First night around 2am someone came crashing through the door with the cart thought they were in our room. Complained then the rest of the time you can still hear the fumbling noise.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Sapphire Falls Resort and our time spent here was fantastic! The convenience of the water taxi and the shuttle bus is fantastic and early park admission is an exceptional added benefit. The food at Amatista restaurant was very satisfying and a morning smoothie at New Dutch Trading Co. was exactly what we needed before starting our day at the parks. The pool is one of the largest we ever encountered and the staff is always willing to help with whatever you're needing.

We never ate breakfast there. The air conditioning system worked great because we like it a little warmer and we had connecting rooms so worked out perfectly for the three of us. The only flaw was not renovating our room 2312 as compared to connecting room 2314. We had an old school shower with a shower curtain. 2314 has a brand new glass door and brand new tile with a bench in the shower. The room was clean and the staff was great. Your concierge service is five Star All The Way. Great ladies !

Rooms are small for the price. The hallways were rough, scuffed corners and walls needing repair. We had issues with our keys early on and some repairs to flickering lights in our hotel room. The staff responded quickly to the repairs in the room. The common areas were clean and location of the hotel is very convenient. The water taxi was the best amenity. The pool was nice and parking was easy although they were having issues with the key card technology.
