The room was not equipped with heat and only half of the outlets worked. There was a space heater in the room that barely kept it warm we had to provide our own heater as well. The door was broken and not sealed properly so cold air just kept coming in. The beds are hard and not comfortable I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I scheduled a three day stay and could only stay for one night. The refrigerator did not work well and my food spoiled. The toilet was not flushing then completely stopped working. When I informed staff, they told me they didn't have another room and they could not help me. I told them that I would have to check out early and they said that they don't refund. I called the site I used to book the hotel and they had trouble contacting them as well. Door bolt lock was broken off. The peep hole was just a hole with tape over it. The vent above was leaking fluid. The shower was dirty and there were roaches.

Place was run down and nasty. Blanket on the bed was at least 10 years old. Cobbeled together furnishing. Electrical appliances hanging by wire out of the walls. Struggled to get anything we needed from the staff like the pillows that were not in the room or towels and washclothes. The refrigerator was not plugged in and smelled like something died in it. And finally noticed roaches on the last day. I would not have stayed here but had no choice because dident have to money to pay for a new room wile waiting for refund to come. -1 out of 10 stars. This place should be shut down....

When I checked in no one was at the front desk, had to wait 20min before anyone showed up. The room smelled, the large towels were dirty, they did not provide face towels and never brought clean towels for the next 2days. the trash was never remove during my entire stay. someone tried to come in room on day 2. lock on door did not work had to use latch. no remote for tv, I asked for remote never got it. shower curtain to small floor gets wet. roaches in the room. right outside my door was broken glass. I would not consider staying here again and am considering calling state and health department. I would like a refund as this was a major inconvenience this hotel should be condemed

It's nice that Loyalty Inn (previously Motel 6) added a pool and has a nice staff.
Unfortunately that's about the only good thing.
There's no hot water, no mini fridge, and it took over an hour to find the correct remote to the television.

Not great, but it was cheap so I didn't expect much. The curtains fell down twice within the first 20 minutes. Cramped room that was not meant for two beds, so cramped the bedside table had to be turned 90° to even fit. Not enough outlets for the appliances so had to choose which two you wanted plugged in between the TV, microwave, fridge, and the lamp. Overhead light didn't work and one of the lamps didn't have a lightbulb. Bathroom door taped together and difficult to open, front door difficult to shut. Latch of the front door missing the hook. No TV remote, tried to call multiple different numbers, all hung up on us. Vending machines broken. Sink drain stopper didn't work. AC was taped up, tape must have pulled up and a huge bug got inside.

This was absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to. I booked 2 double rooms and the first had a roach on the door as soon as i opened it. The second was not even cleaned from the previous occupant. I walked in and walked right back out and left immediately. I was told to contact expedia for a refund by the attendant at the property. The property manager has not responded to Expedia's request for refund so i’m assuming they are just taking peoples money at this point.

THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA IMMEDIATELY

The manager would not take care of my concerns which were uncleanliness and multiple health code violations- I complained about seeing 5 roaches, the bed was not made, the heat barely worked, there were no towels, washcloths, the carpet was not vacuumed and severely stained, the room smelled very bad, and the mattress looked like it had been collected from a dumpster.

The manager said he couldn’t refund me and offered me a $10 discount for the following night if stayed a second night (what I needed to) and promise me that would be someone in to take care of all of my complaints and clean the room properly. I asked to move rooms and he said no- I could only do that if I checked out and came back in 4 to 5 hours at 3 PM, so I was stuck with the same dirty room because I could not leave at that time.

However, I left an hour or two later, and I returned at midnight in the room and not been cleaned or touched. I fell asleep, unfortunately on a dirty bed. When I checked out this morning, they rushed me to leave at exactly 11 AM and did not address any of my concerns which involved the roaches. I have videos, and photos of all of these things, and I even took my water bottle up to the manager with a dead roach inside of it, I had the cat off while I was sleeping and when I woke up the roach was inside of it. I address the manager again when I was leaving and he said he would take care of me Next time I came by giving me a better room. Huge health concerns calling Health Dept

Came for Lost Lands music festival. The stay was okay, we didn't get bothered from the people who were living there. I can see they are trying to upgrade the hotel. New mattresses, but had plastic on them and the fitting sheet kept coming off. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets. No one came to exchange the sheets and provide new towels. We had buy our own towels and toilet paper. the shower curtain kept falling off, and was only on 4 hooks. It was just a place to recover but I don't think I will stay there for the next years festival.

