The breakfast add on was worth the additional money, lots of different options. The room was on the small side the pull out bed was not very comfortable, it would not stay together and kept separating when my son was trying to sleep. The door to the room was impossible for me to open and close, the upgrades that had just been done, made the floor to high for the door to be opened and closed without great force, I had to rely on my son to get in & out of the room, and make sure the door was closed. I was also not a fan of the strange bathroom doors or, the somewhat frosted glass on the shower, that made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I was sharing the room with my son. Not to mention that at night if the bathroom lights were on it lit up the bedroom due to the almost clear glass. Over all the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in walking distance to several historical sites, and the Underground so that was nice.

The beverage area was dusty. You could see the dusts on the mirror shelving unit.So we know this room has not been cleaned for awhile.
There was no lotion provided as well which was different from all the 4 hotels we have stayed in while in London, Sheffield and Bath.

We expected better on the reataurant for it was highly rated but was disappointed. One of our orders were the Madras Beef Curry and that meal was just not worth it. Such a mediocre Indian cuisine with no touch of love on the dish. I would say this meal will not even pass for 5gbp and it was 19.95. Not worth your money at all. The rest of our orders are ok specially the fish and chips and Calamari was good. The attendants and service were good too. Thank you.

Upon check in, I am presuming there was a problem with our booking as we were left waiting for around 10 mins with no communication as to what was going on.

Family room was unclean, dirty around the window to the bathroom and dirty sofa bed.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. There is a window to the family bathroom which is directly floor to ceiling in the shower. The window is frosted however, you can see EVERYTHING when in the shower. Highly inappropriate for a room that is supposed to be a family room suitable for children. The room also had no telephone to reception, which I found very strange. There was enough coffee / tea for one cup of tea per adult and not even a biscuit to go with it - surprising when the room is costing £200 and supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

When going for breakfast, nothing was explained. We had to guess where to go for breakfast. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the lady just stared at us and said nothing. Eventually communicating we are here for breakfast, she sat us at a table, however, explained nothing as to how breakfast works. Waiting staff in the restaurant were no better, actually extremely rude. My husband was helping himself to the Buffett breakfast for staff to walk in front of him and start messing with the breakfast - whilst he is trying to get food?

Overall, the stay was nothing more than ok. I would not recommend here, nor stay here again. Definitely better hotels in the area for better value for money.

The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. Our room was right in front of the elevators and I was afraid about the noises, but I did not hear anything. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the underground and the Tower Bridge. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was good, but a little bit pricey. Overall, it was a very good experience and it’s worth for the price.

We had an excellent seven night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were personable and extremely helpful particularly Zainob and Ola. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Keepers was excellent with many options. The greeters and waitstaff provided friendly and competent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location was a five minute walk to the underground tube system. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was truly exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Its prime location, just a stone’s throw from Tower Hill tube station and a short stroll to landmarks like the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, couldn’t be more convenient.

The hotel’s contemporary and inviting ambiance instantly made us feel at home. The staff were outstanding—warm and welcoming at check-in, with the breakfast team being particularly attentive.
A special shout-out to Bocar at checkout, whose friendliness and helpfulness left a lasting impression.

Our room was generously sized, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a smart TV with Chromecast for streaming. The modern bathroom, featuring a fantastic rainfall shower and quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury.

What I don’t understand about the hotel is that they are totally trying to minimize costs thereby minimizing service which is the very essence of why one would choose a hotel in the first place! It is impossible to find service because they don’t have any phones to call the front desk! Let’s hide and not provide service!?!? Oh and the internet being a public system is useless to any business person. Why don’t they provide a decent internet where you can log in privately.
I had forgotten why I don’t normally stay there on frequent visits to London. Now I remember!!!!!

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.

