I was very excited when I made the reservation, but when I arrived, there was no elevator. It was not indicated on the website. The room looked very comfortable and the kitchenette was cozy. Except there were no towels to dry the dishes. There was no information on where to get ice and yet there was a ice bucket there. The room was SO NOISY! Even with the windows being “sound proof” it was SO NOISY! Housekeeping was only doing beds and replacing towels. Everything else was FILTHY! The tables were not wiped off, the floors weren’t really swepted or mopped. The entrance was great, it was secured always, but if you were returning in the evening there isn’t enough light outside. Which made me a little nervous. Yes, you have to ring the bell in order to be let in. This would be better if there was a well lit entrance and/or if you can use your room swipe card to swipe yourself in. I always asked my Uber driver to stick around until I was let in since it was dark. The entrance lobby could use a huge facelift. The furniture eas outdated and torn. The WiFi was HORRIBLE! Get ready to use your data minutes. The roof/terrace is not at all like the pictures on the website. All there was were some metal benches and a few potted plants. I really think the pics for this property really, really need to be updated. I was deceived. I don’t thing I would’ve have stayed here if I knew all this issues were active. Inaccurate description on so many accounts. I decided to leave 2 days early because

My son and I have stayed here twice.
Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful.

Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great.

A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away.

Overall, a great place to stay.

The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving, the rooms, bed & kitchen are a lot smaller than appears in the pictures. The beds are only double size & have a plastic matress protector on them that makes a horrible noise when you turn over. All the rooms are noisy, the outside ones face the busy corner streets & the inner one has no windows, but you can hear everybody else in the room next door as if they are in your suite. The kitchen has a one burner stove with one sauce pan & one frying pan. There were only 2 knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups & glasses. The couch is more like an entrance hall seat. Expedia charged us twice the amount of the actual listed hotel price & the manager then charged us an extra fee upon arrival.

Only short walk to center. Great little kitchen. Clean-Clean. Room was cleaned every day. Quiet interior room, don’t know about exterior rooms. We stayed there for 2 weeks and as we were saying our good buys at the front door, we were asked to pay 30 pesos for the small bottle of water left on the refrigerator in our room when we arrived. Seriously! We left a generous tip for the cleaning service every day. We thought they were joking. Seriously! $1.50!

Recommend and liked. Friendly staff.

We moved from one hotel directly in the center to this. The location here is perfect too. Good to walk around at night. The space worked better for us. Cleaner and much friendlier, more safety measures here than the previous lodging too. It is loud during the day with traffic but that does not bother me. Nice rooftop sitting area. I will be back. I like and would recommend. I I experienced another lodging and went and personally checked others, this was a good one compared to others in the same price range.

This is a small, almost boutique hotel in the downtown area. There's a kitchen with a stove, utensils, pots, fridge, and microwave...and a small bar seating area, bathroom, and quite a small bedroom, but there's a big bed to maneuver around so it makes it seem small. You get toiletries and a variety of items to use.

There's a front desk person 24/7 to monitor the door, since this is a 10 room place it shouldn't be that busy. I managed to get a room facing the street so it got noisy at times due to traffic. My only complaint is that there was no hot water...I never said anything cuz I just dealt with it.

This is walking distance to many places, mainly the zocalo and a bunch of places to eat. Other places are a short taxi-uber ride away. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away, but isn't too expensive via uber. There's an OXXO downstairs at the corner.

This is a nice place to stay if you care about budget. It's clean, friendly, safe, modern, and comfortable.

The room was VERY clean, impressively so. It was a bit unpleasant at the end as we fell like we were being watched. I took a spoon to use during the day and the receptionist asked me in the evening if we have the spoon otherwise we will have to pay for it. I felt like I was imposing on somebody at their house which was not that pleasant. Otherwise, very nice.

We had a kitchen area but we did not use that space other than suitcase area and charging station. Location at first felt far from town but after a day we realized we were close enough. We discovered an amazing local small panadería and we had everything we needed at walking distance.

I arrived around 9 PM and the area seemed closed but once I knocked on the door someone opened but the person was on a sweater with his hoodie on, that was not a good sign, very scary. The entrance was dark and the person was not very helpful and very suspecious looking. Once I filled-out the paperwork of my stay I had to take my bags upstairs (no other personnel available for help). The rooms are nice and they have WiFi, so that is awesome. The neighborhood seems a little scary and not so friendly but there were no issues only my first impression with the guy in the sweater that really ruined it for me, he was not even wearing a uniform.