Disgusting Excuse for a Hotel

What should we talk about first? The damaged ceiling and walls from previous flooding or the wrecked fire detector? Maybe the shower door falling off its rails and the shower flooding the bathroom when I ran the water. Oh we could talk about the cockroaches and other bugs that move pretty fast through the room and the linens and curtains that were that were in tatters because there were so many holes from the bugs. Perhaps we could talk about the wall damage behind the fixtures in the bathroom or the really badly lumpy bed that was difficult to lay on straight. How about we discuss the exposed wiring that was a fire hazard and the damage to the interior bathroom door? How about if we just let the pictures do the talking?

I was in town from Seattle waiting for a friend to get in and wanted a place to take a quick nap. I'm not familiar with the area, but notices it was very close to a Magic Mountain and figured it would at least be family friendly. It was not. The whole place was incredible run down. The room had stains on the carpet and wall. Part of the wall was sunken in due to water damage. I didn't even feel comfortable sitting on the bed. I spent 1hr there then checked out and found another hotel. Plain and simple, this is a crackhead hotel. The woman that checked me in was very sweet and helpful.

Horrible, it was filthy! Roach infested, floors were disgustingly dirty garbage on the floor one fridge didn’t work garbage behind it on the floor. Non smoking room with cigarette smell and burns on every surface place is a complete dump and I can’t believe expedia would recommend this place to anyone, car alarms were going off all night couldn’t get any sleep had to leave the lights on to keep roaches in hiding. I’m worried that I will take bugs home with me. I won’t trust expedias recommendations again that’s for sure.

The room was used just before we arrived. There were ashes on the toilet seat in the no smoking room. The ceiling was caving in from a leak. Keep shoes on! No telling what was in the filthy carpet. No light bulbs in the lamp... so we couldn't see all the flaws, but what we saw was enough to make us run away.

Showed up to be told none of the rooms had a/c and was given the option to cancel my booking. I didn’t really have a choice since most places were at full capacity for the weekend so I stayed

Walking to my room, most of the rooms had window a/c units, on and pumping. Once in the room, there were roaches in the bathroom. Once the lights cut on they scattered and never returned.

The mattress was soft in the middle, like it was t being supported underneath. My butt sank deep into it, but my head and legs stayed elevated. I’m a heavy dude, 200lbs, but that seemed excessive.

Overall I wouldn’t go back. It did the job for what was available to me.

Yea this by far was my worst hotel stay in my life an you travel an stay in hotels atleast 3-4x week. To start the bed was broken like literally broke. The box spring was destroyed an the mattress was so old an it was like laying on the ground then it had bed begs an the staff was rude like other an just brushed me off when i called about the bugs an my pregnant wife an I getting eaten up. This is the worst experience my husband, cousin and I, has ever had!! First of all we drove to Ohio from Michigan to enjoy the races that we’re scheduled out there for the weekend, mind you it was 30 mins from the race tracks, so we made reservations for two rooms one night stay, why the hell we get we there and find ourselves that the hotel did not have no AC we have been sitting in the sun all day and tired no one would want to sleep hat as hell with no Ac running YES we had to reserve rooms at another hotel and that place sucks 😡😡😡😡 We were not going to sleep in a hot as room, if they had a screen on the window maybe but for the money we paid at least give us AC damn it!!!

Building conditions is terrible, plywood over the window above the air conditioner can be punched out or pushed in very easily (not very safe). The bedding was so bad I had to sleep in my clothes. Needs a major overhaul or torn down and rebuilt.
Not to mention that they billed me for an extra nights. I am still trying to get my money back.

There was body hair in the sink and shower. The tub was nasty. Fridge did not close,I had to go buy bathroom cleaner just to clean the bathroom, mold growing at top of shower on the outside,toliet seat nasty beds was nasty and big pot holes thru the parking lot. My dad was afraid to let my son take a shower cause he was afraid he may get athletic feet or sick. There was alot of traffic in and out of the place. The only good thing was convenient to food location.
