The hotel was difficult to navigate with luggage. We were given the wrong room, then told that that was all they had and were unwilling to work with us because we used a second party site. I also heard the desk person tell a child to go buy his own shower curtain if he wanted one. We didn't have basics such as kleenex or hand soap.

Given that:
-the room conditions were unsanitary and uninhabitable,
-the room materially differed from the booking description,
-the hotel failed to provide an equivalent replacement,
and the hotel canceled the reservation.

The worst staff I have every stayed. After searching all 4 floors for ice I went to the front desk. I was told rather rudely that \"We don't have ice!\"
We had booked 2 King rooms. 1 was king but the other was 1 full size beds. Again when I inquired at the front desk I was told to take that up with the 3rd party that I booked it through. I would never stay there again. Bad Bad Bad...

I picked this “hotel” based on photos on Expedia.com.

I think the photos are NOT representative of the typical room. Our room was old and shabby. It lacked any of the standard hotel/motel room amenities such as a phone, clock, chair, table, workspace, safe, unused electrical outlets for charging phones, etc.

This place seemed to me to have once been a 1980s era motel. A 6’ wrought iron security fence was added and surrounds the building making me wonder about the safety of my car. Other than the security fence little seems to have been done since the 80s.

All rooms are accessed from the outside of the building, just like most motels. Our room had 2 large windows that had chain driven shades without any curtains.

I would never stay here again and I may not trust Expedia in the future.

Yes the room was neglected, the room needed major repairs the faucet had a humongous crack in it, the tub had a rust spot that was the size of a quarter and just as deep. When entering the room had such a strong cleaning smell that it should have been aired out, instant headache, and the husband said there was an awful smell by his bed when he was trying to sleep. When we headed down for the continental breakfast they should not be washing the floor as you are trying to eat should be done before guest arrive.

I never got to stay at Hotolos. When I arrived to check in the hotel had no record of a reservation for me. However the very nice women at the front desk did everything she could to help me find another hotel but all of the hotels in town were booked.

Rooms are nice size - better if you get a king bed versus the 2 doubles. We only had 1 chair in our room for our small table, so wasn't helpful as there were 2 of us so we often ate at the pool. Staff are friendly. If arriving after hours (which we did), you can call security to meet you and check you in. Pool was nice to relax near, but music was turned up really loud every night around 8pm, so often took headphones to drown out some of the sound. Breakfast is small, but decent selection. Close to the beach, Publix, and a ton of shopping/restaurants. Also VERY close to the airport. Would definitely stay again - great price/value for money. Gated entrance to rooms.

Arrived at the hotel at 4 pm for check in to find that the reservation had been cancelled. Only explanation was that there was a \"leak\". Refund requested (Itinerary # 73356858891859). Completely unacceptable as there were no hotels available in the area under $400.

Tv was ridiculous and had to log in to apps except that you can't if you don't have the version that allows you to log in anywhere. Then the tv would keep pausing no matter which app I used and couldn't keep watching. At one point it just stop playing. Very disappointing and frustrating. Could of used hand soap or body wash in both the shower and sink. Also the AC unit was pretty loud. Had to turn it on low just to quiet it a little. Other than that it was clean and towels were soft.

This place is a joke! Cardboard furniture, TV which required apps to view anything, internet too slow to run any app on the TV! The “continental breakfast” was very minimal … nothing hot at all, i.e. no eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. They only had some store bought muffins & bagels. The pool area was the best part of this place! BEWARE!

The initial room had an intoxicating smell coming from the ac unit so we had to be switched to another room. The front desk agent was very helpful in accommodating the switch.

Staff are not very personable at all. The rooms have cardboard furniture and the TV is not functional unless you have apps to stream your own services! And, on that note, their internet service is too slow to handle streaming, so you may as well not have a TV at all! Additionally, the continental breakfast is merely coffee (no creamers, just whole milk and almond milk), bagels, muffins, and some fruits, so I don’t know what continent they have lived on to call it a continental breakfast, but it’s not ours! I paid $250 a night and am not happy in the least! They should not be in business deceiving people the way they are. BEWARE!!!

Horrible hotel. We booked this hotel at 10:45 pm after we missed our connecting flight due to delays. The front desk closes at 7pm. They do not tell you this until after you have paid. They send you an email with a number to call if you are checking in after 7:00pm saying someone is always onsite but no one answers the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and another sign posted on the door with a different number to call for emergencies. No one answers this number either. There were 2 other families outside at that time with the same issue. They leave you stranded.

Rooms were ok. The area was nice, staff was horrible and mean. Not helpful at all, didn’t want to give us our Amazon packages. We had to ask her 10 times to check, she was 100% sure there were no packages and until someone else came out she had to check and found the packages that were right in front of her.
Other than that the hotel is ok.

Well for starters the rooms was as expected, I travel allot and I always leave a good damn review but this time I was sick. I even went next door and apologized to Oliver at the Hampton Inn for not booking with them just to try another experience.

The room here was small, Room attendants NEVER came to clean the room and I was there for 4 days.