The location in the centro historico of Puebla was excellent. The suites were cramped but clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and the two TVs got CNN International in english - a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Everything is new and very clean. Wonderful beds and amenities, including great coffee. The only thing is that it has no parking, and the neighborhood looks a bit ugly, but it is a very close walk to downtown. I do recommend it very much!

First trip to Mexico and it was to Puebla for a family Wedding in San Hipolito. Our family group stayed at Suites LA Concordia because a family member selected it. Lovely small 'boutique' hotel. Rooms clean, there is a rooftop patio to enjoy a glass of wine or beer. Very small hotel. If you are looking for a large hotel, this is not the place for you.

Great Room near Cultural Center

It was a great hotel! They had a little kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, countertop, and fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything. Everything was very clean. Had a balcony overlooking the city streets. On the edge of the cultural district. Within walking distance to the park in the center and the massive church. Nothing bad to say.

Apartment option for central Puebla

This is more of an urban apartment than a hotel, so be sure that is what you want. You'll have a kitchen, a small sitting and eating area, and a good size bedroom. We were in one of two rooms (#1 and #2) that did not face the street and had no windows. It was quiet, but may not be for everyone. The other rooms face the street and may be noisier. Nice rooftop terrace. Good location for walking to Centro.

It's not a hotel. There is no service. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated & well-equipped, only 10 minutes walk from the zocalo. However, the terminal for the credit card was mal functionning so we had to pay in cash, the plug in the sink did not work, could not open the door to the balcony, could not access internet from the apartment and there was no hot water for the shower in the morning. There was no staff present in the evening, only a security guard who was nice but could not help.

The staff spoke no English or very little and were not particularly helpful. In fact they gave incorrect advice several times. They were polite but my Spanish is very limited. It was clean and comfortable. It seems it was recently remodeled and the location is a short walk to many wonderful museums.

Stayed 2 nights and had no problems. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean, modern, and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette area is a nice feature (even though I only used it to store my drinks and drink their coffee). A modern large tv in both kitchenette and bedroom. The bathroom was very clean with updated fixtures. The hall area gets plenty of sun light (it almost feels like a large sun room). There is access to the roof top for a partial view; a couple of tables w/ chairs to absorb the sun. Location is a short walk to the zocalo.

The hotel is very new. everything is clean and well maintained so far. small kitchenette is very functional: induction range top, microwave, utensils. 2 large flat screen TVs w/ HDMI easily connected to my tablet. Very comfortable beds.
5-10 min. walk to zocalo. Staff has minimal english but were very friendly. There is also a rooftop exercise room and outdoor terrace.

Concidero que hay varios puntos que resaltar de esta estancia.

Lo bueno:

-La cercanía al centro.
-La terraza que tiene.
-Que tiene gimnacio, sencillo pero bueno.
-La estancia de lamhabitacion, es decir la cocina, la barra, el sofá y la televisión ( la recamara cómo tal tiene muchos detalles)

Lo que se tiene que mejorar.

- El personal: La chica de la recepción al nuestra llegada fue muy poco empática.
-Llegamos aproximadamente a las 11 de la mañana y a pesar de que la habitación ya estaba lista para entregar no nos la quisieron dar, si la queríamos antes teníamos que pagar media renta lo cual no se me hizo correcto.

-La recamara:

-las ventanas estaban descuadradas y la madera ya estaba muy desgastada.
- La cabecera de la cama es de tacto piel pero ya está toda descarapelada lo cual le da mala aimagen.
-Las puertas del closet estaban muy duras y no se podían abrir bien.

-El baño:

- a pesar de que tiene una regadera de hidromasaje está no sirve ya que está toda tapada por el salitre que sale del agua lo cual es muy incómodo al bañarte ya que casi te tienes que pegar a la pared para que te caiga el agua,.
- la ventana estaba suelta de la parte de arriba con el riego de que alguna vez que se abra se desprenda y lastime a alguien de la calle.
- Las esquinas de la regadera estaban sucias y con hongos

En general mi estancia fue buena pero sin duda hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

Un hotel comodo y funcional. Su espacio es pequeño, pero tienr todos los servicios para una estancia comoda. Cocineta completa, con frigo, horno de microondas, tv en cocina y en recamara... serviicos agua, aure acondicionado, internet, muy bien... podrian tener mejores canales de cable.

