Our son was graduating from Parris Island. We truly enjoyed our stay. Close to all the amenities and restaurants you could ask for. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Blue Water Resort! The property was beautiful with clean pools, manicured lawns and access to the intercoastal waterway. Our suite was huge too! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cleaning essentials. We enjoyed the guest activities that are offered including the minigolf and kayak tour.
The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Michelle at the front desk and Melanie in the activities department were awesome! They provided local recommendations and made sure we had a blast throughout our visit. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. The room was so clean and had everything we could want. The staff were very friendly. We loved all the amenities around the resort. Be sure to walk to Hudson's and Skull Creek restaurants to eat. They were delicious and are right next door to the resort. There is really no reason to have to leave.

The space, as soon as you open the door, that's what hits you first. Then, the cleanliness. Soft beds, huge again clean bathrooms, gated, quiet, close but not to close to needs, fishing, boat dock, activities, bike rentals, basketball rim(one), small putt putt, seating all around property, picnic tables, etc. You will not be disappointed. Looking for a negative, hmm, oh yeah, the crew works so much keeping the property up they woke me up one morning 10am 3hrs after i planned, sooo, lol.

Well this was our third time staying here since it was first opened. Resort is nice ,friendly and right of the water. It’s about 15 minutes away from main beaches & restaurants. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was I which they would deep clean the carpet and couches We had to use some sheets to cover the couches and spray fabrees because you can tell they haven’t been cleaned for awhile, also the room had a humidity smell had to use fabrees every day.

No Golf Credit
The resort is family friendly. It is a timeshare property, so be prepared to be asked to attend a presentation. In the description on the hotels.com website, we were told there would be a golf credit which we had planned for. When we arrived we were told that was no longer available , which was very disappointing. I took a screenshot of the description and shared with resort staff but it was not honored.

Beautiful place with everything you need to keep 3 grown sons busy! Only negative comment is at check in, Address should be on the reservation forms along with a bold print regarding late check in. We had to call to get the address and once there were sent to another location to get keys. Not a big deal unless you just drove 11 hours to get there, That was VERY frustrating. Stay was wonderful and the unit has everythung you couild need.

We enjoyed our kayaking experience with Tyler. The lazy river at the pool was so relaxing. Our unit had everything that we needed and then some. We will definitely consider going back next year. Although we decided that time share isn’t the way for us to go, Brett was very understanding and didn’t make us feel pressured.

We got to the resort far too late for registration and our key was still there waiting for us. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. My sister, who time shares far more than me, was amazed at the site.

We had a problem with the door. On the 28th, when we came back to the room, we noticed our door was opened. We thought that we had left it opened, but there was a problem with the door. When we were getting ready to leave the next day, the door would not open. We called the office about 5 times until someone came up the room to check what's going on. By that time, an hour had passed.
At the registration office, there were information regarding things to do on the island. I asked about it, but got very minimum information. When I called back at least 3 times later asking about it, everyone in the office kept transferring me from on to another. I left a message a couple times, but nobody every got back with me.
They charged something $66 on our card saying that we purchased something, but never did. I called multiple times about it but again, people kept transferring me from one person to another. This whole process was absolutely frustrating. I left message on someone's phone, but again, nobody got back with me. They never addressed the issue, so we had to talk to the credit card company.

Loved this place! We were building 4 (the newest building I think) on the 5th floor with amazing views of Skull Creek. It was very clean and quiet (except for the restaurant that was right behind us that was a little noisy at times). The swimming pool with a lazy river was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. My only real complaint is that this is a timeshare community and we were confronted 3 times about coming to a complementary lunch or dinner and 'learning more about the resort', which is really a sales pitch. Don't be tempted!

These are timeshare condos, the whole place is very nice. The location is on the intracoastal side of the island so it’s about 5.5 miles from the closest ocean beach. The beaches are beautiful, hard packed sand that you can bike ride on. Right beside Bluewater are three restaurants, within walking distance, so that helped with being off the main drag. Hilton Head itself is very busy with lots of traffic so going out wasn’t something we looked forward to.

This Place has it all!! we biked, and played shuffleboard by the water (tried to kayak...but the weather's gusty winds kept us off the bay) went hot-tubing and laid out by the pool. I will say that the on site staff are the key to such an amazing experience for first time guests and we have already decided we will be coming back ASAP. the only very small draw back is the \"time share\" opportunity that WE had no idea was even a thing, but noticed constant tours of ppl in and out which was distracting and felt very \"used car salesman\" we declined said tour as it was not in our plans to spend an hour of our very short 5 day vacation listening to a sales pitch when we are already sold on blue water marina!!! Just a heads up to the way we felt during our stay. The constant parade of people with a salesman felt like we were in a fishbowl at times and uncomfortable. I do understand why Spinnaker resorts would want to \"show off\" such a wonderful place and my business side loves it, however as a vacationer it felt awkward.

You are only able to use the pools, gym etc but no kayaking or any other arranged activities on a Saturday and Sunday.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was super nice and clean and big. There is plenty to do at the resort. I went in March and it wasnt quite warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool or kayak but my next trip I look forward to using those.

we had a spacious 2-bedroom condo overlooking the inland waterway. The two bathrooms were the largest I've ever seen and they were handicapped accessible, which we requested. Much to do and see on this side of the Island, with seafood restaurants and shops all around.

The hotel is great if you don't mind a short 10 minute drive to the beach. You can't beat the pools and the lazy river. The hot tub is nice but never really hot over 99 degrees.

The Bluewater Resort was a clean, conveniently located place to stay. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment which was nice. There are so many Resturant's right next door like Hudson's and the beach is close too! We loved the pool and jacuzzi area. The lazy river in the pool was so much fun for everyone. I wish I had stayed longer to take part in some of the daily activities. I will definitely stay there again!

A little too \"off the beaten path\" for us only because all of our favorite restaurants, stores, etc. are on the other side of the island. We all loved the pool, I just wish there had been a small pool bar down there to grab umbrella drinks and snacks like French fries, nachos, etc. I also think non-timeshare guests should have daily towel replenishment at a minimum. That said, we were very happy with our stay and we don't regret choosing it. The kids had a blast and we did too. PS Don't miss the dock...we walked out there with a picnic breakfast and loved sitting in the chairs under the roof watching for dolphins.

Did not receive correct information regarding where to check in at. Instructions said to check in at Bluewater hotel and subsequently we had 45 minutes of extra driving and $2.75 extra in tolls that we would not have had to have if we had been given the correct information.
