the one woman on the front desk parked in the handicap spot right out front with no placard.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Airport shuttle was complimentary, Port Everglades shuttle available for fee. Breakfast was complimentary but the day we went there were way too may people it was like a zoo and no where to sit so we just walked across the parking lot and could choose from Denny's or McDonald's. Overall despite the negative couple of things, this hotel is in an ideal location and very convenient and we would stay here again.

Room was ready earlier than the time listed so we could settle in and unpack. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Airport shuttle was complimentary but you had make sure the staff wrote in their book what specific time you required it. There was also Port Everglades shuttle for a fee which was also convenient. Location of hotel was ideal. We would stay here again.

Shuttle was ok. Room was full of mold and a strong smell of bleach. One elevator will not go to odd number floors and need to use both to get to desired floor. No pool or hot tub looks like it has been down for a long time. Expedia should remove this hotel.

WeI were given a room on the first level , it was the loudest accommodation possible. We could here foot traffic, elevators and the noise from the highway. We were unable to sleep that night , the next morning we insisted we be move to a higher level in the hotel. We made reservations weeks in advance so I don’t understand why the hotel employee placed us in that noisy room. We are seniors and after four hours of driving, we were hoping to get a good night sleep.

Furniture need updating, air condition was so loud. Bad location no much nearby. Breakfast ok. Airport shuttle had to wait an hour and a half . Should provide complimentary shuttle to Dania outlet since there is nothing around only McDonald, Denny’s and gas station. Hotel run down and under renovation.

The room was fine, nothing fancy, but fairly clean. There were no outlets near the bed which was an issue because I use a CPAP machine. Liked the location near a couple places to eat as I did not have a car. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

There for a week. Damp smell in room. My phone didn't work and they never replaced it. I had to ask for the room to be made up daily and several times had to remind them. They never replaced the cups or emptied the ice bucket. At one point I spotted bugs (so small I couldn't identify) and it took 2 reports on 2 separate days before they sent someone to see what I was talking about. The woman argued with me that they were marks on the furniture until I literally pointed to the moving creatures. They finally sent in three people to strip the bed, clean the room thoroughly and spray for the bugs. The furniture has seen better days, but the bed was comfortable. Only one electric plug worked. No USB worked. Breakfast choices were above average. Bathroom/shower nice but low water pressure and shower floor slippery and nothing to hold onto. Stayed because of location to family function; wouldn't go there again. Very disappointed, always liked Best Western hotels.

I’m giving two stars because the stuff was great.
I could’ve saved myself a lot of money with a discount hotel, and have the same experience. The room was noisy by the highway Windows didn’t open cable TV only work partially room was always damp, there is no bathroom fan. Outlet is not working. Breakfast was disappointing because the eggs were not real. They made some powder. And the sausages were not cooked well. Limited I’m out of fruits.

The airport shuttle when we arrived was a20 minutes wait but other people going to the same hotel were waiting for over 2 hours. Very unacceptable!!
Breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose.
Room had NO refrigerator!!!
Air conditioner was extremely loud and the noise from highway nearby was awlfull.
Bed was not comfortable at all!!

The floor in the room was dark woodgrain tile, after walking around the room in our bare feet, then getting into the shower, the floor of the shower was filthy from the dirt on our feet. Reported this to the front staff, they simply asked the room number, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The corner chair in the room had a large stain on the cloth seating.

We needed a place to stay for one night due to flight delays after delays. It was a 10 minute drive from the airport. There is a Denny’s and McDonalds right next door and a gas station across the street. The room was okay looks like it was newly refurbished but still has an older

The check-in process was delayed by 45 minutes. The room was inadequately cleaned, and the housekeeping service was notably deficient.

Additionally, the hotel shuttle service experiences extended waiting periods prior to pickup from the airport due to staffing shortages. The same reception staff handling check-ins also manage shuttle pickups. Attempts to contact the reception were unsuccessful, as no response was received despite multiple calls.

While the hotel benefits from an excellent location, the quality of services provided does not meet the standards expected, especially when compared to Best Western hotels in Canada.

Room was dated. Chair had an attached tray that was worn out and flopped around. Useless for sitting anything on. Hallway stinks of cigar/cigarette smoke from check in to check out. Elevators were a joke. Step in press the floor then step out allow doors to close then call again. Yes seriously. It’s on an instruction sheet taped to the elevator. Said there was a pool but it was down for major repairs. It was all ripped apart. Definitely not a redo

The entire hotel was a disaster. From the room to the complementary breakfast. The furniture is breaking down, the AC is broken, the bathroom was gross, the bed pillows hard as bricks, the breakfast was cold and woefully non existent. The $150 i spent on this hotel is crime. Im demanding a refund. Ill challenge my credit card company to demand a full refund. Best Western you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Clean-ish room, poor breakfast. Took several attempts to get someone to answer the phone for the shuttle from the airport. When they finally did answer, the process of being picked up took an hour and a half, even though the hotel is about 4 miles from the airport!!

I was a bit nervous staying here after reading reviews of this hotel, but was glad I stayed here. While the hotel is by the highway and you can hear noise, I had a travel fan that did drown out the noise and it did quiet down overnight. Others stated it was dirty, but it just needs a little bit of love from the owners because the main areas are used so much that the traffic patterns make it look dirty. The room we stayed in was clean and looked updated. The only thing that should have been mentioned is that the shower temperature is backwards so I thought we didn’t have warm water until I called the front desk. The staff was outstanding and nice.

The hotel is an older hotel. Staff was nice, the shuttle driver Paola was AMAZING!
The room was not clean. Lipstick on Kleenex left in the box and trash in the trash can. Had a previous guest who stayed in the room before me came back knocking on the door, spewing profanity to management about he was put out. He left his money in the safe and wanted access to the room that was already rebooked to me. The pool is located at another hotel but they offer a shuttle to it.

This hotel is falling apart and dirty. There are large stains on the only chair in the room it looks like it was bought at a thrift store in very used condition. The TV turns on but onlyfuzz on the screen. There are no plugins on either side of the bed. You are unable to charge your phone while you’re in the bed. You also have to get out of bed to turn on or off the bedside light. There are only 2 lamps in our room. Not overhead lighting at all in the room. The bathroom wallpaper is falling off the walls and the shower faucet is not installed correctly when you want to turn it off it blasts you with ice cold water from the rain shower you have to keep turning the faucet until about 8 O'clock to get the water to turn off. The window is closed but so thin it sounds like it is opened. It is none smoking but there is an extremely strong smell of Pot in the hallway and the smell came into our room as well. There was no way to keep the smell out because the gap was so big around the top sides and bottom of the door we did not have enough towels.

No ice on our floor (someone said ground floor only), and no refrigerator. Free airport shuttle (saw a sign for cruise port shuttle for a minimum cost). Basic free breakfast, but Dennys and McDonald’s right next door.
