A good value hotel in a convenient location for us. It's a bit run down in places (pealing wallpaper etc.) but generally it was ok. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but there was something for everyone. Bed was really comfy (and I'm really picky!). The shower was really weak and not very hot, I think it was set to a lower temperature so couldn't really be changed which was a little annoying. It was ok, I would recommend it for a quick stop off but it's not amazing.

Didnt do breakfast. It was just an overnighter. There was coffee in the room. No cups. No water. And i asked for towels as they may have forgotten, they dont have bath towels available. The staff at night was very helpful tho. Just that towel should be a staple item. Anyway, we transferred to the next-door hotel. Better choice i think. You asked.

The bath only has very cold water due to a malfunctioning valve. It seems this was known to the hotel but they still rent the room. Previous guest would have told them. Maintenance is poor in this hotel and you can see it.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I could not stay here longer. The lobby was beautiful and misleading as the room was old and unclean. Chipped paint, the mattress was old. The lever on the toilet was broken, as was the shower knobs. There was a half used water bottle in the room which was from the prior guest. The bathroom was dirty. Towels were thin like sheets. I was grossed out and will not stay at this property again.

Very comfortable fairly spacious room , large bed , window overlooking trees . Corridor’s carpet needs upgrading but inside the room was v clean . Close to a few restaurants in a quiet area , 10min uber drive to airport. Reception staff v helpful . Breakfast included was adequate.

This is a basic hotel used for airport access only
and it is cheap. As the saying goes you only get what you pay for. It is fine for 1 night.

The rooms are a good size but whole place is tired. No shampoo etc. you need your own. There is no hotel shuttle so my recommendation is to Uber both ways 11E compared to 50 quoted for a taxi. The dining room is open for breakfast (absolutely fine) but there is no ability for dinner at night. Drinks and nibbles available at a high price only. Alternatively reception have an online delivery with someone.
Truly it is comfortable for a night stopover.

The bathroom was not cleaned well there was tissue stuck on the floor. Hair in the tub and it was stained with dirt (thankful for shower shoes). The tub was also very difficult to climb into if you have the slightest mobility issue. The food was HORRIBLE and overpriced. The front desk ladies were very nice - that was the best part of the hotel. Ohhhh, the elevator situation was horrific!

This hotel was perfect for a short stay near the airport. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing me to use the stairs as I am unable to use lifts. Food in the restaurant was also very nice. Walls are quite thin between rooms, I could hear every movement of my neighbour, but other than that rooms are clean and spacious.

Dont judge a book by its cover

Hotel is 10 minutes or less away from the airport. Lobby area/floor is very nice however the bathrooms in the room are not clean. We had to change room because the shower was not working in our first room. 2nd room the shower/bathtub was all crusty. We didn’t even use it because it didn’t look clean. Very surprising because the presentation of the hotel & photos make it seem very nice! However the room was very spacious.

We stayed during the Olympics and it appeared the place was overbooked and understaffed. Our room still had painters tape on it and it looked like some rooms on our floor were not occupied possible due to not being finished with renovations. It was in a great location so that made us overlook the other issues. Our room was next to the Air Conditioning and it was very loud and the system turning on and off would wake us up.

The staff at the reception is very nice, the bed is good and clean. but in the bathroom, the products for shower/shampoo are ridiculous, i understand the value of being \"green\" and saving money but for the price of the room it goes too far. the recycled toilet paper also is ridiculous. the restaurant is goof, the staff is nice and the food is good in taste and quantity. a few nicer things in the bathroom would make it a really pleasant experience

I booked this airport hotel for transfer and contacted hotel for shuttle bus service with details, however they only sent the booking information without the pick up information, the booking information only listed for TGV station not the airport. I called the hotel and no response, people don't know where is the spot to take the bus since this hotel not listed on the airport station like other hotels. we had to travel between Terminal 2 to Terminal 3, no clue where is the pick up point, it is terrible service.

The photo online of the room I booked was not representative, in any way, of the room we got. The room, the hallways, the elevator were all VERY dated (1980s). There were stains on the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were stains on the ceiling and the bathroom had mold and mildew all over the shower/tub. There was a thick layer of dust all around the edge of the tile baseboards in the bathroom which was so noticeable that we are certain there are no standards with their cleaning regimen. We only needed a room for the night before our flight so we sucked it up (other hotels were fully booked or were too expensive).

The restaurant service was atrocious. The staff openly ignored each group standing in line to be seated. A little attention goes a long way.. all they needed to do was acknowledge people and say “we will be right with you”. Once we were finally seated, the “waiter” appeared to be so annoyed with his job that we did not get even what I would consider basic service. Other guests were visibly dissatisfied with the level of service for a hotel restaurant & bar. It was only open for 3 hours (7-10 pm), as well. Not a lot of time to service an entire hotel effectively. I would never recommend this hotel or using Hotels.com to book.

Nice and comfortable hotel which appears to have recently changed from a Best Western - this confused our the cab driver slightly but we managed to find the hotel without too much difficulty.

The restaurant menu is fixed so not really a viable option to eat nightly. However, there are good (specifically Bistro de Paris) local restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and restaurants in other hotels in the area!!

