The hotel is in a central location, that's the only positive. It's not a 5 star hotel, as it's been advertised. There were multiple issues with the room. Elevators were old, slow and with an inappropriate capacity for a hotel of this size. I've never seen such a traffic on narrow fire escape like stairs. Poor quality. Not to mention the noisy drunken tourists on all premises.

Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Fantastic hotel

It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The place to stay at in Golden Sands

We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

Relaxation in the Golden Sands

The hotel is located in the central area, very close to the beach, spacious and interesting design room, the food was very good, infinity pool was amazing.
The hotel does not have its own beach, which I consider to be a big disadvantage.
At 4 o'clock in the morning on August 28, 2021, the alarm rang, it was a mistake, but nobody apologized and did not give us explanations for the incident.
It was very unpleasant for all the hotel guests who were awakened and scared.

Very noisy hotel, loud music from the skyfall pool, from the opposite bar, from the rooms. I find this hotel suitable only for a short stay 1-2 nights. Large groups of men from the Middle East with unsuitable manners in the restaurant and lobby make the stay unpleasant. Dinner offers a choice but the food is tasteless. Hotel facilities, bathrooms, carpets out dated, needs renovation, not suitable for 5 star rating . There is no beach area for the hotel. If you have to choose this hotel pack earplugs.

We had a nice stay altogether.
We had very noisy neighbors (or very thin walls...) the hotel moved us to a different room that was more quiet.
Food at breakfast is cold and does nit change at all from day to day.
Fresh juice costs extra.

Top hotel in Golden Sands

We stayed in the Tower Suites and the room was great - spacious, clean, confortable beds. The sea view was excellent from an upper floor. The exterior pool was nice and clean, and I liked that it was not very crowded during our stay.
The staff was friendly and helpfull.
The parking looked very safe and organized.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice building. Modern. Spacious room. Pool area clean. Staff in pool bar friendly and good service.
Reception staff on arrival did not meet our expectations in terms of being welcoming or friendly which was disappointing as first impressions do count. Even if there is a language barrier, everyone recognises a smile! We also ate in the restaurant each of the 4 nights we were there and not once were we asked if we would like a drink from the restaurant bar. Staff just appeared to take out plates away when we finished our meal. No interaction other than that.
Restaurant food limiting.
No private beach or allocation for hotel residents of sun beds on the beach. The beach was just across from the hotel and there were ‘Free Zones’ to lay on the beach but sun loungers were at a charge.
For a 5 star hotel and service, these factors fails to meet our expectations and for these reasons we would not return or recommend.
Would like to say however that from my Expedia check in review, guest relations did reply to our comments and issues were raised and they appeared to take our comments on board. We were also given a bowl of fruit in response.

They claimed two queen size beds but it was two twins. The room had the feel of a 1970s hotel at the airport. The room was at a three star level. The grounds were better at a 4 star level The breakfast pretty bad. The location was in the heart of it all but the walk feels like Atlantic City. Great beach access. I was disappointed, learned to subtract a star or two from my expectation of a hotel in Eastern Europe.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The room we stayed in ( sea view) was clean and felt brand new. The view was even better. The staff were super pleasant and the cleaning woman was always smiling. The breakfast buffet was a dream, I don’t eat meat and there was something for everyone !

הזמנו אופציהשל סופריור עם כניסה לטרקלין. כאשר הגענו, עלינו לטרקלין התברר לנו שבטרקלין היו רק פירותמבחינת האוכל ושתייה חופשי (לא הכל, לדוגמא יין לא כלול). הוסבר לנו שבשעה כזאת הטרקלין משמש כמסעדה ואנחנו יכולים לאכול שם תמורת תשלום, ניסינו למחרת: ארוחת בוקר ממש דלה, בצהריים שוב מסעדה עם קצת בוטנים וקצת עוגות. כאשר התלוננו הוסבר לנו שקבלנו בדיוק מה שהזמנו , מבחינתם טרקלין זה קצת פיצוחים קצת עוגות וקצת פירות. בקיצור חבל על הכסף. האזור נטוש, הכל סגור ושומם.

