They were working on elevators. Only 1 out of 3 were working. The one that was working broke with several people on it including a father, his son, and daughter. They were stuck for 25 mins. There was a picture of a pool on the website, and there was no pool. They advertised a hot breakfast buffet but did not have any. When I went to the front desk to ask a girl with braids gave me attitude like I was screaming when I was perfectly calm. There was smoke i. The elevator from them jackhammering, before it broke. She said none of it was their fault. She told me that I received an email about the on sight constuction. I called corporate, so could hear how terrible it was throughout the building. It was honestly laughable, except my overweight Dad with heart conditions had to walk down and up 6 flights of stairs everytime he went to the room.

The worst part of our trip was our experience with Expedia who never booked our reservation. The Expedia staff was extremely unhelpful.

The host staff was very pleasant, but not truthful, the hotel is under construction, and there were issues with our plumbing and heat in our room. Had to call maintenance multiple times and they still could not fix the draining of the faucet.

Looks like the hotel is doing cosmetic changes, but they really need to do changes to the overall plumbing and heating which probably will not get addressed.

Bathroom light would go off, very noisy HVAC and windows wouldn't insulate from outside noise, small shower head that is good for cats, $3 bottled water. Now the restaurant - terrible experience, smug server, coupon indicated full buffet breakfast but was given instead only an option of 3 sugary carb meals.

Parking is outrageous at $32 a night. $50 a night for incidentals is outrageous. A water bottle for three dollars when it’s offered in the room is outrageous. The building is outdated with lots of poorly maintained and kept walls and floors and fixtures. The toilet did not flush well. The bathtub faucet did not work well and is falling off.The maid tried to come in my room at 8 AM when I was still very much in my room and checkout is not until 11. She was coughing loudly through the hallway like she was very sick, but still wasn’t work. She did not cover her mouth. She went from room to room, coughing and coughing. The buffet that was offered for breakfast did not exist. Which I had purchased. Instead, it was a sitdown breakfast. It was very slow. It took a half an hour to get served breakfast and I was the only person in the entire restaurant. The business center consists of nothing more than a printer. The building is old dilapidated looking. The sofas in the waiting area looks saggy and unkempt. Just the whole thing was a complete and utter disappointment. Not what I’m used to with the Hilton. Not at all. I would even go as far as to say this is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at with a high price

The hotel is being renovated, the elevator would get stuck with us in it. The bathroom had a weird scent to it. The shower was not the best. Personnel was super nice an welcoming. We’re going back in February and wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel is old and it looks it. Front desk not particularly friendly. Room ok but not worth the price. Old furniture, the promised micowave and fridge absent, borderline comfortable bed and pillows. They could not accomodate room on the same floor with my friends although I made reservations way in advance for both rooms. Good location; excellent waitress at the bar/ pub of the hotel.

Door to the room was janky and off. Had a repair man come up amd try his best so at least it somewhat closed properly but was still broken. Woke up at 8 am to a knock on the door from housekeeping seeing if we were gone (which we were trying to sleep in). With checkout at 11 i would assume someone wouldnt knock until 9 or 10. Also the fridge was set to max and froze everything we put in it. . Overall a bad time, but you get what you pay for on the price.

I got a message after I booked that they were undergoing significant renovations and to expect various levels of noise. Who wants that at a hotel, and why was it not disclosed at booking. I had non-refundable reservation but that message should have made it refundable. I had stayed there many times, but no more. I like peace at hotels which travelers should expect. I booked elsewhere this trip and skipped this reservation. I had much better accommodations elsewhere. Steer clear of a hotel that screws regular customers. Refund was denied! If I could give zero stars I would!

The two days I stayed at this hotel were frustrating from start to finish. The rooms are extremely outdated, and there was nonstop construction early in the morning. I paid $100 for a late checkout because I couldn’t sleep from all the drilling and banging the previous day, yet I was still woken up again by the same noise. When I brought this up, the front desk gave me a rude attitude instead of helping. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Check in staff were very pleasant and friendly, room was nice and comfortable.
The biggest downfall of our stay was our room was near the elevator and (guessing when used) it was extremely noisy which includes through the night. Definitely not a good night sleeping (bed was very comfy).

The woman who checked us in was the friendliest, funniest, kindest person ever! The parking was super easy, which I always appreciate (and CHEAP). It was in the perfect location and we got an Uber super quick to get to the concert we were attending. The room was comfortable and updated and I highly suggest and would return whenever I come to Providence.

The accommodations were satisfactory, though not exceptional. The hotel's pricing structure appears to involve significant upcharges for various amenities, with a minimal provision of complimentary services. For instance, a garment steamer was not available, in room water incurred a charge, and parking was priced at $32 per night, which is considerably higher than the $12 per night rate offered by a nearby facility. Furthermore, breakfast and toiletries were not included. Given the room rate of nearly $300 per night, I had anticipated a more comprehensive and value driven experience.

