Avaliando justamente para eu lembrar de não voltar mais. O hotel inteiro tem um cheiro de mofo e coisa velha. Minha porta ficou os 2 dias apitando como se estivesse aberta. Meu chuveiro só saiu água fria (para equilibrar a temperatura do quente, no último dia). O café da manhã é simples e não vale o custo de mais de trezentos reais. Estacionamento pago a parte.

O pessoal da limpeza deixou a desejar, depois da visita da faxineira meu quarto ainda tinha pó. Tirei o rolo de papel para usar no meu quarto e a camareira não repôs. Péssima experiência.

Achei o hotel muito caído!
Pra começar, ao chegar na acomodação a porta do quarto estava escancarada… achei estranho… Quando precisei sair do quarto descobri que a porta só fechava por dentro, a maçaneta não rodava por fora, ou seja, não havia a possibilidade de sair do quarto, pois a porta ficaria aberta com meus pertences lá dentro. Liguei para a recepção e apenas me orientaram que algumas portas do hotel estavam com esse problema… Não foi oferecido para trocar de quarto em nenhum momento!
Além disso, o frigobar do quarto faz um barulho muito desagradável, que atrapalhou muito à noite! Tentei desligar na tomada, porém a tomada ficava escondida atrás de um painel. Conversei com outra hóspede, que relatou o mesmo problema do barulho no quarto dela!
O chuveiro também é extremamente apertado e não há suporte algum para colocar sabonete, sahmpoo e etc…
Infelizmente não vale a pena a estadia nesse hotel!

Melhor atributo do hotel é sua localização que é ótima!
No geral o hotel é bem ok.
Café ok.
Banheiros ruins, nao tem suporte para produtos dentro do box (as vezes dei azar, mas uns 4 quartos que fui não tinham)
Roupa de cama tem cheiro muito forte, não sei se de produto ou se de guardado, mas definitivamente não é cheiroso.
Toalhas além de pequenas são bem velhas e ralas.
TVs são antigas.
De resto é razoável.

As imagens enganam bem

Nas fotos postadas para ver como é o hotel parece excelente, mas chegando la, totalmente diferente, único que realmente semelhante é a área do café da manhã, que por sinal era a única coisa que era bom. Ar condicionado nao funcionava direito, vaza água pelo quarto, não gelava, banheiro era ok, mas dentro do box não tinha nem um local para colocar o sabonete ou shampoo, ou seja tinha que colocar tudo no chão. Cama extremamente ruim, parece que não sao trocadas desde de quando inaugurou o hotel.

Estava procurando uma hospedagem em Campinas para uma pernoite. Fizemos uma busca por preço, e, pelos comentários, decidimos nos hospedar. O hotel fica no centro de Campinas e oferece estacionamento pago para poucos veículos. No entanto, o local é apertado e está em obras, e a diária do estacionamento custou R$ 26,00. Achei o estacionamento péssimo; pela falta de estrutura, nem deveria ser cobrado. O hotel, apesar de antigo, está passando por reformas.

Pontos Positivos:

O café da manhã é muito bom.
O quarto é bem espaçoso.
O banheiro foi todo reformado, com um bom chuveiro.
Pontos Negativos:

Os colchões das camas são horríveis, com todas as molas danificadas.

Hotel bem antigo, precisa modernizar. Tinha anúncio que estavam em reforma, talvez eu tenha dado azar de pegar quarto não renovado ainda, isso não foi legal. As camas eram péssimas, roupa de cama estava bem limpa, mas o ar condicionado e o frigobar faziam muito barulho, bem de coisa antiga mesmo. Já o café da manhã era muito bom, o único destaque positivo do hotel.

A localização do hotel é boa, possui um mercadinho 24 horas na frente.
O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso, a funcionária responsável foi muito educada e estava sempre repondo os alimentos. Aliás, todos os funcionários que tivemos contato eram simpáticos.
Sobre o quarto, tive problemas com o aplicativo, mas o hotel conseguiu resolver logo. O quarto estava limpinho, mas o banheiro não tinha box, o que nos irritou um pouco.
No geral, o hotel é bom.

De um modo geral tudo foi bom , o café da manhã é muito bom. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, acho que não deveria mais existir ali o bidê, ducha higiênica
seria o ideal. Único ponto negativo , é estacionamento pago, que deveria ser 24 hs e no entanto no sábado , chegamos as 23hs e demorou pra abrir o portão na entrada com o carro , portão acionado pelosfuncionários darecepção do hotel que deixaram a desejar, pois após entrar com carro ficamos presos dentro do estacionamento por uns 15 minutos até que vissem que tinhamos que sair. No domingo aconteceu a mesma coisa , quando fomos pegar o carro tive que ligar pra recepção pra conseguir entrar no estacionamento, e pra sair na mesma hora tive que ter paciência novamente, pq demoraram muito de novo. Isso no sábado e domingo. Na sexta feira e na segunda-feira foi tranquilo.