1 morning I woke up went out side and dog poop greeted me headed to the elevator.

Breakfast is a lie it's not as it seems online, it's bagels, cereal and tea and coffee.

Parking is a mess.

The bathroom, the water Magical just stopped for the toilet I had to fix on my own because front offices is closed at a certain time.

There is no Phones in the room so emergency.

The TV is trash, you have to used our OWN ACCOUNTS to really experience shows ect.

CHECK WAS SMOOTHLY JUST GIVE THE KEY AND SAY BYE...

Will I ever rebook - NOPE.... ONE AND DONE EXPERIENCE.
Sorry but I have to post this because hopefully my honesty brings a difference to the hotel and they upgrad the standards because there is potential...

Parking lot doesn't feel safe, sheets on bed like sandpaper, room stunk, suite was small, couch was a broken futon and bed lumpy, no curtains just role down shade and people walking by can look right in if lights on. We didn't get a wink of sleep. Only decent things about this place is distance to airport and water pressure in shower

I arrived and they said they had no rooms. The receptionist said that Expedia needs to update their website. I told them that i already paid for thr room and they asked that i settle the matter with Expedia. I was with my 80 year old parents and this was a huge inconvenience. Very upsetting and disapointing.

The place was unique. They only clean the rooms when people check out. They also have people actually living there. The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels. Then they have people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot

The place is nothing like the pictures the floor sweats continuously the doors don't lock properly the window shades don't close there's roaches the bathroom was filthy the pool had black mold in it there's no ice machine they don't tell you any of this when you call the make your reservation I recommend nobody going there should be condemned hookers in the parking lot hookers walking the property.

From check in- the guy mixed up my reservation and told me I was a no show. Then got a key- and walked in someone else’s room while they were walking naked!!!!! Because that room was actually not available but still assigned to me. Finally- after being walked around the property to find a room, we get one. Looks nice- until you need anything. There was no hot water to shower, the outlet for the microwave and fridge was broken, finally got another one to warm my food and the microwave locked my food in. And then I tried to watch TV but there was no internet active. I had to use my hotspot. The bed was comfy tho. Other than that a total disaster. Oh and don’t get me started on the free breakfast- breads, yogurt and cereal. I would mention the fruit but let’s not.

I recently stayed at 2520 Living hotel in Hollywood, Florida, and while there were some good points, overall, my experience was mixed. The positives: the hotel was clean when I arrived, and the staff seemed courteous. The location was convenient, and on the surface, it looked like a decent place to stay. However, there were several things that made the stay less enjoyable. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my entire stay, which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was very plain and unappetizing—nothing to really look forward to in the mornings. The building itself felt old, and it looked like they simply painted over outdated walls without making real improvements. One major concern was seeing sex workers walking in and out of the hotel at night. It made me feel uncomfortable and raised some safety concerns. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless there were some serious upgrades and better management of the environmental.

I arrived late at night (midnight) and the desk was unmanned and I had to call to be let in. The guy jumped out of a truck parked in the parking lot. When I said I had a reservation, the guy asked me if it was an air B&B reservation. Seemed odd. He took a few to find the reservation and told me that they put me in the back of the hotel and he didn’t want to have to patrol it. Patrol it?

So i didnt have tv service for two days when i call the front desk that night i was told there was nothing they can do i then went thw next moring and rold the front desk what had happened and what was said and ibwas told that no onewqa on the premises after 4 and there was nothing thay can do so i the. We stay at a lot of hotels in this price range & this has been the worst so far. Pictures make the property look nice & updated, but it was more like a cheap bargain motel. Very run down, walls/ baseboards looked grimy, air condition was broken & hanging off, it smelled of musty mildew immediately, and the bed was damp. I would not be surprised if there was mold somewhere in this property. There were people yelling outside the doors all night & then the garbage company came at 4am to empty the dumpsters outside our door, which took them a good 15-20 min of loud beeping & banging. We didn't get checked in until after 10pm so we just went to bed & immediately got up & left. We're just glad this was a 1 night stay.

We arrived late in the evening from our flight and to arrive to find out the hotel overbooked there room and sold our room even though we paid and reserved this room for more than 2 months and was told we would have to pay also on top of it that they sold our room plus charged us. If you don’t want to sleep in you car for the night with you family on vacation i wouldn’t book with this location

Par contre un service qui n'est pas digne d'un hôtel. J'ai eu un problème avec la chasse des toilettes. Aucun service, réception et autre fermé après 19h et ce jusqu'à 8h
Un numéro d'urgence, mais personne ne répond même après 5 appels et un message vocal.
Je suis arrivé a 22h, bien entendu personne. Réception fermée... J'appelle et après 10mins quelqu'un et arrivée. Le matin je devais etr partie vers 7h pour pouvoir prendre mon avion.
Bien entendu encore une fois, impossible de faire le check out car la réception n'ouvre qu'à 8h!!!!
J'ai du laisser la carte sous la porte. En espérant que cela ait fonctionné.

Je ne peux donc pas recommandé cet établissement ou il n'y a pas personnel.