Room smelled like burnt hair the entire time we were there. We thought there was something burning and checked the whole room over. When we told an employee they just said “sorry about that” … nothing more. And there were people fighting in the middle of the night and they were screaming at each other and slamming their door. Woke me up. Also the morning we left they were still yelling at each other and the vent in our bathroom projected it all.

Room was cold with limited opportunity to receive a space heater.

Appear to be dated in new of a remodel.

Team was not very responsive when it came to room repairs, as I had to fumble my way in using the tub faucet due to a stripped screw that no one came to fix after multiple requests. Also, I have yet to receive a phone call back about an inquiry of an item I left behind.

Someone hit my car in the lot and there are no cameras.

Better security may help with tracking personal property damage and overall human safety from the garage.

Honestly, my biggest issue stand from the fact that there was no fridge available as a breast-feeding mother pumping milk. I had to reach out to the front desk multiple times and it took almost 24 hours to get a fridge. The morning after our first night, I confirmed with someone checking out on the way down to the lobby they had a fridge front desk told me that they would have it moved to my room. They did not. I had to follow up again the afternoon at that point, the person working in the front desk disable to get it moved.

Stayed for one night only to sleep so we did not get a chance to explore the area. The parking spots in the garage are TIGHT. Super convenient that it's on site but what what a squeeze. The staff was accommodating when we needed a new room late at night. The room next door was seemingly having a party, (folks in and out, slamming doors, banging on the door to be let in, loud talking in the hallway and the room). At 11pm we finally called it quits and asked for a new room on another floor. The front desk quickly obliged. There was no comp offered or offer to help us move our things but under the circumstances I was grateful to be given a different, quiet room, especially since we were traveling with a 6 year old.

Our trip started when we asked where the pool is (based on the lovely & numerous pictures of said pool on Hilton Expedia site) - without a touch of irony, the front desk said “Oh those pictures are from 2018, we don’t have a pool anymore.” The property is aged, dirty carpets, rooms that aren’t updated. Easily the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed.

Cleanliness- I can’t believe this was a Hilton and how much money we paid to stay somewhere this dated and gross. Hallways smelled musty, room was dirty - peeling wallpaper, grout in shower was moldy, hairs in the bathroom. The room wreaked of air cheap freshener which makes me think they were trying to cover up more musty smell. I would understand this if it wasn’t expensive but we paid $400 including parking for a regular room.

Noise- Hotel is right on 95 and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor so we heard traffic all night.

Staff - (only good part!) The front desk and security staff were super nice and checkin / out was easy.

Booked a king bed with deluxe room, when i checked in they gave us a queen in a smaller room. I called and they said they ran out of rooms with kings. Didnt do anything about it. Location is good for many things, but limited things to do by foot without walking some distance from the hotel. It is kind of an island in a big city downtown. But it does have a good place to eat inside, and Starbucks also attached to the hotel. No pool anymore. Parking is expensive but seems fairly safe. It is possible to walk to Federal Hill from the hotel, but you have to cross 3 busy multi-lane streets and see some seedy folks - a group of younger people would have no problems.

First, they charged $35 for parking that I didn’t know about! Second our first room
Was disgusting. Shoe prints on beds and someone left over Dunkin cups on floor spilled everywhere- water damage on ceiling. Second room wasn’t as bad. But definitely has mold because I’m highly allergic and I left there with a full blown reaction and had to see my ENT immediately. For the price of the rooms and outrageous parking fees, I expected way more!! They didn’t even offer free breakfast!

I reserved a King Bed and they changed it to two “queen” beds. Both beds seemed more like full size. I showed my invoice saying King Bed but they said they didn’t get that from Hotels.com. They also said they were booked and couldn’t do anything. A few members of my group had a similar experience. Our office travels often like this and probably wont use this hotel again.

Parking lot spots were very tight inside the hotels. Room was on the dated side. No fridge in the room I was staying in. Very noisy at night inside and outside the hotel. Outside noise was police sirens all night. Inside noise was hotel guests running around in the hotel talking loudly after hours when returning back to their rooms.

I will never stay here again. AC was broken. Online I reserved a single queen bed, they gave me two queen beds. When I questioned it, the front desk was extremely rude and said “what’s the problem” with an attitude while it looked like she was training somebody else. This is unacceptable especially when I was nothing but nice to the front desk. Had to stay in a hot room without any AC because they didn’t have another room for me. I work hard for my money and I will not be spending it at this place EVER again. One thing good was the girl that checked me out was very pleasant.
