The room was fine and comfortable, but the checkin was a mess. At 5pm, there was no one at reception, and we had to get our key from a lockbox outside. Not a big deal, but completely impersonal.

In general, this is a lovely hotel. Room was spotless and everything was fine. The main issue, is that there is no air con - there was a decent fan in the room, which worked well, but it was still 28C in the room and as the hotel is close to a busy road, having the window open is difficult.
Other than that, it was very good value for money compared to some we stayed in on the same holiday.

The hotel was completely unstaffed, but they had a keycard safe system that worked very well. The room was very clean and peaceful, and the area is very pleasant. However, there were no facilities for hot drinks.

There was no one at the property to greet us. The email sent was entirely in German. No indication of where to park, breakfast, or how to get a key. I would never recommend this pace to anyone. If not for a neighboring hotel helping to translate the email, we would have spent the night on the street. Non staffed reception does not work in a university town. Das Hotel an sich ist recht nett, sauber und liegt ganz hervorragend. Aber das Einzelzimmer für immerhin über 120 € hatte buchstäblich in etwa die Größe einer Besenkammer. So etwas geht einfach nicht. Eine Alternative konnte nicht angeboten werden. Sehr schade.

War dann auch nicht so, sind dann erst mal in die Stadt. Abends dann das gleiche nochmals. Der Herr am Telefon hatte dann aber doch die Safe Codes, mit denen wir an die Zimmerkaryen kamen.
Frühstück leider bei uns rcht nicht gut. Die Brötchen und das bereits aufgeschnittene Brot waren staubtrocken und für 17.90 pro Person darf das doch nicht passieren. Wäre das nicht gewesen, wäre das Frühstück sonst gut gewesen.

Nobody at the reception, closed door, paper on the door said that I had recieved an e-mail with a code, which I did not. So I need to call, feld like she was in a rush, couldn’t hear her properly. I also selected the hotel for the parking lot. But that was not available and I needed to go to a public one (and needed to pay of course)So check in did not make me happy at all. Für einen Städtetrip ist diese Unterkunft sehr schön. Leider wurde kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt obwohl diese Leistung inclusive war. Die Mitarbeiter reagierten auf meine Reklamation freundlich und sehr profesionell und boten uns ein kostenloses Frühstück an.

Hotel für höchstens eine Nacht. Zimmer klein, Bett zu hart und klein, unbequem. Im Zimmer sehr warm. Wenn man Fenster aufmacht, ist es dann so laut (Straßenlärm), dass man sich nicht unterhalten kann. Sonnst sauber, neu renoviert.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen und direkt neben an ist auch ein Parkhaus. Kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Vond het zeer aangenaam, mensen die ons geholpen hadden waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hadden een mooie kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. En alles is volgens mij nieuw! Dicht in het centrum. Zou het de volgende keer zeker weer boeken!

Die Lage ist direkt an der Straße, das Hotel selbst hat nur 2-3 Parkplätze im Hinterhof, parken auf der Straße ist nicht möglich da nichts frei ist.

En veldig varm opplevelse
Familie med 2 rom. Kontaktløs innsjekk, en av kodene vi fikk tilsendt virket ikke ved ankomst. Fikk telefonkontakt og ny kode etter hvert. Rommene var pene, men manglet aircondition. Hadde vifte. Var 30 grader på rommet hele natten, sov lite. Et av rommene var rent og ordentlig, i det andre rommet lå det sorte hår i sengen. Kjøleskapet virket ikke i det ene rommet. Ved utsjekk skulle resepsjonen være betjent fra 0900, men ingen kom før 1015. Forsøkte å ringe på nummeret som var oppgitt for å få oppbevart bagasjen, men intet svar. Vi hadde kun noen timer i Heidelberg og det ble lite tid igjen til å se seg om.
