The guy at the front desk spent around a half hour with different remote controls trying to get the TV to work. At 6 AM some homeless person banged on my room saying he needed help. GPS takes you to the other side of the cyclone fence from the hotel instead of telling you to continue straight, turn left, make a U-turn, and pull into the hotel.

The room was very neglected - the walls were grimy in areas where light switches were, or where people lean against the wall. All the furniture and light fixtures looked like they were found at a second hand building supply store. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. One bedside light didn’t work. The bathroom was put together with a mash up of sink, faucets, tiles, tub from four different Renovations. The bathroom sink faucet was worn so bad that the metal was showing through the white finish. I would never stay there again and would never recommend anyone stay there. It was the dumpiest place we have ever stayed in and I have stayed at high end hotels and Super 8’s and Motel 6’s before.

As others have said, don’t do it.

Ended up here through no fault of my own -- third party booking issue where I was supposed to be.

The employees were nice, but the rooms are extremely run down, the area is pretty unsafe and the WiFi and majority of TV channels do not work.

The photos displayed here are not even remotely accurate of what you're getting. This is, to be clear, a motel and a run down one at that.

I am looking for Andy.

I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable.

We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight?

The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state.

I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room.

I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing.

Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back.

Wish I were there.

Made over motel not Days Inn quality. We are elders and carrying an even small suitcase up outdoor steps was unexpected. Breakfast was not offered here. These 2 realities without prior knowledge created a negative reaction. This property, even if clean, does not feel like it is. This motel was not truthful of its condition. The 3rd party also did not give information of the reality.

I had to check out and stop for breakfast and pay more money. I told the guy about that being advertised online and he said I know were working on taking it off. That is false advertisement. Also when I got there early to check in there was no place to sit they didn't even open up for me to sit inside comfortably while I waited for my room to b finished. I would NOT stay here again

This placed advertised free breakfast, but when we got there, they claimed that their kitchen is under construction. The pool was dirty, so swimming was not possible. Inside the rooms the faucet was broken as well as the refrigerator. And since we had no idea the refrigerator wasnt working well, all the Deli meat, icecream, the food we bought for our 3 days stay- got spoiled. They never replenished the toilet paper, or towels. Overall disappointing.

The thresh hole to the bathroom has sheet metal screws, my granddaughter cut her foot first thing. Water temp not exceptable , I complained and he said, oh it's hot. Barely Luke warm. Lamp on night stand doesn't turn off. The plug has no out let cover. Pool shut down. I will be giving bad feedback on Google with pictures.

The walls were dirty, the carpet disgusting, the bathroom door was delaminating, the outlets were loose, the curtains were in disrepair & falling down, the linnens were stained, the striker plate for the door was falling off, the AC unit was overheating, the furniture was peeling, the faucey was loose and plumbed backwards, the toilet bolts were broken, the shower curtain had black smeared fingerprints on it.

Until this property gets a massive face lift, stay far away.

The only redeeming quality was the person workung when we checked in - he was incredibly kind.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They are false advertising their amenities and accommodations. Disgusting is an understatement. The rooms are not upkept at all. The sheets have ink stains, bedskirts are crusty dirty like never changed, dresser was dirty, carpet is old and thick with dirt, it is lifted from the floor and wrinkled, and sofa is grossly dirty. There is NO breakfast as advertised, and the pool is nowhere near as crystal clear as in the advertised pictures. I had to quickly book a different hotel because I couldn’t remain there with my family. Thankfully Expedia issued a full refund but person at lobby charged me a cleaning fee of $30 for a room that was already dirty and stuffy before I got there. I should’ve taken more pictures of the carpet but you can only imagine after seeing this dirty sofa. Do not trust the advertised pictures. Other than unfairly charging me a cleaning fee, the person was nice and understanding of me wanting to leave.

Perfect location! There’s a Seven Eleven, KFC, Burger King next door. Across the street from there is a shopping plaza with an Asian grocery store, Mexican restaurants (one you can play billiards at), Chinese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, a pizza place I didn’t get to try, retail shops, and other establishments. The room was comfortable, albeit it could use a facelift, and it felt clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable as well. TV had premium movie channels, Fox News, CNN, etc. Plus, I didn’t have go far to light up a cigarette. The property manager said it was ok to step out of the room and light up right outside the room! Also, got a real good as well. I highly recommend this place!

I have never stayed at hotel that is in such poor, unkempt, dirty condition. The lights and outlets on the wall between the beds didn't work and were nearly falling out of the wall. The sheets and pillows smelled clean but the blankets/covers on top were visibly dirty. The walls were dirty. The door lock was loose and the door clearly did not fit well in the frame; when the door was closed you could clearly see an outline of light coming in. The bathroom was dirty.

