Excellent room. Everything was clean. Rooms were cold when set. Front staff was amazing and I mean extremely amazing even when we arrived after midnight. The hospitality and knowledge from them were great to hear. Added perks to staying here, Denny's is 0.04 of a mile away, IHOP is 0.1 mile away. Universal is definitely not a min walk but you can park at universal for 35 a day, which I think if they offered a shuttle to universal will make this place sellout every night. We will be staying here every time we come to universal studios

Unsanitary bedding. Blood smear, body flakes & hair. Reached out to management & no response. Asked, the employee on duty to come upstairs was told he could not because he was the only employee there. I was told room would be secured so management could go in & check bedding condition. That was not the case. Again, no follow up. My suggestion ~ pull back blankets & sheets check for dirty/used bedding. I usually do but did not because I was exhausted from park hopping. Will never allow myself to be that tired... Just be beware ~

It felt like previous reviews and the amenities oversold this place. When we arrived around 9 pm on a Saturday night, the sole person behind the desk was gone, probably dealing with something else that was unstaffed or taking a short break and I and other guests were just standing around wondering when we'd get checked in. The guest rooms are modern with easy-to-clean surfaces but nonetheless when my husband woke up he stepped on a piece of glass a previous guest had left behind. There was a bar with no bartender, \"room service\" with no apparent kitchen, and the \"hot breakfast\" is a la carte with prices unknown, but FWIW, there is a Denny's almost next door.

The hotel is pretty new. It’s located very close to universal studios and just off the highway. It’s dog friendly and has a good grassy area for walking a dog. I had a king bed suite. It was large with a very nice living room area.

Our room had a few issues the shower had a large hole covered by tape, in need of repairs. We didn't have rugs for outside the shower and it was very slick on the tile. If they offered breakfast with your stay I wasn't made aware of that. Parking was never a problem and close to the parks.

Multiple calls from the manager and left me voicemails about our room before checking in. Had issues with the room and asked if we were ok with a diff room I said we had party of 5. She said no worries she will make sure a roll up bed is put in the room right now. And would give me a discount for the inconvenience (never happened) Clearly lied.

When we reached our room at around 11pm and sooo tired…no roll up bed there. Asked front desk she said no note here. And if u want u have to come and get the bed yourself. The room was so small there wasn’t even a space to put a roll out bed! Back n forth and it was passed midnight till we got a diff room. Painful and very unorganized place. Will not return and do not recommend esp with kids.

Towel had a big yellow stain on it. You could tell the hotel had been worn down and not taken care of. Staff at night was semi-rude. Morning staff was much more pleasant.

We loved our stay. The hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice. Breakfast was not included. We paid for it one day and it was your basic hotel breakfast, but very expensive. The service for it was excellent though. The mattress was very thin and hard, but we did not mind sleeping in it since everything else was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great universal trip!

I have to say that I am over the moon with how well our trip was! This hotel was clean and inviting. We had the family room with a king bed and two bunk beds. With two teenage girls, it was perfect. The room was spacious. The front desk was very accommodating with our requests and always super friendly. They do not clean your room everyday which is ok but we had to ask for towels and coffee pods. That wasn’t a big deal. The Wyndham will be in our rotation for our trips to Orlando! Thank you again for a wonderful stay

The hotel was great for our short stay. It’s just minutes from attractions and restaurants. It’s no frills, but very clean and quiet. No bugs! Bathroom was clean.
The staff was very nice and informative. There is a pool, but we were too busy to check it out.

My only complaint- the pillows. Bring your own pillow! Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would book this hotel again the future.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and keep my bags there after I checked out as I had a late flight and needed a place while I was at the Universal parks.
The window shade would not go up or down but the dark shade worked fine.
The facility was remodeled and felt updated and had everything I needed.
The coffee was subpar in both the room and the complimentary coffee in the lounge area.

There was the remnants of what looked like a dog chew bone in the room. Stepped on it our first night. Also the AC is on a sensor. It turned off on us twice at night. We woke up sweating a couple times. The property itself is nice, needs some attention with operations.

At check out the FD lady was having a personal conversation and after 7-8 mins I just stepped in with a excuse I'd like to check out can you finish your conversation after... Kind of ridiculous that you need to do that.
