The hotel's location made up for the dampness and cold of the room, the lack of hot water (followed the instructions and after more than 7 minutes, the hot water never came) and the awkward professionalism of the staff (particularly the evening staff, not the overnight). But, location was key for me and after all of that, I might just stay here again - maybe!

Great location in Puebla Centro. The room we stayed had a previous leak, either poorly repaired or not at all and the room had a moldy/musty smell. The staff were not friendly.

The hotel seemed to have changed from that description. The furnishings in the room were tired and the internet was frustrating to use in the common areas.
The most serious complaint was the lack of hot water for a shower. Only after numerous complaints did the situation become resolved on the second day of the stay, only to be repeated again on the third day.

This is a comfortable and beautiful old-style accommodation. Breakfast in the courtyard in the mornings. Nice staff. Little English spoken but very willing staff. Spent 9 days here & appreciated being close to the sights & the shopping. Thank you Hotel Meson de San San Sebastián.

I love Puebla and this hotel is in a great location in the historic center. Two blocks from the cathedral and zocalo. It is a traditional Mexican hotel with rooms that face 2 courtyards.

A great little hotel located a few blacks from the heart of Puebla this hotel oozes charm. Tastefully decorated in a very classical Mexican way. Our room was a slightly awkward design with a tight stairway to a mezzanine bedroom but this tended to lend itself towards the overall charm rather than be a detraction.

For those looking for a hotel with historic quality, this is a great selection. The owner furnished this hotel with different pieces from their former family home and the staff can give you the history of many of the pieces in the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provide great detail of the surrounding areas and give great selections on \"poblano\" food selections near the hotel. It is not a luxury hotel, but its central location, staff availability and historic quality are all positives. I would (and will) suggest this hotel in the future.

I really do not understand how this hotel was rated 3 stars. It looks ok from outside, but the rooms are very dirty, moldy, smell bad and extremely noisy. You have to wait almost 5-10 min to get hot water in the shower. For this price you can get way better rooms in Puebla.

La arquitectura y concepto del hotel podría estar bien sin embargo considero le falta un poco mas de organización, marketing, decoración Ad oc al concepto del hotel en los interiores de habitaciones, contar con servicio de estacionamiento para los huéspedes, renovar las toallas y ropa de cama, etc. en general tomaria a este hotel como una tercera opción en caso de volver a la bella ciudad de Puebla.

No cuenta con estacionamiento y es un problema estacionar en la zona. La habitación es fría y sin calefacción, además de ruidosa. De dos días que estuvimos sólo uno hubo agua caliente en la ducha. Las toallas pequeñas, viejas y rasposas. Lo único excelente es la ubicación porque es muy céntrico.

El hotel es precioso. Debido a su estilo clásico, te transporta a otra época. El personal fue atento en todo momento y el servicio fue magnífico. Únicamente sugeriría ampliar el menú en los desayunos.

Zwei Nächte in Puebla mit Freunden und Familie. Leider bietet das Hotel nur das Zimmer, kein Frühstück, kein Resraurant und wenig gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist super, dicht am Zocalo, also wer nur ein Zimmer zum Schlafen braucht ist hier sicher und preiswert aufgehoben.

The common areas and the decor were beautiful sadly the room itself was really small not a single window or A/C , when I asked to get a room with windows I was told none of the rooms had windows , consider that if you are staying during simmer. Not only for the breeze a window can provide but I felt very enclosed and light needed to be on otherwise it was dark for the lack of windows

L'hotel è molto pulitoo. E' un'antica casa coloniale con un patio e meravigliose stanze comuni arredate con mobili di epoca assai eleganti che creano una bella atmosfera, per chi ama gli arredamenti d'epoca, con colori caldi. Le stanze al piano terra sono dotate di mobili antichi, ma il pavimento e' di terracotta irregolare. Il bagno e la doccia sono abbastanza spartani. L'illuminazione lascia un po' a desiderare.L'unica luce che entra nella stanza e' quella della porta vetrata all'ingresso, dotata di tendoni spessi che non lasciano filtrare molta luce. Non ho visto le camere ai piani superiori. E' un luogo ideale per i turisti che devono esplorare la città perche ' si trova vicinissimo (5 minuti camminando) alla Cattedrale e al centro storico (Zocalo), dichiarato patrimonio dell'Umanit'a dall'UNESCO. La camera presenta qualche difficolta' per chi dovesse invece viaggiare per studio o lavoro e avesse bisogno di luce e una scrivania. La maggioranza del personale è gentile e disponibile, con qualche rara eccezione. L'hotel ha anche un museo interno ed e' confinante con un ristorante tipico. Quando si prende un taxi dall'hotel viene foornito un srvizio privato che è in generale più costoso rispetto alle tariffe di altri servizi o di Uber. A quanto pare comunque è più sicuro dei taxi che circolano per strada. E' sempre meglio chiamare un taxi tramite hotel o ristorante.