Una vosa inportante... la ventana tiene esponja para atenuacion de ruido y al cerrar todo se queda completamente oscuro. Eso hace mejor aun la edtancia, ya que puedes descansar sin complicaciones

La Habitacion de 2 camas matrimoniales está muy bonita, cómoda y muuuy amplia. La recepcionista y las recamareras fueron de mucho agrado y con un trato muy amable y servicial. Hay comentarios que dicen que están muy altas las camas, pero creo que eso no es ningún problema, al menos que traigas a bebés. Las instalaciones del hotel no son muy grandes, y los pasillos tampoco, pero una vez llegando a la Habitacion, esta sí es grande y la cocineta es muy práctica. El aire acondicionado funcionó a la perfección. Se descansa muy bien. Las habitaciones están muy pegadas y si hay personas haciendo ruido quizás se escuche, pero nosotros no tuvimos problemas porque el día que nos quedamos no habían personas en las habitaciones de al lado. Todo estuvo muy tranquilo.

Las 4 noches que pasé allí dormí genial. La cama, a pesar de ser demasiado alta estuvo cómoda. Las 2 TVs (recámara y sala de estar) son excelente compañía. No son Smart pero no se necesita realmente. En general no percibí ningún olor feo o viejo en la Suite. Al contrario, huele a nuevo. La única sugerencia es que cambien la cabecera de cama que se está despintando y suelta pintura seca en sábanas.Sí hay comida cerca de las suites y es bastante buena. Excelente atención en recepción. Je commence par les deux points négatifs à mon avis :
la wifi est médiocre dans la chambre et le bruit de la rue est pénible à partir de 6h du matin (malgré le capitonnage des volets intérieurs).

En revanche, l'appartement est confortable, propre, bien situé, bien agencé avec réfrigérateur, micro-onde. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.

Cada vez que ingresas al hotel tienes que tocar el timbre para que te abran la puerta, eso resulta molesto. Al ingresar percibes un olor desagradable por la falta de ventilación. La habitación muy pequeña, para entrar al baño tienes que caminar de lado, debido al espacio tan reducido que hay de la piecera de la cama y la puerta del baño. Mucho ruido por la noche. El primer día no nos asearon la habitación, lo reporte y me dijeron que la señora que asea ya se había retirado. La atención por parte del personal mala. En el baño hay un letrero ADVERTENCIA EL AGUA SE FUGA ¡TENER CUIDADO! Cuando uno se baña a pesar de que hay un cancel, se encharca el baño, con el riesgo de resbalarse. Una experiencia desagradable para ya no regresar a este hotel.

Excelente opción si necesitas particularmente cocinar en la habitación y además deseas estar cerca del centro histórico a pie (7 min); la atención es cálida aunque no tan personalizada. Le falta cierto mantenimiento a la puerta de la habitación así como a la regadera, aunque no genera ningún malestar. El WiFi debería tener mejor señal, la velocidad está bien, solo es la señal. El estacionamiento deberían hacer algún tipo de convenio.

No fue lo que esperaba, las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, la cama es super incómoda, la habitación donde me hospede da justo a la calle y hay muchísimo ruido a partir de las 6 de la mañana, aunque está cerca del centro está en una calle un poco sola

Esta céntrico, limpio, sólo que no hay cambio de toallas diario, y no hay elevador y para persona con alguna limitante para caminar pues si es problema x las escaleras, como yo que me duele mucho una pierna x desgaste de cadera

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y huelen mal, no cuenta con estacionamiento, no hay personal que te pueda atender en la noche, solo había un vigilante y era nuevo y no conocía casi nada del hotel.
no te permiten cancelar, cero servicios y nada de amenidades.

Hôtel bien tenu, bien équipé et bien situé

séjour étape très correct. Hôtel super propre et personnel avenant. Avons pu faire la cuisine puisque l'appart est bien équipé et qu'un Soriana se situe à proximité.

Solo agregar que sino cuenta con estacionamiento, sería bueno que tuvieran convenios con alguna pensión o estacionamiento. Camas de demasiado altas, de lomás muy bien

Muy diferente a las fotos

La entrada del lugar no es muy óptima, el lugar es viejo, y hay demasido ruido de la calle! Nosotros no pudimos dormir, mucho ruido en la calle y adentro de la habitación el aire acondicionado hizo ruidos toda la noche.
Adicionalmente hay un fuerte olor a drenaje dentro de las instalaciones en general.

Excelente y céntrica suite.

Suite muy cómoda y equipada para una estancia súper agradable. Excelente ubicación para conocer el hermoso centro de Puebla y de allí desplazarse a cualquier lugar. Muy limpia y con excelente atención del personal. Ampliamente recomendable.

Great staff!

This hotel was excellent! The kitchen was great and the room was clean. The two ladies at the receptuon spoke hood English, and they helped me a lot about where to eat and how to get to many places. I really appreciated it. Thanks again!
