absolutely enjoyed our stay!! the staff was wonderful! they were so warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond. The room was immaculate i loved every aspect about our mini condo/apartment. The stay itself was so enjoyable i almost didnt want to bother exploring with solvang itself lol I was so comfortable and relaxed from the pool to the privacy of our suite it was amazing! they had a game room!! it was so awesome to be able to play with the giant blocks with my kiddos its defintely very family oriented. oh and they had Gnome Hunt, we didnt find all of them but it was a fun little actively nonetheless. i could go on and on about this place will be returning next year <3

This exceeded our expectations. I was a little disappointed to be staying “off the main road”, but even with 4 children under 10, it was a very easy and pleasant walk. The location ended up being great and the property amenities superseded the extra 5 minutes of walking.
Beds were comfortable and the unit we had was very clean.

Lovely property with great amenities. They have a large pool with several games for the lounge area. We got a 2 bedroom suite which comes with 2 bathrooms and whole kitchen. Very spacious! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and very affordable price. If you do not want to drive, pretty much everything place is within walking distance. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. The place is quiet. Parking could be better if you have a larger vehicle, but you can park on the street right next to the place.

Delightful place to stay

Very nice stay. Everything was clean and in good shape. Really liked the fact that every room had their own grill on the patio. Easy walk to shops and Bakery, but on the edge of town so away from the traffic. We were able to push my husband in his wheelchair all over town without having to load up and drive anywhere. Only downside is that it is a little crowded together. The second bedroom window was right on the walkway, so all the carts, luggage, etc rolling past was noisy. We didn't have much of a view, just the building across the street. It looked like the upper units may be better for that. But, we were there for Solvang and wineries, so it served our needs well.

One note, we were given what they called an ADA room, however the ONLY thing that was ADA was the wide doorways. No grab bars, to open area under the sink. I travel with all our needed devices, so we were ok, but if you need them, be specific in your requests.

The people working there were all super friendly and helpful.

This property is in a great location, walkable to everything in Solvang. The customer service is excellent and authentically warm. We rented a two bedroom for two couples for two nights. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The only negatives are the shower pressure in both bathrooms and the tv remotes in both bedrooms were very challenging. Oh and the coffee served daily in the lobby is excellent!

Really nice place. It was like an actual condo…not just a hotel room…At a price that rivaled other places in Solvang. Jacuzzi was nice. Close to downtown Solvang and very walkable. Nice view out the back balcony patio. Definitely can cook your own meals there, if you prefer that. We were just a couple…but would be a great economic options for families on vacation in Solvang

Great Solvang location

This is a great location to visit Solvang since its only 3 blocks up the street to the main part of downtown. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. One must pay for internet which is a rarity in this day and age.

We loved our stay at WorldMark Solvang. Beautiful property and large accomodations with all the amenities you need for short or long stays. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the motorcycle museum. We have taken an annual trip to Solvang for the past 7 years and this was by far the most comfortable and reasonably priced accomodations we have stayed at. We will be back!

We walked in our “room” and it was just WOW not a room at all but a two-bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area and lounge area with TV and fireplace. The place had been upgraded and was just beautiful. Oh bonus we had a washer/dryer in our unit, too! We think it was a timeshare that happened to be vacant, because it definitely wasn’t a typical hotel room. We would definitely stay here again. It was walking distance to all of Solvang’s quaint restaurants and shops. Beware that Solvang is getting more and more expensive. It cost $17 for two hot cocoas at a local bakery and $68 for two people to have breakfast at a local cafe. We cooked the rest of our meals in our gorgeous kitchen.

My wife and I just came back from a 5 day stay at WorldMark, Solvang, and had a great time. We’ve stayed at this location many times over the past 17 years, and it has always been consistently great. The only reason this stay got 4 stars is our 1 bedroom unit was directly above the housekeeping’s laundry facility, so we really couldn’t enjoy the deck (which had an amazing view) because of the noise and exhaust. We will most definitely return, but will confirm the location of the unit when we check in.

Two days before our trip the property notified orbits they could not honor our reservation sure to a technical issue. However I was never told. And when I got to the property the room manager could not even help me find a new place, she just
Told me to contact orbitz. Could not even tell me if there was availability for a different ro type at this location. I wasted 3 hours with orbitz trying to find another place to say.

It was a pleasant stay. They allowed me to check in early which was sweet. The check in was fast and the staff friendly. I guess if there is one thing about check in that I didn’t like is that though my stay was already paid for, they put a pending charge of the entire amount on my credit card. The gal checking me in said it would be gone by my checkout but the pending charge still remains. I have emailed them out haven’t had any response yet. May have to call them directly.

I stayed in the main building, ground floor which made it difficult to sit out on the deck; the deck was open to the parking lot so might as well sit in the parking lot. :). It was a bit noisy as the rec room was also on the ground floor and kids were yelling and screaming (it sounded like) from the rec room. Kept me up one of the nights. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean with a full kitchen which allowed me to eat in my room. Please note, wifi is not free which is a bummer as most hotels have free wifi now.

The fitness room was a nice touch though a set of weights would have been nice to go along with the treadmills. I feel like covid has nixed those types of amenities but covid isn’t such a huge threat any longer and we are now so much better at sanitizing things.

Otherwise, the place was clean and roomy for one. Worldmark is about 5 minute walk from the main streets with shops and restaurants. Family and kid friendly.

Very impressed and satisfied with the friendly and helpful receptionists and other staff we had encountered. The bed was i think only full size for two people not enough space for me. The residence on the third floor had heavy feet that woke us up. Overall it was a good experience for a short stay.

A wonderfully spacious place for a family. Two full bathrooms and a large living area, dining area, fireplace and full kitchen. Great location, everything is walkable in Solvang. Nice fitness room. Our only complaint is that the bed was soft - but you can't have everything and of course that is personal preference.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill was very welcome. We prepared both dinner and breakfast in our room, which saved us a lot of time. The only complaint was the lack of wifi service. It seems particularly chintzy to stay in a top of the line priced room and not have access to free internet.

It was amazing. Staff was friendly. The place was perfect for a large family. Such a beautiful view from the 3rd floor balcony. The only thing was if they accomodated large pans. Other than that this is a perfect spot to stay when going on family trip. I will definitely be back.

Problem with it being a time share

I love the property. The only issue was trying to extend our trip. Front desk could not do it. They gave me their 800 number. They couldn’t do it. Tried hotels.com and you were unable to do it. The front desk were short and rude about it.

But the condo was beautiful. Great location. Quiet.

Set up of the condo was very well, but top floor the bedroom we were in, there was equipment sound that was on the roof I guess.
Pool was very very small.
Check out confirmation from Expedia was 12, but hotel told us check out is 10am !!!!!

Nice place, needs some upgrades

Nice place to stay. Large units, very comfortable, quiet.
However, the units are pretty sparse when it comes to kitchen utensils. Also, the mattresses are very soft. Finally, it is disappointing that Wyndham still charges for wi-fi when virtually the entire hospitality industry provides it at no charge.

Great stay

We had a great time staying in this property in Solvang. The place was clean, nicely furnished, with a fireplace, which was great especially at this time of year. It had also beautiful mountain views. The complex has a pool, a playroom (with a tennis table, foosball, a pool table and DVDs to rent). It is also very close to the center of Solvang, (5 min. walking) and Old Mission Santa Ines.

The Worldmark Solvang is like a time share property. The apartment is complete with kitchen, dining, and 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. We wished we had more time to enjoy the property. There were two hot tubs, a nice pool, and was within walking distance of Solvang. We asked for ice at the front desk and the manager was quick to respond. I'd go back.
