It was the worst place I have been at. The night of of check in, they rented my room to another man and he walked in on us as we were in bed. Staff said the PC was broke. They never cleaned our room, we asked for a touch up and they never came. I had to go get my own towels, TP, empty my own trash. On our last day, they locked me out of our room. Had to go to desk and have the clerk let us in. I was told I would have my stay comped but my card was charged and they would not give me a reciept to confirm the comp. Horrible place!!!

Overall, the stay was okay, but the price felt quite overpriced for what was offered. What they call “breakfast” is honestly difficult to consider a real breakfast — the options were extremely limited. On top of that, the coffee machine was broken the entire morning and no one managed to fix it. For the price they charge, I expected a better experience and more attention to basic amenities.

I stayed in the King Suite for 1 night. It was a beautiful room with plenty of space, super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean also. Jimmy at the front desk was super helpful at check in. Complimentary parking is a huge plus. Will definitely come back again!

We booked a suite, looking for extra space and relaxation. Unfortunately, it was located across from the laundry facilities where there was constant noise…major noise during the day, starting up again at 3:00 AM. Also, our room had the oddest feature, a window from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was covered with a tinfoil looking substance which was supposed to make it a one way window. Unfortunately, the tinfoil did not work so there was no privacy in the bathroom. The hotel has potential. However, we have recommended to friends that they avoid it and we won’t stay there again.

Room: The furniture in the room was VERY uncomfortable. Table was broken. First night we were there, loud music below us, called front desk twice. Music continued till 2am. Smoking pot below and with windows closed, it was coming up through the ac unit. We had ants in the bathroom, called front desk \"We don't have any bug spray, not sure what else we can do\". Offered to move us to a smaller room with smaller bed. No offer to clean bathroom. Lack of hot water in sinks and shower. Shower temp was luke warm at best. That was almost worse than the ants! No extra blankets/pillows like most hotels have. Pillows were square, which were a odd. Almost like couch throw pillows, but softer. Top that off with kids running around the property kicking doors.

Free breakfast: Not great. The area was so small, people were standing and eating in the lobby and most items were empty (we went at 730am) so not being refilled. If we had our daughter with us, we would have left. Will not stay again.

Wyndham did not live up to their reputation at this location.

Be aware! Some suites only have a large soaking bathtub but mo shower! Had to have my room swapped upon arrival...kind of odd to not have a shower 😂 staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless.

Breakfast was just a grab and go style, very basic despite Expedia saying it's a top breakfast spot?

Both TVs in room and HVAC unit didn’t didn't work. Called to get fixed, they changed batteries in remote but didn’t fix. They did fix HVAC unit. Room was clean, staff polite and professional. Apparently it’s a new remodel. I do not like the master bath set up, it does have a tub but the shower is in a completely different room, also there’s a big glass window above the bathtub looking into the bedroom, should be covered or etching for privacy put in glass because when you’re in the bathroom or even on the toilet, you see straight into the room weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed in. Might as well be no wall.

Of this place was very nice and clean and a great room and good price for a suite, I’ve upgraded to get the bathtub and it was very worthwhile. I highly recommend. I’d come back to this hotel and I enjoyed the hot tub. Many of the rooms are connected through an outside hallway so keep that in mind with booking if it’s super cold or hot.

A decent place to stay, great value. The linens and hotel overall was clean and well maintained except for some minor things I had a smooth visit and got a lot done. We stayed here after a backpacking trip so we ran out of clean clothes the laundry room was a lifesaver ! Clean and maintained. Although they don’t sell any detergent on the property so you have to go out and get some.The pool is cold which didn’t matter to us but we were disappointed with the hot tub and the lack of jets :( it’s hot at least! But no bubbles. It was quiet and comfortable.

I booked the king suite but the room doesn’t have basic usable items like coffee table , coffee machine , not even a shower. They claimed there is breakfasts but it was just a small coffee area where the breakfast items were all finished when we reach for the same and it was still 1 hr left for the closing of breakfast. I paid 110$ per night but facilities were not even close to a 50$ motel. Much disappointed. If there is any possibility I need my money back.

Awesome , love the huge tub ! I love how there was a patio to step out on . Bed was so comfy , I didn't want to get up . And the office is open for you 24 hours for anything you need . It's quiet and respectful. You are very well taken care of here . Highly recommend.

The hotel has lots of potential but needs a makeover to bring it back to its glorious past. Front desk was excellent.

Our room was not ready as promised. We had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. The room was good -- we had a two-room, two-bath (a bit strange) suite facing the pool. However, the room had one really weird feature. There was a 4 foot by 5 foot picture window between the bedroom and one bathroom where you were looking directly into the tub and toilet from the bedroom! No curtain, nothing to obscure the view. Did I mention weird?
The other thing that caught our attention was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. I cannot remember the last time I could not make my own coffee in the morning.
Finally, the grab and go breakfast was okay but not pleasing. It just lacked quality and class.
Would I stay again? Yes, I would. Good value for the money but I now know what not to expect.

Room was ok but the heater made too much noise. We had about 9 bags and had to lug them up the stairs to the 2nd floor—that was no fun. There was no one to help us with that. Our door didn’t automatically close all the way so someone was able to push our door open when we first got there and hadn’t yet locked it. We stayed there 3 days earlier and it was a much better experience. You really need an elevator to the 2nd floor.

I want to encourage people to give this hotel a chance. It is a great value for your trip. It is apparent that the hotel is trying to upgrade and elevate itself. So there are some things that may seem off but cleanliness and staff was perfect. And to me thats paramount. I hope to see them continue investing in themselves and will stay here again. Rooms were large. Property was quiet, and staff friendly.