Bom hotel central

Boa localização no centro, porém o estacionamento é pago (R$25 em Ago/23) e não fica no prédio do hotel (no hotel há um micro estacionamento no subsolo que serve como carga e descarga, para estacionar mesmo é logo em frente, basta atravessar a rua, porém à noite é estranho). Café da manhã muito bom. O quarto foi renovado, cama boa e com tomada do lado. Porém o banheiro estava com o teto de gesso mofado, mas tudo funcional e limpo. Tem um mini-mercado bem próximo.

Razoável. Apesar de reformado, o hotel é antigo, por isso as instalações do banheiro não são tão boas. A porta do quarto estava emperrando para fechar. Camas do quarto desconfortáveis pois os colchões já estão velhos/desgastados. Ressalva para o café da manhã que era muito bom em variedade e qualidade e num espaço bem agradável, assim como os funcionários bastante atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã é bom,mas não tem estacionamento

Café da manhã excelente, atendimento simples e ok. Mas quem hospedar já fique sabendo que hotel não disponibiliza estacionamento no prédio. O estacionamento fica em frente com vagas apertadíssimas e cobram 22 reais a diária. No andar que fiquei tinha cheiro de mofo e as mobílias do quarto são antigas.

Paguei 22 reais pelo estacionamento que estava lotado e o manobrista levou para um externo. Porém ao sair não tinha manobrista e eu mesmo tive que buscar. Iluminação do quarto tb com luz amarela muito fraca, onde fica o chuveiro é muito estreito.

Quarto limpo, chuveiro excelente (pressão da água) porém extremamente barulhento.
Estávamos em um quarto triplo mas só havia 2 toalhas - prontamente atendidos após reclamação.
A cama não tinha lençol para se cobrir - ainda estou me perguntando o por quê. Havia apenas cobertores.
O café da manhã surpreendeu: salão moderno e bem completo até (para o padrão do hotel).

Eficiente e prático, com preço honesto

Muito bem localizado, pessoal bem treinado, educado e pró-ativo. Só criticarei os colchões de mola do quarto 603, já meio antigos e muito desconfortáveis. Sugiro se possível substituir por colchões de espuma e atentar ao tempo de uso.

Dos dois quartos um a água quente não funcionava e faltou sabão. O estacionamento era pago e do outro lado da rua. No dia seguinte de manhã os dois elevadores sociais não funcionavam, causando demora para ir ao café. Colaram etiqueta na chave do carro e ao retirar ficou grudento. Ponto positivo para o café da manhã.

Péssima experiência

Foi péssima, cheguamos para fazer o check-out as 10:30 nao estava disponível ainda, voltamos as 12:00 horario que a recepção falou e nao estava pronto, so liberou a limpeza do quarto as 14:43, nos deixando sem banho e impossibilitando de podermos resolver nossos assuntos na cidade, pois estavamos com bagagens e tinhamos que nos arrumar. Atendimento do hotel foi péssimo nao irei voltar ficou muito a desejar.

Hospedagem boa e econômica

Hotel bom e limpeza excelente. Café da manhã com muitas opções, os pães ficam expostos e acabaram secando. No quarto não tem cobertor, somente uma espécie de colcha, que fica guardada no armário. Não possui secador de cabelo também. O estacionamento fica em frente e foi cobrado período de 12 horas, mesmo tendo ficado bem menos. Atendimento cordial. Muito bom pelo preço.

Desde o lobby até o quarto o hotel é bastante mau cheiroso. Camas com colchões extremamente moles. Pia do banheiro com vazamento de água. Box pra banho é minúsculo, não dá pra levantar os braços. Certamente uma pessoa um pouco gordinha não cabe lá. As Cobertas não dá pra usar de tão sujas e fedidas.

bom custo/benefício, mas dá pra melhorar

Ficamos somente uma noite. O hotel fica bem no centro, é limpo e possui estacionamento pago no local ($22,00). O café da manhã é gostoso e fica no 13 andar que nos dá uma vista diferente da cidade. Meu ponto de observação seria que o hotel poderia dar um \"upgrade\" no banheiro, achei bem antiquado e o traveseiro era horrível. Estavamos em um quarto triplo e havia somente duas toalhas disponíveis e pedimos uma terceira que nos foi dada, mas com uma certa falta de boa vontade por parte do Staff que me constrangeu a pedir mais um traveseiro.

Localização central. Estacionamento pago em frente ao hotel. Quarto espaçoso.
O hotel fica em um prédio antigo porém já foi reformado. Nada muito moderno mas ok.
Café da manhã gostoso.
Ficamos no 11 andar e acordamos às 6 da manhã com muito barulho de mesas e cadeiras arrastadas. O café é servido no 13 andar.
Foi difícil dormir por bastante tempo.

Não gostei do quarto, o atendimento foi muito bom, o café da manhã foi simples, mas a condição do quarto é decepcionante, o banheiro mal iluminado, o local para banho é apertado e sem estrutura para acomodar um shampoo por exemplo, e no quarto tem manutenções simples para se fazer como arrumar um aparador que está caindo.