Awful to say the very least. Reception room was a mess, receptionist was rude and did not care to help us when we requested a refund for falsely advertised room (stains, lighting), uncleanliness (hair on towels, pool violations), and to top it all off, we found a condom in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. We were offered NO refund and the receptionist kept insisting a free upgrade to a king-sized room instead of just giving us a refund. We didn’t even get a refund, so ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money, DON’T book here.

Honest management, good sleep

The owner/manager was great and honest. He gave us a choice of upstairs or downstairs and carpet or hardwood flooring. The price was great for the area (not the best), had a transient stumble in as we were checking in looking for a friend. Door frame to our room appeared to have been kicked in before. Pool was closed for maintenance and there was no spa which were the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also no breakfast as the hotels.com listing showed it had and was another reason we chose this hotel. So we were a bit let down upon checking in. The room, however, was clean and nice. Despite the location of the hotel it was quiet and we slept well both nights. Enough hot water in shower for each family member to shower one after the other and bathroom appeared to have been remodeled and upgraded recently. So while we were disappointed our booking wasn't what we had hoped for it was a decent hotel, we were able to relax and sleep well, and had no other issues than those mentioned above. Would we stay there again, for the price, yes if everything was in working order the next time. Again these were not issues the hotel management could have fixed during our stay as they were unexpected on their end as well. Manger was very open and honest up front at check in which we appreciated.

The hotel was disgusting. I purchased the motel through Expedia. The photos in Expedia look nothing like what the motel looks like. The room was disgusting, they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the pool was closed due to having a large rat dead in it and a huge hole in the bottom of it. The room had stains on the sheets, stains on the floor, a filthy greasy armchair, human tooth in the window seal, along with a rotten cheeseburger left inside a drawer, and holes in the walls. In addition there were prostitutes. I'm pretty positive they're running a prostitution ring out of the motel. I was advised they couldn't refund me and advised me to contact Expedia. Needless to say, we chose not to stay regardless of the refund issue. We research for two hours to find somewhere to stay. We didn't find a place to stay until after 12pm. This inconvenienced us tremendously. I highly recommend that you DO NOT stay or bring your children there.

I believe there was a problem with their credit card machine because two of my cards didn't work for the deposit even though I had used them earlier in the day. I even called the credit card companies, and the problem wasn't on their end. As a result, I had to go to a bank to bring cash, and when I returned, there was another customer at the desk whose card wasn't working. The internet also didn't work for the first day, and my towels were laundered but still had a stain. All in all, you get what you pay for; this place was less than half the price of the hotel where the conference I attended was, and I can see why.

1st room tube with backed up and dirty. Room was being redone, patchs on walls, If it was me motel would not rent this room. After 3 days they unblocked the tube was able to take a shower. The next day tube was full of dirt. Told them and they put me in another room. 2nd room was better, the TV did not work so they had a small monitor in its place. I dont recommend staying at this hotel!! No breakfast due to remodeling stated by manager. Dirty walls, front door not very secure or safe, bed sheets/ blankets not very clean ,electrical outlets not working. For the price I paid for this hotel room was not acceptable & not in the condition as shown on website pictures. I have paid for & stayed at lower rated hotels than this that were clean & sanitary!! Fore warned!! I do hope the hotel owners

Filthy, dirty and unsafe.

It was terrible. The room is filthy. The sofa is so dirty that I do not want to seat on. The floor is old and smelly.
The worst thing is happen at night. Someone was banging on our door at 1am and 2pm tried to get in to our room.
We can not sleep that night because of or safety. We asked for canceling and refund of our booking but the clerk refused to give us a refund for the second night.
We decided to leave the property because of our safety.
I would not recommend anyone to go here.
They advertised to provide free breakfast but when we come they said no breakfast is available.

I booked the room for $244. Then at check-in it was $344. Not happy with booking. The staff was great. And the property is clean and nice. Front desk. Person very nice and accommodating. Bummed it advertised breakfast. But sadly no breakfast.

Yikes, don’t stay in #30

Hole in the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom, left over shampoo in bathroom from stat before, faucet in bathroom is broken, air conditioner whistles when shutting off, outlets by bed didn’t work ~ needs to finish repairs before renting again. We were exhausted after driving all day & beds were comfy & warm water on shower were the most important factors.

The place actually exceeds our expectation. The room was adequate for what we needed: shower and sleep. Our little boy enjoyed the water pressure from both sink and shower.
No sign of pest, but they didn't clear the fridge before our check in.
