But we didn't mind that as it was comfortable stay.
And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well.

Stay was short this time. But overall it’s good. Always choose this hotel as it is out of the city centre. Nearby has bakeries and supermarket and restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus for that.

While this property is outside the center of heidelberg, it is much cheaper and transport is very convenient. We drove into the central car park, which took about 7 minutes. Alternatively, there is a tram opposite the hotel, which seems convenient enough!

Not sure if it was unsafe around the area, but there was graffiti and I opted to pay the 12 euros to park in the garage. It was not terribly convenient to the city center unless you used the bus and that stop was close.

Nice clean property. Everything was ok on day 1 but day on day 2 no hot water, tv not working, bedside lamps not working and half sockets not working. Spoke to manager 11.30pm and he said will come 7.30am to fix it but never turned up. Although hotwater was up and running. After i checked out we had a whatsapp conversation and he said everything is working now but instead of compensating for the inconvenience he said there was nothing wrong.

Stayed for 2 nites. First night was not so good as my room was facing the street. Even with the double glass window and shuttle down, the noise of the traffic and tram is still obvious to me.
I upgraded to another room the second day and it’s facing the back with balcony which was great.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and quiet. The bed comfortable. What more do you need? Oh yes the room was not reasonably priced. The little kitchenette was an added bonus but a microwave would have been nice. My husband loved the shower. The hotel was about 10 to 15 minute bus ride from Old Town, great if you want to avoid the cacophony of that tourist area when trying to sleep. All in all we were pleased with our accommodation and would stay there again.

The windows have eclectic shutters which was nice to keep the room dark for great rest and sleep. We love the fact that the room had AC. That was a huge plus since the weather was quite warm and humid.

Location is great as it is right across from the tram stop. Check in was easy. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Cleaning staff were friendly. The only thing missing was a guest information/instruction book on how to use the electric smart pad for ac, but we were able to figure it out. The people in the community are friendly and willing to help with directions and suggestions on shopping places. We had mountain view from the skylights. Would highly recommend this place.

Das Apartment war super modern, tolles Bad, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Einziges Negatives war, wie schon oft erwähnt, die Tiefgarage. Die Einfahrt schon abenteuerlich und innen auch sehr eng zum parken, wirklich nur mit kleinem Auto machbar.

Das Zimmer, war super schön, modern und vorallem sehr zentral gelegen, mit der Bahn ist man in 10 bis 15 min in der Altstadt.
Die Parkgarage ist wirklich sehr eng und unübersichtlich. Mit einem großen Auto wird es sehr schwierig zu parken und zu rangieren.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die gute Erreichbarkeit und die sehr saubere sowie praktische Küche. Die sehr sehr enge Tiefgarage ist ein Manko. 12€ pro Nacht was ok ist. Aber ich frage mich wieso und nicht ein Tag vorher Bescheid gesagt wurde das die Garagen Ein/Ausfahrt am Abreisetag mit Bauschutt beladen wird. Ein und Ausfahren waren somit nicht mehr möglich ohne Vorwarnung. Die Zimmer waren modern sehr sauber und schick.
