Good room for the price and location. Impressive bar and patio area, everyone is friendly, only reason I gave 4 stars are the walls of the rooms are paper thin. You hear everything next to you and above you.
Ryan G
Perfect spot on the edge of downtown and easily walking distance to downtown. The bar and rooms are really well done and stylistic.
Susan
This was our second time staying here. We love it. Very large rooms. We love the restaurant and bar on site. It’s very kid friendly with activities/games in the restaurant/bar area!
William
Double booked didn’t have a room terrible service trying to work it out
Bronda
Bartender was very considerate, and made the best coffee, & breakfast. Zion was very empathetic, and very helpful when I found feces & urine on the sheets. She quickly helped moved us to another room. It was the most HORRIBLE experience to see feces & urine right before I was going to sleep. I do NOT understand why I was not quickly reimbursed for my stay
Margarita
It was a good experience, clean, comfortable
Ara
The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the lounge areas is very nice. The breakfast service was slow.
Mimi
This hotel was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The property was well maintained and beautiful, the room was clean and also very well maintained. We appreciated the prompt service when we requested towels and luggage carts. The location is at the very end of the main street as you get into Solvang, but nice to be away from all the traffic and hustle and bustle. Right next door is a small market which was convenient for snacks and water or any other needs.
I would definitely stay here again!
I would definitely stay here again!

Charlene
This hotel is well located for visiting Solvang. The property is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very up to date and had extremely comfortable beds. We would stay here again.
Layalee
This hotel was really nice. It was Very clean, the bathrooms were amazing and the beds were really comfortable.
kristie
We stayed one night during the week at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. It was our first trip to Solvang and we are already planning the next trip. Such a cute little town. The rooms were very clean and cute, we had a refrigerator which I love for leftovers and the beds were very comfy. While we did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant it looked beautiful and we loved the patio, especially the yard games. We will be back for sure. Thank you.
Robert
Clean rooms, and the staff was excellent. Did not have ice machines for customers; customers had to go to the bar. No towel rack near the shower or for clothing.
Douglas
The only thing I believe is an issue is the TP available.
Antonio
Nice hotel and friendly staff in a great location for taking nice strolls from the edge of town.

The property is wonderful. Great for teen kids and adults alike. The lounge area is well designed and the atmosphere is spot on. I appreciated the open feel and the variety of entertainment provided. The room was spacious and clean. Strange to have the AC in the restroom and not the main rooms, but otherwise a lovely stay.
Ralph
Nice rooms but the wall mounted air conditioner was in the bathroom. You had to keep the bathroom door open so the cold air could get in the main room. Made taking a shower and going to the bathroom very cold and inconvenient.
Darren
my stay was great, thank you!
Jose
Very clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. The hotel is close enough to the downtown area to make for a pleasant walk while still providing a comfortable place to relax.
One thing worth noting about the room design is that the air conditioning unit was located in the restroom. As a result, if the restroom door was closed or occupied, it could take a little longer for the rest of the room to cool down. However, once the room reached the desired temperature, it was perfect.
Overall, I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Jeanette

Barry
Terrible value for money. We paid nearly $400 for one night, and it’s just a basic hotel I’d expect to pay $200 tops for - nothing luxurious or unique. Service was terrible. Paid extra $50 for breakfast that ended up just being a bottled juice from concession rack and continental style yogurt, oatmeal, or bagel… unreal. We thought we were getting breakfast at restaurant when we booked. This should’ve been free and included - we thought we were getting a meal at restaurant. And it took 25 minutes to get the oatmeal and yogurt despite the fact the restaurant was deserted and lots of staff around. I would’ve been surprised if we wanted that long for a whole hot made-or-breakfast, not 2 things they had to scoop. Unreal. Not in center of town either. A male worker also unlocked and walked straight into our room at 10am, despite us having a do not disturb sign on and check out being 11. Scared our kids and fortunately everyone was dressed. Place is clean and modern, so that is the good side. Just not anywhere close to being worth the money spent.
I fully regret booking this here.

