My only complaint is the washer/dryer shouldn’t be outdoors and they should offer more than 1 especially if another guest wants to use it at the same time

Good location in Buellton, walking distance to the Firestone Walker Brewery for a meal and a good beer, near Mother Hubbards for a delicious breakfast, and close to the freeway too. There is no pool, and no area to sit outside but there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site next to the ice machine and vending machines. I’m single and travel alone, the room was great. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and microwave oven, and a small fridge. They offered a complimentary breakfast that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, country potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, pastries, juice, coffee, waffles(you make them yourself), and some apples and oranges. Breakfast on the weekends is available from 7:00am until 10 or maybe 11:00am. Overall, good place to stay.

Clean room and how convenience provided break fast at the site also you can get coffee or tea any time of the stay,,I did not waste any time there also hotel is located just outside of the Fwy exit. Only one thing was shower spout is leaked so bad I couldn't get any water pressure . But nice place to stay.

I am a repeat customer. Josh and Sarah were extremely helpful. My mother hurt her hip and Josh kindly helped me with taking breakfast and coffee back room for her. When I asked for bacon and more milk he kindly got more. I asked Sarah if anyone was able to help me with my baggage checking out so I could assist my mom to the car and she asked Josh to help.i love this hotel for location, coffee, breakfast, service with a smile, and the fresh baked cookies. We utilized the microwave and fridge in the room. We'll done and will be back.

Desk clerk was not at all welcoming. Very sullen and acted like he really didn't want to be there. We were in a disabled room and he never explained where the access ramp was located. I had to find it on my own after lugging my bags up the stairs in the rain.

Sheet has oil stains. Room smells. AC is either too cold when it’s on or too hot when it’s temporary off. I can hear people talking late night and very early morning. I barely can get any sleep with the AC situation and the people talking and chatting. Breakfast is good.

Morning breakfast was good are to eat a lil small to accommodate more than 15 people. The rooms were clean, area we stayed was quiet. Parking could get a lil tight on busy days. found a great pizza place down the street called Gino's walking distant from hotel. easy on and off 101 fwy north/south about 3 miles from town of Solvang and 2 miles to visit multiple wineries and the ostrich farm

We enjoyed the Great hot breakfast!
Has the waffle maker variety of yoplait yoghurt, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes,breads, biscuit & white gravy, cereals, coffee and hot water for the teas, juices, milk etc. The rooms were clean with the necessities you need. Would stay here again.

Room mostly clean and partially updated. There was a very dirty sitting chair with worn out fabric and the curtains had a gross stain. Otherwise, bed comfortable and shower updated. They tried with coffee and cookies for hospitality. However, for the price we paid, it was underwhelming.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby smelled so good because a fresh batch of chocolate cookies was almost ready! Breakfast had variety of options, we had eggs , bacon , sausage, potatoes, toast and cinnamon flavored waffles. Coffee and juice too. Room was perfect and included a microwave.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.The room has the expected amenities: tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The provided breakfast was quite adequate. The location to the freeway is excellent and pleasantly quiet. The best was the greeting upon arrival at 5pm by Sara who was most kind and helpful after all day on the road.

First the staff, they were not so friendly. We really didn’t feel welcomed. I guess it’s expected from an area where there's a high tourist traffic which is disappointing.
Second is the room, we got 2 rooms which were assigned right next to each other which was convenient. The first room had a musty smell inside which probably is because of the heavy rain they had a few days before and the second room clearly had wet carpet floors so it definitely had that

My recent stay at the Quality Inn Buellton Solvang, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. To start with, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The pillows didn't help either; they were far from what I would consider comfortable and left me with a sore neck by morning.

Adding to the disappointment, the front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in addressing guests' concerns. This lack of hospitality was surprising and left a negative impression on my overall stay.

Regrettably, I can't say I'd recommend this location given the discomfort and lack of welcoming service. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.

As we opened out room we were hit with the smell and heat of a swamp. The thermostat had been set to 86, the carpet was wet, and there was black stuff on the floor. Also, the pillows were these small squares that successfully gave me neck problems. Additionally, there were thumping noises all night from people stomping around :( Next morning, I heard our neighboring guest complain of the same exact problems.

Room condition was atrocious. Our initial room reeked of coffee. Apparently, there was a flood (not your fault…nature happens), but the hotel's solution was to pour coffee grounds all over the room floors and leave the damp carpets in. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a different room. (The front desk staff was awesome and professional). On the second day, housekeeping decided that they did not want to do their job and did not clean our room. When I asked the front desk staff, they looked at the housekeeping report saying that our room said do not disturb. This is housekeeping lying, as we double checked that there was no dnd sign on our room when we left early in the morning. The awesome front desk staff did attempt to remedy the situation, but we were so fed up that we asked if they would refund our last night if we just left early. The (awesome) staff agreed to that and refunded me the last night. We ended up leaving early and getting another hotel in Valencia. The 2 amazing things at this hotel are the great front desk staff and the high-quality breakfast. However, housekeeping and maintenance and both badly mismanaged.

I felt it was a good value for the price. The room was clean, a little on the small side however. Everything worked as expected, the shower was good, had carpeted floors (which I prefer over laminate). The hotel is right next to the freeway but our room was on the city side so was quiet. Breakfast was good, nice options, but the dinning room a little small. I’d stay there again.

For the price, in excess of $250.00 for 2 people for one night, it was a flop. Staff was super. Sink had rust spots in it. Arm chair was dirty and threadbare. Fan in bathroom rattled so loudly we kept light off and door open to shower. Other light had an ear piercing whine. Super glad I took my slippers. While rug was probably clean, it was worn and discolored. I have stayed in $59 a night rooms which were more aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was super I always thought quality inn meant quality. Now I am rethinking that concept.

This is our go to hotel in Buelton/Solvang area. Staff is super friendly, the facility is well maintained, the location is perfect and only minutes to golf courses, Solvang, and the Chumash Casino. Breakfast is so traditional: bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. GREAT VALUE.

Great disabled parking and ramp access to the building with elevators if needed. Wifi works great and the staff here are excellent. Considering all of that this Quality Inn is the best value in this area.

Dingy, floors were stained and dirty, smelled musty and moldy. I felt like I was living in the basement. It was nothing that I was used to and there was no point in complaining about it because we were told the hotel was full. Not impressed at all I stayed at quality inns many times and have not had this kind of experience and for the amount of money we spent I could have probably had a better experience at motel 6

The room smelled like mildew. the air conditioning unit sounded like a turbine and was really not very efficient.
