We stayed here with two children for a sporting competition. The front desk called us on Saturday night about 8pm when we were in bed with our kids. They stated our 'smoke detector' alarmed for smoking or Marijuana use. I advised them to come check it out as that wasn't from our room. It alarmed us as we were asleep with young children. The bed was not comfortable as it felt very concave and the TV settings were zoomed in and had no remote to fix the settings. We would not stay here again.

Overall, this is a decent property to stay on the strip. It needs a renovation or a refresh. The doors have nicks in them. The tile in the bathroom is broken. They have free parking which is unheard of these days but it's so far away from the lobby and if you have a lot of things they will not lend you one of their Bell carts. We got there at 1:00 in the morning and there were about a hundred people waiting to check in. They have all these kiosks to check in and out but most of them were not working. A manager came and took us out of line and took us over to the kiosks and about a half hour later I was able to get my keys and then go out to the parking lot and carry all of our luggage the half mile or so to our room. Another big negative would be the lack of coffee makers in the room everywhere else I travel. Even the cheap motels have a coffee maker and a little packet of coffee. I guess since they have a Starbucks in the lobby they expect us to get dressed and go downstairs and pay $10 for a cup of coffee. Their steak restaurant. The edge House is really overpriced. I remember the days when you could get a good steak dinner in Vegas for $20. Now the price is over $100 for one steak. I know Vegas has gone corporate and it's all about gouging the visitors but they have taken it a few steps too far. The manager who helped us check in was great. She got us out of that giant line and made sure we got our keys. The maids did a wonderful job and they cleaned my room everyday!

Booked the wrong dates by accident. Tried to reschedule the dates thru hotels.com and were told by hotels.com that the hotel refused to accommodate this change. We tried calling the hotel and were told that they couldn’t help us because of booking the room thru hotels.com. We ended up having to pay for a night we weren’t able to use. Hotel room was clean and we were able to win some money at a different casino down the strip.

The beds were not comfortable, the pillow top on the mattress was flat and felt hard and stiff. The tub took longer for the water to go down the drain and overall the smell in the casino was horrible of cigarette every way except the rooms were fine no smell there.

TI was a very nice lobby and had some really good food choices and a 24 hour cvs attached which was convenient. The check in process was terrible, 2 employees working the counter at prime check in time made for very agitated customers, workers no sense of urgency or concern to get the lines down, self check in kiosks were giving everyone trouble. After 30 mins in line a gentleman that helped us was very pleasant and was able to help with my request. Room seemed to have no upgrades but was clean and had a great view of the strip.

Overall property is nice but the check in process could use streamlining. Frustrating to stand in line with only two people checking in throngs of guests. They have self- check in kiosks but no one told you about them nor did they help you use them. Resort fee appeared on TV app but I had already paid the resort fee at check in. Called front desk who assured me it would come off after check out. Said I would get a folio emailed but so far nothing. Rooms are clean but just ok. TI location is good. Very nice pool area but get there early for a chair. Property is connected to a huge mall by way of a pedestrian bridge. Gilleys has good food, offers a different activity each evening. Cirque has a show venue inside. Lots of things to see and do without ever having to leave property if you don't want to. But please fix the check in process!!!!

It's a fairly standard hotel room, wish they had coffee makers! The staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and Mystere is a great show. Be sure to mention that you stay in the hotel to get a discount.

stayed here for a couple nights on a trip to Vegas however, upon arrival, the shower would not turn hot and none of the water was going down the drain when you would turn the water pressure higher. The whole tub sounded like it was starting to vibrate when I called the front desk, they said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come check it out or they could switch us rooms so we they were helpful with us, switching the rooms quickly, and even brought the new keys to our room. Parking and valet parking is pretty easy and not too bad of a walk for the strip overall good for the price just beware of some of the bathroom difficulties.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in resolving any issues we had. The rooms we had were a bit dusty upon checking in and the cleaning turnover between guests could be better. There were some cosmetic damages in parts of the hotel. Overall, the hotel met our needs for this trip.

The hotel was very nice. Be in mind that nothing opens early, before 7 am. Being from the Midwest, that's 10 am for us. Other than Starbucks every few feet, coffee was scare. And, everything is quite expensive. Our room was very nice and a good place to stay for our time there.

I stayed two nights in the Petite Queen. The room was very nice and well-kept. Spacious room with two bathrooms which made it even better! My daughter said the in-room dining experience was very good. The only downside was the wait in the lobby for check-in and check- out and inquiries. I suggest using the kiosks to check-in and the in room check-out, no waiting.

Just a “meh” kind of place. People were not friendly or warm. There are no complimentary things. I was so thirsty when we arrived (obviously I could buy water but the line to check in was so long and took forever) usually there is water or coffee urns in the lobby, water in the room.. nothing. This hotel should be listed as a just below good. Our room smelled of cigarettes and was dark and dingey for a suite. After we checked out, we discovered left our passports in the room refrigerator, couldn’t find the safe (obviously my terrible mistake) when we called to get help they could care less I was told to fill out a lost and found form online and someone would call me back. By noon the next day I still had heard nothing. Missing or stolen psssports need to be reported asap and they could careless until I let them know I was calling the police about stolen passports from our room. It really felt like I wasn’t dealing with a human until I mentioned the police. Just a terrible experience.

Breakfast service was slow and food expensive and limited. Room was ok but in need of a bit of refurbishment. My towels were small, old and there was an unpleasant smell on them. Disappointed that there was no water, tea or coffee facilities in the room. An ok hotel and staff were generally friendly but it was overpriced. The resort costs were very expensive and unnecessary.

There was very obvious water damage on the walls and carpet of the floor my room was on, and it smelled of mildew. The room itself was alright, but also smelled like mildew. I also had some issues checking in. The room they'd initially assigned me had someone else in it, and nobody realized until after I'd been given the room key, gone up to the room, and found someone in there. The staff were great and were quick to get me a different room, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Overall, not terrible for the price, but not the best experience.

The stay itself was nice. Staff was excellent and attentive. The issue was the outdated aspects of the hotel. My floor had visquene covering missing pieces of wall. The AC unit was super old and did not keep the room as cold as I like. The technology (tv, wifi, clock/phone) was extremely outdated and super slow.

The self in and out was convenient. Just a heads up, they do try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation right after you walk in. Just say no thank you and walk away. Keep in mind it's their job. They were friendly about it. The Coffee Shop has a delicious Eggs Benedict. The facilities were clean and easy to navigate. Conveniently located by shopping, food, the Sphere, and a Big Bus Tour Stop.