Sorry for putting 3 stars on amenities. We weren’t able to check those. Did not get a chance to see it. But overall is still a five star because the place is nice, clean and staff are very nice and accommodating.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Updated bathrooms. Nice staff. Enjoyed our stay.
Cibelez
The bar had the best pineapple mezcal drink ever, the front desk and housekeepers were very attentive.
Jamie
Very comfortable beds and good location. Needs a pool
Jonathan
Friendly staff, great room amenities, & comfortable beds!
Megan
Room was clean but the layout was a little odd. The ac unit is in the bathroom so it’s freezing when you’re using the bathroom and getting out of the shower. Besides that, we enjoyed the stay.
Salvador
Great location. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.
Allison
Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. There was no pool and water pressure in shower was low. Nice hotel overall
Dana
Stayed One Night. The room was great. The bathroom was super nice with a large shower. Amenities like rob, coffee and wine was awesome .
Maricela
The room was in good condition; there was just an unpleasant odor. It smelled like sweat. Like the people that were there had just checked out and the smell was lingering. It didn't smell clean. I would try another hotel if I ever go back to Solvang. The staff was great.

Room was amazing, service was great. Wish the shower head was a little bigger but over all an amazing experience, and we will be back again!
Magdalena
The accessibility of the room for people with disabilities was excellent and there was a lot of room to move around. The walk-in shower was great. I do wish there would have been complimentary breakfast, but there was a coffee machine in the room.
Tracy
Our room was spotless, but the A/C heat fan didn’t work. Weather was nice enough to not need😊 Everyone there were so friendly and our stay was a great experience!

Rolando
very clean amenities. Friendly staff. Room services was great. Parking available.
Christine
Staff was efficient and courteous!
No amenities, pool, spa.
coffee was only served from 5am-7am. For a tourist destination that makes no sense.
Bar inviting, restaurant not so much.
Water $2 in the room!
For the price you pay, it was disappointing!

Staff was great, room was very clean

Parking is easy and room was clean. No breakfast, broken connect four outdoors, and no outdoor fireplaces on during our visit.Location of heater for the room is in the bathroom, kind of awkward as the temp gets trapped there if you keep the bathroom door closed. Would stay here again but not my first choice
Eunike
the room is clean and spacious, there were 3 of us and we slept comfortably. Staff was ok.

We loved our trip to Solvang and the hotel was lovely. I may have missed this on the website but there is only two levels and no elevator. So just a heads up if you need to request the first floor. We had no problems with the stairs and we packed fairly light so upstairs was good. On the map, I thought we were farther from the festive stores and town activities but I was pleasantly surprised to find out how close it was. Very walkable. The only drawbacks are the walls are pretty thin and since the hallways are outside the people talking outside the door felt like they were in the room. However that only happened a few times and I don’t remember hearing anyone after 11pm. Also the bathroom door is a sliding door which didn’t provide much sound protection but those were small inconveniences that did not take away from how much we enjoyed the trip. We would definitely stay there again
Fran
Everything was stellar! Staff, room, food all 5 star!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent and the plus was the available parking spot. Staff are friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat. We had a bit of issue with the room cleanliness.Housekeeping completely skipped our room on day 1, but cleaned it on day 2 after we spoke to the front desk. On our first night, we used the two glasswares provided for our wine. During our stay, the glasses were not replaced with clean glass ware. To reuse them, we had to wash them in the sink ourselves. Also, the floor area below the bathroom sink had not been swept or wiped and there was an old cotton swab and tissue left there from previous guests. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and user friendly. Thanks.
carol
Courteous staff and very nice room. Good location- near stores and restaurants.
Maria
Check in was smooth. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean. We went during Xmas and they had a hot chocolate bar! I was impressed with this stay. Thank you!
