I have stayed at Bloom/Settimo Cielo before; this is run by the same people. Lovely breakfasts, friendly helpful staff, fab San Marco location, beautifully appointed rooms and lovely roof terrace for guests across both properties. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets - but it's a historic building. It does operate a fixed date schedule for aircon/heating - aircon stops 15 Oct - just to be aware of.

Amazing stay in this hotel. Ideally placed so it's just a 10 minute slow stroll to St Marks Square and the Rialto. It sits behind another square that is home to cafes and restaurants.
The service was exceptional. The owner offered us a free bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed on the rooftop of his neighbouring hotel.

Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We stayed here for a short trip to Venice. Our plane was delayed several hours so we reached out and the gentleman working the desk waited for us (checkin normally closes at midnight) which we were very geateful for. All the staff were helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and location was great. Within 3-4 minutes walking to boat. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and point of interests within 10 minute (or less) walk.

We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly.
The room was small but very comfortable- the bed in particular was extremely comfortable!

Be aware that breakfast is served to your room or outside in the courtyard. We went in winter and had two courtyard breakfasts and one room breakfast as you do need a warm coat on!

Lovely little quaint units. We actually stayed at this place as well as their bed-and-breakfast nearby called Bloom. European style rooms can be a little on the small side, so do your research to make sure you know what you’re getting into.

Where do I start! Locanda Fiorita does not disappoint. First, the hotel is near one of the water taxi stop, so there is no need for a long walk, which is great. Upon our arrival the gentlemen at the front greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us to our room. We ended up getting the suite room, which was very spacious and looked over the alley ways (super cute). Aldo, our greater provided us with complimentary water and assisted us in figuring out how to navigate Venice (they also give you a free map, so you don’t have to buy one!). The breakfast was delicious and also complimentary!! The coffee made our day and the assortments of food brought me back to my childhood. At checkout time, we were able to leave out suitcases at the front desk. When we came back the gentleman at the front assisted up in taking our luggage down the stairs and towards the water taxi. Overall, it felt like we had stayed with people that truly cared about my well being. This is a very hospitable hotel and I can’t wait to come back and stay here when I visit Venice again.

A warm welcome awaits at the Locanda Fiorita. Located in our favourite part of the City, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Whilst our room was admittedly on the small side it was perfectly formed with all the necessary essentials. Of particular note was the individual sun terrace at which breakfast was served each morning. A wonderful stay, we will be back. Thank you!

Locanda Fiorita is a small and charming hotel. We were really pleased with the condition of our room. They provided a simple continental breakfast out in their courtyard, surrounded by fragrant greenery. The staff was really helpful. We were on a 3rd floor with no elevators. This important information was never disclosed. We had to hire a porter to bring our luggage down. Air conditioner is not turned on until after 6 pm. Was not happy at all with the room. Looked beautiful on pics not so pretty in person

Hotel is located around San Marco, and you have many dinning options on walkable distance. If you arrive by train you can take the water bus and get very close to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel there was no air conditioner the first night , so we had to sleep with window open which was very noisy given to the proximity to bars/restaurants. However with this exception, everything else was great. The breakfast is light but it was lovely to have it outside by the patio.

Locanda Fiorita has two outstanding attributes. First is the staff. We met seven individuals all of whom were kind, decent people who were eager to help. More significant is that they were so effective in being of help. For instance, I wrote to confirm our arrival and requested advice on how best to get from the airport to the hotel. Anthony replied with detailed information on each option in addition to step-by-step directions for getting from the vaporetta stop to the hotel. Paolo, the owner, is a gentleman who did all that one could ask in terms of accommodating us.
Second is the location. The hotel is located on a small campo. It is therefore quiet at night. The campo is also elevated by about six steps so that it remains dry even if the street is flooded. The hotel is five minutes from Campo St. Stefano and no more than ten minutes from St. Mark's. The afore-mentioned vaporetta stop is five minutes away as well.
The hotel is spotless and well kept. The plumbing, WIFI, and electricity all work as they should. On our next trip to Venice, we will certainly look to stay at Locanda Fiorita.
Second is the location. The hotel is located on a small campo. It is therefore quiet at night. The campo is also elevated by about six steps so that it remains dry even if the street is flooded. Supreme location in the city. Cozy room with a balcony where the breakfast was served in the morning. We stayed for three days, arrived very late and left early. The only staff that we had contact with was the night manager. He was the most helpful and affable preson you can imagine, though he did not speak much English. Overall, can't recommend this place enough.

We were greeted on check in by Antony who was so friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. The hotel is easy to reach on arrival, helped more by the directions they sent to us a couple days before our stay. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The free water and prosecco were an added bonus and very nice touch. We had breakfast included in our stay which was plenty for us - lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants and breads with jam, etc. and most importantly cappuccino :) The location is great as it is in a quiet square yet is an easy 10 minute walk to Rialto, Piazza San Marco, and Accademia. Would gladly stay here again.

