Ideal location for exploring London sites. Walking distance to Tower Bridge, 20min on the tube to Westminster. 2 stops to Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow.

My only gripes:
The gym can get a bit busy, there were a couple days where I couldn’t access equipment.

The bar service was not great. I sat in a booth for 20min without anyone coming over to take my order.

Really lovely staff on reception. Lynda upgraded us to an amazing suite as was my birthday treat. It was fabulous .
Great location and lots nice places to eat nearby. Bed a little hard but reception said can ask for a mattrsss topper when you book it.

I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. The location is perfect, with stunning views of Tower Bridge and easy access to everything. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience — I would definitely stay again!

So disappointed I found blood on my sheet that my daughter & I slept on overnight.

Upon leaving the hotel I wanted to speak with front desk managment but because it was check-in time extremly busy around 3pm the lobby was full of customers. I thought being kind not to report in front of other quess checking in so I respectfully reported my concerns to the concierge and went about my day..

I returned 10 hours later and they had not changed my sheets!

I immediately down to front desk to complain showing pitures of the blood on sheets, the manager ask to take a picture of my picture and she did she called maintenence and they changed my sheets at 2 am so inconvenient, The 2am manager was kind enough enough to accomdated me with breakfast from 7am - 10 am, however i explained im not much of a breakfast eater and thanked her

Furthermore in the morning I explained to the front desk that the manger from early morning provided me with breakfast passes unfortunately breakfast does not solve sanitation

The manager spoke pleasant to me and stated somoeone would call me ...I checked out on Friday February 20, 2026 and today is February 24th and noone has called or emailed me. I truly expected a higher level of service consistent with the brand. Upon checking out the next morning I spoke with the front manager. I requested a reasonable adjustment to the room charges and was told they couldn not accommodate me and stated managers would contact me

Although the hotel was very nice and fresh and the rooms were spotlessly clean, the room and the bed was actually very small. My room was a superior double studio, but there is no way that the bed was a double being only slightly bigger that a single.As a lone traveler the room was OK but if you were a couple - forget it.

The rooms were large and amenities are nice. The service in the bar and restaurant was a little slow. In fairness we were there on a holiday weekend. Great location - so close to Tower Hill tube station. We enjoyed our stay!

The bed is advertised as a king sized bed but it’s just two twins joined. They were hard as the sidewalk and I could feel the bump where the two beds met in the middle.

Right next to Tower of London. Washer/ dryer in room. Staff was extremely accommodating! Serviced rooms early in morning. Pull out bed was comfortable enough for children. Queen bed was very firm (not a problem for us but may be for some). Across from train and lovely pub. Would stay again!

I travel the world and had my worst check-in experience here. Total incomprehension of payment system. It made the stay difficult. It was sorted on check-out when senior manager available.

The room was excellent, large clean, beautifully equipped.

Good bar with excellent choice of food - service a little slow. Breakfast buffet good - needs coffee sorted

The bed was ROCK HARD. The place seemed nice overall (good amenities, breakfast, location) but my wife and I couldn't sleep comfortably there and moved to another hotel instead. I stay in many hotels as I often travel for work and this was truly one of the worst matresses I have ever laid on. Staff said \"Some people like firm mattresses\".... honestly the 4 basic things every hotel has to have are:

1. Clean
2. Quiet and dark for good sleep.
3. Comfortable bed for good sleep.
4. Secure

Missing #3 for me. If you don't have all 4 of these basic things as a hotel you are a 1 star!

The room was spacious and clean, but the windows wouldn’t open and staff told us that they cannot do anything about it. Moreover, there was no direct access to the 8th floor where our room was, we had to go up to the 7th floor through the elevator and walk the stairs to the 8th floor every time, which was not convenient.

Estoy muy decepcionado de este hotel, reservamos 2 habitación con cama king size y nos comentaron que por no tener disponibilidad asignaron una habitación de cama individual, muy pequeña la habitación, nada comparado con lo ofrecido ni con las fotos de las habitaciones. El gerente solo ofreció que la proxima vez tratar de darnos las habitaciones correctas pero no ofrece ningún descuento o alguna compensación. Decepcionante.

We had an absolutely wonderful 6 night stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid!
Fantastic location; right across the road from the Tower of London, right beside the Tower Bridge Underground station, and pubs on every corner!
The suite we had was fabulous! Clean, in great condition, and had everything a traveller could want!
Each staff member that we spoke with was professional and very helpful!
Do not hesitate to stay here!!

There was a bit of a miscommunication before check in but once that got settled, the room was great I will say only things that was not what I was expected was on the website the view was way different than the view the junior suite actually had. And the walls are very thin you can hear everything above you , last day I couldn’t really sleep due to someone upstairs moving furniture around for about 20 min . But the resturant had great food and good location to explore right next to two train stations .

Our room was huge! It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It could have used coat hooks, umbrella stand inside the door though. We used our ironing board as a place to place our coats/jackets instead of putting them in the small bedroom wardrobe or draping them on the kitchen chairs. There is a fair bit of noise/rumbling from the elevated train that was outside of our windows, but to be honest we stopped being bothered by it rather quickly. It kind of faded into the background after the first day. The onsite breakfast restaurant was IMO very expensive for what you get, but I did have an amazing latte there. The hotel was very convenient to the Tube station and the water ferry and of course Tower Bridge. Excellent location for any first time visitor to London.

The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would change would be the mattress. Maybe pillow top mattress covers would provide more comfort. Other than that, we loved everything about it. Nice restaurant, close to the tube, walked over the bridge to The Ivy for dinner. Felt safe and loved the views.

The front desk forgot to take note that I was expecting my delayed luggage later that evening and when it arrived, they refused to take it from the person that was delivering it. Extremely disappointing because i had to wait even longer to get my luggage. Poor communication between staff.
