We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing. It had a kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful bedrooms and SO much storage space. The Lotte mart was convenient. I love the showcase coffee shop inside the entrance. The hotel is full of beautiful areas to explore. The gym/sauna/spa pool were wonderful!

Every aspect of the accommodation was wonderful. By far the most clean place that I’ve ever stayed in Hanoi. Spacious area, staff’s professional service, and lot of things to check out near by. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi.
However, I felt bad for the staffs at the reception area. Currently, the residence is going through a renovation so they are temporarily using the first floor as the reception (originally the reception is on the 38th floor). But the first floor is also having constructions and I was afraid the noise will stress out the staffs.
