The room was amazing... better than I had initially expected! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, open plan and just a beautifully designed suite. Every detail was thought out carefully in this property.

The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask... and I want to give a special mention to Elia. He was always on hand to help with anything we needed!

The location was great... 8-10 minute walk to San Marco's Square. When returning to Venice, I will be staying again at Ninfea!

Take us back! We had a lovely time at Ninfea. I'd heard all sorts of horror stories about getting lost in the maze of Venice after a late landing, and part of our decision to choose this hotel was due to its ease. Around three mins walk from the vaporetto, great location - many tourist spots easily walkable from the hotel. The room was beautiful - exactly as the pictures presented and the level of comfort was better than expected. The bed was particularly comfortable and Kardi ensured that any questions we had, or knowledge needed about Venice, was answered. Book without hesitation: Venice and Ninfea will not disappoint.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured, and even had a small area with a sofa and table. Our concierge, Elia, provided us with excellent, impeccable service, always assuring that we felt safe and taken care of. For example, he met us at the water taxi stop and led us to the hotel, rolling our luggage across cobblestones and up stairs for perhaps a quarter mile. His recommendations for restaurants were great, too! He also encouraged us to text him at any time if we had questions or issues.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and planned our water taxi for us to make the arrival literally effortless. Everything was prompt and they even met us at the dock on arrival and helped us to depart at the dock closest to the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and polite towards us and we loved the small boutique feel of the hotel.

Bedding was very good, and that was important to us. The entire property was spotless.

Staff helped us with dining options and navigating support. Ask a question and they’ll support you.

Quiet as it’s off the super busy areas, but so close to the action.

We couldn’t review this stay any higher to be honest, and we can see why the hotel has a perfect rating. Incredible stay for my wife and I!

The owners of this hotel are incredibly thouhjtd, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our first night in Venice magical ! The room was clean, well furnished with the most comfortable bed. The decor was a great mix of traditional and modern. Every detail was considered. The team at Ninfea were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests. They helped us with transfers to the train station and personally escorted us to the water taxi station! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a centrally located boutique hotel with personal service in a quiet area and close to San Marco Square. My overall experience was good and the room was very clean and nice as shown in the photos however, I did not like the fact that the tv was not working properly in the room and Elia said that they would come to fix it the next day, but nobody ever came to check on it, so we werent able to use netflix or youtube during our stay. other than the tv issue it was very nice.

The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites. It’s a small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, which made the whole experience feel really quiet and personal. The location is amazing—tucked away on a peaceful street but just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and great shopping. We stayed in the Lilium Suite, which was absolutely beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What really made it special, though, were the hosts. Elia and Kardi were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for a relaxed, intimate place to stay in Venice, this is a great choice.

10 out of 10! The Lilium room was so incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The Camelia room also beautiful. Very elegant and tastefully designed. Beds so comfortable. Was truly an oasis to come back to after day of exploring Venice. Hosts Kardi and Elia so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Venice. They were by far THE best hosts we encountered in our 3 week stay in Europe. Highly recommend Ninfea Luxury Suites! Will definitely return.

Ninfea is a gem in Venice tucked amongst the canals and corridors. It is very close to everything and our consierge Elia was wonderful. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quaint. We were warmly welcomed and staff were readily available through text. My only complaint is the lack of available ice.

This place was amazing. From initial booking through arrival Kardi was extremely helpful. She helped us navigate the area, arrange our transportation. Suggested food restaurants as well as what sites to see. Kardi went above and beyond to make sure our trip was fantastic. From our greeting to our check out everything was as smooth S possible. Great stay!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. We were a little early to check-in, so Elia, the hotel concierge, sat down with us and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and what to do withour1 dayin Venice. This 6-room hotel was in a great location, on a quiet side street. The room was a bit small, but very pleasant. Great stay!

Stayed 2 nights in March. Beautiful space, everything new, stylish and tasteful in this boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Received with a warm welcome. The host/proprietor was prompt with all communication and also very nice. Hands down, this was the nicest place we stayed during our 2 weeks of travel in Italy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Once you enter the property you start liking it because of the wonderful smell. They received us with kindness and with white wine and chips. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is near - walking distance. The only thing is that we had to carry our luggage through the small streets and bridges but I guess that happens everywhere. I would recommend a place that there is the boat facility stop at the hotel or super near. Is not easy when you have multiple heavy luggage across bridges with stairs.

Looks exactly like the photos, for once! We had a most luxurious and comfortable stay in the Camellia suite. The staff go out of their way to provide a comfortable stay. If it is important to you when booking a property, please note that the rooms are not very soundproof. However, the area was quiet, the other guests were quite quiet and our stay & sleep were not disrupted by this.

I had an amazing experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed rooms were spotless, bright, and elegantly furnished—everything felt brand new and inviting.

The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and close to great restaurants, cafés, and water taxi stations. Private water taxis drop you just a few minutes from the suites, which is super convenient.

What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners, including Ellies and their parents, are incredible people. They not only gave me great local insights and dining recommendations but also went above and beyond to help. On my checkout day, they even walked me to the private taxi pier and loaded my luggage onto the boat early in the morning—such kindness and care are rare!

While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person.

This is the only place you should stay in Venice—I highly recommend it! ⭐ 10/10 – Would absolutely return!

I had an outstanding experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed suites were spotlessly clean, bright, and elegantly furnished. The property felt brand new, offering a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

The location is fantastic—quiet yet central, only a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, close to restaurants, cafés, and near public water taxi stations for easy transportation. Private water taxis drop you just 2-3 minutes from the suites, which is incredibly convenient.

What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff were kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks to Keldi, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, even waiting beyond office hours to assist me.

While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen, and complimentary coffee and tea amenities are a nice touch. The photos online don’t fully capture how bright and luxurious the rooms are in person.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and comfortable stay in Venice. ⭐ 10/10 – Would return!

While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location!

The property is close to everything. You can tell it’s either newly renovated or they maintain it really well. It’s my partners birthday and they are sweet enough to notice and upgraded the room! They welcomed us with a champagne and chocolate which made it memorable.

When we leave the property, they knew we are going to take public transport and nice enough to not only show us the way, and even helped us carry our over the little bridge nearby.

Ninfea was truly lovely and unique with only six rooms. The room I stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The only problem I had was the front door got stuck because it’s old and it was raining. However, Cardi, instructed me what to do and all was fine. I was surprised when I returned from dinner to find the owner drove an hour from his home to make sure I got in the door alright. I was really impressed by the level of care the owner and staff took to take care of their hotel. Also, Cardi was so sweet. She made arrangements for the private water taxi for me and my sister and her kids who we’d staying at a different hotel. She also helped me with my luggage. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay at the Ninfea. I will definitely come back to Venice and Ninfea!

What a wonderful property…Elia made us feel welcome before we arrived, organising our transfer from the Station via water taxi then awaiting our arrival to transport our bags. Ninfea is a wonderful retreat removed from the hussle & bustle of Venezia however very central as most landmarks etc are approximately 10 mins in either direction. The suite we stayed in was extremely large and beautifully fitted out with separate lounge & dining together with two separate bathrooms. Elia’s expert advice regarding restaurant recommendations, vaporetto timetables, suggested activities and the like were all spot on and sent via WhatsApp with location coordinates etc making navigation to everything streamlined- can’t fault a thing…the perfect stay in Venezia. Ninfea exceeded our expectations. Elia was amazing and took considerable care. The room was amazing and all necessities provided.
We were offered free wine with our stay but since we don't drink alcohol, Elia replaced them with juices and fizzy drinks in a bucket of ice (well appreciated).