There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) but for a family of 4 it was as cheap to get a taxi. There is also a local bus service to CDG bus station / RER (Terminal 1/3); the TGV from Terminal 2 requires the shuttle bus or a taxi.
The journey from the hotel to the centre of Paris was approximately 80-90 minutes (including the local bus and RER journey).

Beautiful area-transportation is easy to get to-bus is less than a block from hotel and takes less than 5 minutes to get to metro/bus/train station. Hotel is beautiful but limited access to dining or shopping. You can NOT walk from hotel to airport or vice versa bc of travel accessibility. (We were hoping to walk ) There is a restaurant on site 16 euro for a full breakfast which I found to be quite good. No other amenities were used by us.

Bathroom had black mould in the grout around the shower when we entered, so we requested a different room, which was marginally better because it had less mould.
The staff service at reception and dining was excellent: they stored our luggage safely, advised us well on travel routes for public transportation, and were very accommodating.
This is a 3-star hotel with 5-star staff service.

It was advertised as have a business centre, and both myself and my wife needed to work for the day. We were told by the staff that the sofas in the reception open area were the \"business centre\". This was false advertising and the staff handled it extremely poorly.
We finally got into our room and worked from there. The wifi are not good enough for work.
The room itself was clean and tidy, the communal areas of the hotel were a little tired.

I book room very last minute as missed my flight-Hotel Inn Is very near CDG airport shuttle is available.Restaurant /bar on reception level which also offers nice hot/cold buffet breakfast -rooms seem updated with big bed a great bathroom-bathtub/shower -large TV screen -FREE WiFi -basic room amenities-I must give compliments to Front Desk staff were Courteous even though were extremely busy checking in a large Olympic Paraguay team who booked many rooms with short notice! Definitely good hotel for short stays near airport with access to other restaurants etc nearby 👍👍

For the price ($334 CAD) this was very poor quality. First I was told to catch the bus from Paris CDG Airport. I wasn't told how to find the bus and it took me almost an hour after asking directions multiple times within the airport. Its the Roissypol exit in Terminal 3 in case you need to find it. The bus stop isn't far from the hotel but they didn't tell me I could have booked the Navette - a shuttle bus - that would have dropped me at the door. Then the last bus is at 9:40 so if you get back after that you have to take a taxi for 25 euro. The hotel is in poor condition with worn carpets and bathroom facilities. The bed was at least comfortable and the staff will help if you ask the right question. Speaking French helps.

Very handy and well-priced location on a strip of hotels on a long street by the airport. 5 euro pp shuttle to the airport every 45 minutes. Clean, comfortable rooms and best of all, easy walking distance to the truly astounding restaurant (and we ate in many all over France), l’Ardoise!

Security Issue

We had an awful experience at this hotel! During our visit, we encountered a security issue that caused considerable distress to our family. We were woken up at 1.20am by a man entering the room turning all the lights on saying \"There is someone in this one\". The door had been double locked so we have no idea how he managed to open the door. The children, in particular, were quite shaken by the incident. Upon addressing this concern with the hotel staff, we learned that our experience was not unique and that similar incidents had been reported by other guests. This information did little to alleviate our concerns for our personal safety and the well-being of our children.
In light of these events, we reached out to our booking platform, hotels.com, to cancel our other upcoming reservation at this hotel. While we were instructed to proceed with the cancellation and were initially assured of a refund for both rooms for our upcoming booking, we were later informed by the hotel that they would not honour our refund request, citing their policy.
This experience has left us with a deep sense of unease, and we cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel, especially to those traveling with young ones. The safety and security of guests should be of utmost priority, and unfortunately, we did not feel that our concerns were adequately addressed.

Check in was smooth even at midnight. Buffet breakfast had nice presentation and the person in charge was efficient and welcoming. Cost was a bit high for our family of 4. This should have been included in the cost of the room. Hotel is close to the airport and Uber was less expensive than the cost of the shuttle provided by the hotel. The hotel is also very close to a huge mall that has many restaurants, movies and shopping options.

On Expedia the checkin says 2 pm but when you arrive they say it’s 3 pm and rooms aren’t ready. The staff was very rude in dealing with the situation and there was a lot of back and forth. The rooms were musty and the property as whole looks old which felt misleading as the pictures made it look more modern than it was. Overall horrible experience.

Although the lobby and restaurant were freshly renovated and lovely, the hallways require attention. The furniture in the room was new and comfortable however there were several spots on the carpet that needed to be cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the bathtub. It not only looked dirty but had a large green stain and a crack. My kids refused to shower given the state of the tub. Although the rest of the bathroom seemed freshly renovated with marble, I cannot understand why the bathtub was left in such a deplorable state. Additionally, there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I definitely did not expect to have a bathroom in this condition in a four star hotel. The surrounding area was nice and we were able to walk to a nice Italian restaurant about 5 minutes away.

Great hotel near the airport 10min away. Taxi was around 25euros one way. Very convenient to stay for 1 day or 2. There is a cute village 10min walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms were a good size with plenty of space. Bathrooms need a make over, a little dirty with mold. This needs to be addressed.
They also provide a shuttle, but only goes to on terminal. 5euros a person
