When I booked it, I was not very aware that it is the best location in Toledo! Walking distance to everything. Most of all, taxi comes right to the hotel door. Delicious eating in the plaza next to it. Tons of little stores nearby, including grocery store.
The hotel is very clean and nice. Surely that the remodeling was recent - everything looks quite new. Amazing that in this old building, there is a great, modern elevator. So convenient! Our double bedroom was very spacious.
The only worry: getting into the shower may be dangerous, as it's built above the bath tube, which is high and slippery, and there are no handles to support help yourself.

A great little find right at the top of the escalator up from the Bus station, and right on the edge of the compact little medieval city that is Toledo. Everything you need for an overnight stay - and some Roman ruins in the hotel lobby as well !

Great location to see the old town areas. Getting into the hotel initially was more than challenging as the car GPS route had a very significant road closure. It refused to reroute and we drove around and around the area finding no way in. Finally just parked, got a map and walked. Hotel was fine and quiet at night.

Great location!
Great location in the center of Toledo old town. Walking distance to almost everything except train station. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Hotel is very simple but clean. No fridge, no coffee machine and no kettle in the room. No breakfast since there is no in house restaurant. If you have luggage, please take bus or taxi from the train station instead of climbing up like we did. Taxi was very cheap, only 6-8 euros one way. Will stay again if come back to Toledo.

The location is fabulous for seeing Toledo as you are right on the main plaza, from which it is easy to get anywhere you want to via bus or walking. My hotel room was an odd shape, but I would judge it to be superior to any normal hotel room shape as it allowed for a separate sitting area and bed area.

We enjoyed our one-night stay here - the hotel was extremely well located right off the main plaza in Toledo, a short walk from cathedral, Alcázar, etc. (as well as many restaurants). The room was basic but fine, though we both felt that the bed was not very comfortable, and the lighting system (on top and beneath a low-hanging bar above the bed) was less than convenient. All the staff members we spoke to were very helpful and informative - they called cabs, explained to a taxi driver that we wanted to be driven to the Mirador, gave advice about the city, and were generally very sweet. We would stay here again if we returned to Toledo.

Very nice hotel centrally located. You can walk up from the bus or train station, but just about any bus will take you up for 1.40 or a $5 taxi ride. The shops around close early but there is plenty to do. It can be loud outside, but hey, you have most of the famous locations right outside your window. Very nice staff that held my bag after checkout so I could explore a little more. Can’t be any more happy with my stay! Thank you!!

This is a clean and contemporary hotel right on the main plaza. The rooms are small but nicely and simply decorated. They provide you with a little user's manual with detailed info on how to operate the air conditioning and more importantly the high tech, but counter intuitive, taps and tub filler in the bathroom. I suffered through a cold shower before figuring it out.
The hotel is built over the foundations of an ancient building that you can see through glassed in floor panels. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the monuments. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location and clean with good AC. No breakfast or services, but these are had 5 doors down (great local tavern with breakfast). Roomy for Europe, especially bathroom, but strange layout and traditional bathtub (full size) with hand sprayer. Wifi service is very slow for many tries during the week.

The Hotel was perfectly situatated near the main square and across the road from the Tourist Information Centre. We had room 301 which was very spacious and had a small terrace, the shower was excellent and powerful. You can pay €5 for breakfast but we didnt go for this option as lots of places around to have breakfast. Tip: If walking from the train station follow the pink line on the footpath which will lead you to the escalators, take them to the top and then only a two minute walk to the hotel, save you walking up the hill with suitcases.

This is a basic hotel very well located off the main plaza in Toledo. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but almost devoid in color or decoration. Although the room was clean, the heavily stained cover on the 3rd bed that we first saw as we entered was a bit of a turn-off (it should be replaced!).

Very friendly staff. Quiet restful sleep, actual double bed. Modern hotel in historic building of which they have kept the architectural details. No coffee maker or kettle and no English channels. Steps away from sightseeing train, coffee shops and main sites. Definitely take the bus or taxi from train station into centre. Difficult to drag bags up the steps/sidewalks of old city. Keep in mind the buses use the sidewalk as theirs on the small, curvy streets...and they don't slow down:) would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very clean and nice, right on the Plaza Zocodover. The hotel staff is friendly and aims to please. My room was very small, but stil comfortable and adequate, and a good value for the money.

Right in the Plaza Zocodover, close to the cathedral and Alcazar, good confort, but hard to find, because they do not have a big sign on the building. Even after parking in a bus stop for 5 mins and walking around, I still couldn't find it, I asked a local and he pointed me to a brown canvas, then I saw the name on the front door. We parked in a garage by Alcazar and got the parking ticket stamped by the hotel for a discount (ended up as 13 Euros per day). There are many restaurants and mini markets around, plus city tours right outside the hotel. Very clean!

La ubicación de la propiedad es inmejorable, accedes a todos los sitios turísticos a pie. Es seguro y limpio, mi habitación fue básica para descansar, a buen precio. Lo recomiendo si quieres ahorrar y salir a pasear. El personal fue muy amable.

Arrivant du Parador d’Alcala de Henares nous avons trouvé la chambre un peu petite mais surtout sans étagère pour ranger dans l’armoire où il y a une trop grande penderie et juste un porte serviette en dehors de la douche qui est bien petite. Mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette jolie ville malgré la foule. Rapport qualité/prix mauvais.

La ubicación es ideal. Desde él, puedes recorrer a pie todo el casco histórico de Toledo.
Aunque no dispone de servicio de desayuno, hay multitud de bares muy cerca en los que puedes desayunar, almorzar y cenar bastante bien. El mismo personal del hotel fue el que nos indicó sitios donde hacerlo.

La habitación era amplia, la cama cómoda y ,para estar en pleno centro, era nuy silenciosa. Tiene una neverita en la que te dejan un brick de agua de cortesía por persona. La habitación tenía un pequeño patio sin vistas. El baño era muy grande, con la parte del inodoro separada por una puerta. La chica de recepción es muy atenta.

El checkin ha sido super lento , 40 minutos para 4 habitaciones!! Desesperante. La habitación no tenia nada que ver con la foto que aparece en la reserva. Uno de los lados de la cama de 1,35 cm pegado a una de las paredes del habitáculo, porque no se puede llamar habitación, por lo que una de las personas tiene que acceder a la cama trepando.Cuando he pedido cambio de habitación me han dicho que no había ninguna, pero como obligatoriamente he tenido que pagar por adelantado por supuesto antes de ver la habitación,ya no he podido hacer nada . Un desastre!!!

Me parecio ridiculo que la chica del front desk en la noche 10-20-2024 pedimos hacernos un cafe y cdo le Pedimos crema para ponerle, nos dio solo 2 mini y le pedimos 1 extra nos dijo que era 1 x huésped.
Al hacer el check in el chico interrumpió el proceso ( ya habiamos esperado pq el
Sistema tenia problemas ) para empezar a entregarle equipaje a antiguos guests y quedamos esperando , debio terminar nuestro check in y luego atender el grupo que estaba recogiendo equipaje que le habian guardado , hotel guarda tu equipaje por cortesia ( yo tb guarde el mio pq llegue temprano) pero deben esperar si estas haciendo un check in, no teniamos que esperar una vez mas para terminar

El hotel está en un buen sitio, muy cerca de la plaza Zocodover. En general está en buenas condiciones, desafortunadamente en nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y tuvimos que dormir con tapones, asimismo la ducha no desaguaba bien.
