I love everything about this place, helpful friendly front desk staff, rooms have everything including washing machine and dryer, always spotlessly clean. You get complimentary use of health club that's 5 minutes walk away with a gym, 2 pools and gigantic gym floor. It is convenient to motor ways but is quieter than most places. There's lots of restaurants and food places a few minutes walk away and also \" in house\" food places

We arrived \"after hours\" at 4 pm on a Sunday. Had to wait at the intercom to contact a representative to give us access to the lobby. But otherwise a straightforward stay. The room was generous sized, with separation between bedroom and kitchen area. There was a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. It is very handy if visiting a student, adjacent to Stewart McCutcheon house.

Staff, room size and cleanliness were all very good. Position to town centre not-bad. Only downside was the nightly noise until the early hours as it is next to student accomindation. If you are use to city noise, a great place to stay. If you are not, it is very tiring, stressful.

Place was great and clean the only issue I had was that the tap on the shower was nearly falling off and we booked parking but she did not tell us what level just in quest parking so had to call from the car park after looking for 15 mins in the end a person got back to us and the directions was easy - be good for reception to tell people when they check in that the parking for quest is on the 1 st level in the cage on the right hand side as you go in - simple and will stop people driving around - otherwise great stay easy to get to and from

Comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, washer AND dryer (one of only 2 places we stayed in NZ that had one available), full sized fridge in a well-appointed kitchen and smart tv which my sons appreciated. Walkable to nice dining options and the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Easy in/out parking for reasonable daily fee. Housekeeping came daily which was a surprise since most places no longer do this. Would love to stay here again if in Auckland, highly recommend!!!

After battling the evening before, we left without showering in the morning and showered when we got home. We had chosen Quest for proximity, convenience and parking so we could get to a concert after driving to Auckland. We didn't use the kitchen or any other facilities. Bit of a pity really, as the unit was good otherwise.

Location- near ASB stadium for tennis, close to metro train station
There are 3 eateries downstairs. Very convenient during the day.
It can also b very noisy with loud music playing cars parked downstairs. Not sure if they are part of university student village.
The standard king size bed room we stayed was very clean& modern. Lovely bathroom, comfort bed and a huge bonus of having a washing machine & dryer.