Didn’t like having to load and access an App to ask for anything. No phone in room and had to use App to talk to reception. Had to order toilet paper on App!! Sheets never changed in 5 day stay. Had to pay forty pounds to check into room early and another 10 pounds for a later checkout (only 2 hours extra). Unannounced fire alarm drill had us walk down 6 floors to be told it was an unannounced staff exercise!!! No comms over public address system. No lotion, toothbrushes or shaving equipment in room and had to refer on App if wanted. Response to any App requests could be several hours later. Room was noisy when posted as sound proofed and Black out curtains did not fit properly so didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Arrangements made in person at reception were not passed on to next shift. Won’t be staying here again.

Good dining options within walking distance although the hotel restaurant service was quite slow.

My recent stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was genuinely impressive, exceeding all my expectations. Even though I booked an entry-level room anticipating a basic experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness, modern décor, and overall comfort. The bed was particularly comfortable, complemented perfectly by convenient power points and USB sockets located at the desk area, ideal for today's traveller.

The bathroom stood out notably, spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a large shower with a luxurious rainfall showerhead. In addition to my own room, I explored two other categories—the Standard Premium and Executive rooms—which maintained the same high standard of quality.

Breakfast at Novotel was outstanding, especially my favourite choices: sausages, hash browns, baked beans, and fried tomatoes. The sausages, in particular, were a standout—lean, flavourful, and clearly sourced fresh rather than pre-packaged.

One highlight I regret not mentioning in the video is the outstanding hospitality provided by every member of staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated my stay, showcasing an exceptional level of customer service.

Overall, Novotel London Tower Bridge earns a big thumbs-up from me—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality in London. Great hotel with friendly staff. We arrived around 2p after 10 hours flying overnight and were told it would be an extra 40 pounds to check in an hour early, I think exceptions should be made because it’s only an hour. We left at 730a this morning and I wasn’t offered a refund to leave early…. There should be and needs to be more flexible to travelers!

Nice location, breakfast is recommended because in sites around the hotel is way more expensive. Lack of amenities in the bathroom. Don´t book through Expedia because if you cancel due to grave incidents out of your control, they don´t show up accordingly. My brother had to cancel his trip because of the Heathrow fire and the hotel and Expedia charged him one full night, although I advised the hotel in advance of the unwilling cancellation.

Novotel Winter Run Accommodation.

On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful and this continued for the remainder of our stay.

The double room was excellent, a good size, well equipped and clean.

Breakfast was first class.

Meals were reasonably price and the service was excellent.

The bar restaurant was informal and welcoming.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a weekend break in London.

Location was in super easy access to the transport network.

Would definitely use again.

It is the fourth time that we have stayed at this hotel. Although we like it very much, this time in particular the cleanliness was not good. The bathroom had a clogged sink that remained as it is for 8 days, and you could see the floor could have been better cleaned. Also, the bedsheet was not changed accordingly, until we removed it from the bed and threw it on the floor to signal that it should have been changed.
Also, for the first time some guest from the lower room complained twice at the same day that we were making noise, dragging the furniture etc, which was not true - at the second time we were sleeping and we were bothered by the hotel staff about this guest complaint. We never had any issue similar to that, but unfortunately the front desk lady seemed to agree to the annoyed guest and not believe on us, just mentioning "some people are more sensitive to noise", seeming that we were really acting against the hotel rules, which made us disappointed, afterall, as said, it was the fourth time that we were at that hotel. Facts should be investigated for sure, but also the guests' history. Also, if we were making some kind of noise, the rooms close to us could have "confirmed" the fact - which they couldn't, as it did not happen at all. At the end, we learned that the complaining guest had left at next day, not having passed 8 days as we did at the hotel (so the next guest would have "the same problem" if we were "lying"), We have booked this hotel on February 2024, hav

The hotel is located minutes from a tube stop - very convenient - and the staff are excellent. One reception staff, Jenna, was just brilliant - so helpful and cheery! Also, the rooms are nice and bright. We did have one issue. The shower did not drain properly. Moreover, the lip is rather low, the door did not close completely and the door hinges have holes that leak. In short water spills out. Mopping up after the first shower late at night after a long international flight was a pain. On following days, we ordered extra towels and backstopped the shower. All’s well that ends well.

The property is in a very convenient location a block from the London Underground (Tower Hill). The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with fresh bakery products regularly replenished.