The staff could not have been nicer! We changed from 2 people to 3 people and they just added a small bed and didn’t even charge us! We had to check out early so they fixed breakfast early for us! Loved the location as well!

We arrived early to store our bags and the room was ready. Charming hotel. We had room 5...very small..but this is Venice! Everything thought out very well. Extremely comfortable bed. Brand new bathroom. Breakfast is included and delivered to your room. Great coffee, juice, pastries...best croissant I ever had. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place with gorgeous breakfast. The croissants were devine. Very accommodating and friendly staff. We would definitely go back either to here or the sister Hotel Bloom. Hotel Bloom has a special roof top terrace where you can enjoy complimentary pressco with a fabulous view over the roof tops of San Marco. What a find!

The hotel is in a lovely part of Venice, tucked away in a quiet square but close to lots of facilities and attractions. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the square.

The hotel is conveniently located near the water taxi stop. The directions that the hotel provided was perfect - we arrived with no issues. The room was ready when we arrived and the check in process was smooth. The room is small but comfy. We stayed in October so the weather was perfect to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is not on a busy street so the noise at night was very minimal. Breakfast is provided each morning which was nice - cappuccino, breads, cookies, jams, etc. Pretty decent. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Got upgraded to B&B Bloom free of charge. This is owned by the same company and is attached to locanda fiorota. Very helpful staff who showed us the best places to eat and get gondola rides. Recommended a guy called Kuba who was located in the Jewish Ghetto section of Venice. He was very good and showed us round the quiet, less crowded canals.

Very cute hotel, great design, decent room sizes. Friendly staff, great breakfast, you get treated with prosecco, nice toiletries. The only downfall is that some rooms have the bathroom outside of the room--which could be an inconvenience, so when booking a room read details carefully.

Hotel is very quaint and in a great location to explore Venice being about half way between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge but off the tourist track. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although small, private bathroom was tiny. Thought room might be noisy but everything went quiet at 10 o clock on a Friday night. If you aren't too bothered about a luxury hotel you could do worse than booking this place.

Small friendly neighborhood hotel
We spent a week at Locanda Fiorita this summer. We loved the location, breakfast in the courtyard, small but clean room with excellent plumbing, and fresh sheets on the bed every day! The staff were friendly and helpful. On our last morning we had to leave very early and a bag of snacks was prepared for us to take along! We highly recommend this small charming hotel!

Convenient hotel from which to explore Venice!
Locanda Fiorita was a lovely place to stay whilst in Venice. It is very central - making it easy to get to a number of landmarks e.g. Saint Marc's Square and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection etc. etc. It was also easy to take a short stroll and find a small, classic Italian restaurant for a meal and the hotel manager was very helpful with recommending great places to eat! We had the classic double room and it was on the smaller side (as most places are in Venice), but very comfortable with a very efficient aircon!

Returned after fifteen years and nothing has changed. Very welcoming staff and conveniently situated for bars, restaurants and the Academia bridge.

Reasonably priced, central Venice location
The best part of our stay at Locanda Fiorita was the very friendly, helpful and professional staff who welcomed us and helped in any way we needed, including a highly appreciated supply of ice for pre-dinner cocktails in the garden. Another positive for the hotel is its central location, just steps away from the St. Angelo vaporetto stop and proximity to major attractions such as San Marcos, Rialto, etc. Our more neutral comments are due to the room being on the small side, this, though, was compensated by its reasonable price, especially for a city like Venice which we found to be more expensive than Rome or Florence. Net, if snugness is not an issue, I do recommend the hotel.

Amazing Hospitality & Location.

An amazing experience. All the staff were very friendly, but Anthony especially went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was excellent both in knowledge and going the extra mile to make the whole stay really special.

Quaint and great location
From the directions to find email, gorgeous quaint exterior, homely feeling spot clean rooms and welcome pre dinner out prosecco we enjoyed everything from the minute we arrived! Situated in a wonderful location 2 minute walk from arrival and departure water taxi and just tucked out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but stroll around the corners and you are amongst all Venice has to offer. We will definitely return to Venice and this great little hotel!

A lovely Locanda
At first the outside of the locanda wasn't as pristine as in the photos online but once inside it was modern, clean and comfortable. I would advise friends and family to stay here. We had a private entrance and terrace where we sat for breakfast on the first morning.

Wonderful \"home away from home\" in Venice
Like most of Venice, this is an old building and our room was small - but the bathroom was new and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the private little porch off our room where we had breakfast in the morning and could sit with a bottle of wine in the evening. Although literally steps from Campo San Stefano, our little campo was its own private little world. In the evening we could hear children laughing and playing; in the mornings, birdsong filled the air. The staff never intruded but always provided what was needed with a smile. When the owner discovered we were celebrating a special anniversary, he brought us a bottle of sparkling wine with two wine glasses. We could not have enjoyed our stay more - it is a wonderful memory.

Built on a 13th-century building, a clear example of Venetian Gothic architecture, it was originally a defensive tower of a convent, which overlooked a stretch of water, later transformed into Campo Santo Stefano.