Nice hotel close to the beach

The is nice and very close to the beach rooms are clean and comfortable but the noise from outside is to loud you could hear the music until 3 or 4 am
And when I checked out they charge me for coffee that we drunk in the room and we though it was complimentary. This hotel is more like a 4 star

Great for the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the International hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view and balcony, and the view was amazing! We were surprised by aerial acrobats hanging from the hotel that performed a show at night. Only complaints are that the food was just ok, and the elevators were slow.

We paid in England for our stay.Hotel insisted on an extra payment of Bg Lev 56.25 as it is their policy to charge extra.We had booked a double bed with 2 singles.Room had 2 singles and a sofa that makes into a small double.We booked because has an indoor pool.There were no changing facilities.You had to wear robe and slippers supplied in your room.We were on 12th floor, but only two robes and 2 pairs slippers in our room,so could not go to pool as a family.

Disappointed in Golden Sands

We were looking forward to this Hotel on the Bulgarian coast. The property itself was large but in good
condition. The room was nice and the pool area was very pleasurable. The problem was the noise and
the guests. We had sea view rooms and were looking forward to a relaxing time looking at the black sea. At about 11.00 am pulsing music started below us on the boardwalk area along the beach that was crammed with amusement rides, restaurants carnival games ect... This throbbing music did not cease until 1.00 am in the morning. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The other issue we had were the busloads of people they were bringing in to fill the rooms. We all agreed that the most diplomatic term we could use to describe them is rough. Pushy ,ill mannered and and unkempt
would still be a charitable description. In all my years of traveling I have never seen such a motley crew
at a five star hotel. The hotel was all inclusive and it was hands down the worst food I have ever had in a hotel. I think they dumned down the food to meet the taste of the hotel guests. It is too bad really
because the property is nice. Now we know why our Bulgarian friends do not stay at at the Bulgarian Beaches anymore. They all head to Greece. That being said we checked out of this hotel after two nights of a 7 night stay and went to Sunny Beach on the Bulgarian coast. Although still over busy it was much better than where we had been.

Excellent Hotel!!

Good hotel and unbelievable price for 5 stars. Make sure to get a superior room with sea view and it will have a balcony. Also make sure to be above the 14th floor or the noise from the club's out front will prevent you from sleeping, otherwise fantastic service and friendliness from all staff and room service was decent as well as breakfast. Pool area is great and the beach is another 1 min walk from the hotel.

Attention toutefois :
Pas de plage attitrée à l’hôtel compter environ 20 euros/jour pour paillote avec 2 transats
A ne pas se retrouver du côté littoral car même si double vitrage ça peut être bruyant
Littoral super animé avec bar, disco, resto et marché type les puces…
Bref, de quoi passer de bonnes vacances !

Bei Ankunft zunächst Probleme, da kein Zimmer mit Balkon (wie gebucht) zur Verfügung stand. Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer nach längerer Diskussion möglich (andere Kategorie, nur Single-Bett dafür mit Meerblick und Balkon). Schöner Infinity-Pool mit Meerblick und vielen Liegeplätzen. Kleines, aber feines Casino mit kostenlosen Getränken für die Spieler. Frühstück war lecker und umfangreich.

The location from the hotel is really really good. Even the food and also the staff from the restaurant, kitchen and reception are good. But some staff members looks really grumpy and unfriendly (like the girl at the coffee bar)

The branches behind the glass in the restaurant are pretty cool but I think with spotlights it would look much nicer

Odalar gayet iyi durumda, yatak rahat, deniz tarafı çok daha güzel. Kahvaltı orta düzey ama temiz. Tercih edeceğiniz bir otel olarak öneriyorum. Kahve makinası çalışmadı bir kahve kullandık boşa gitti ama ona da 7 leva aldılar bu hoş değildi.

C’est une usine a touriste juifs, rien ne vas entre les piscines réservées à l’avance sans être utilisé et musique a fond toute la journée qui casse les oreilles café payant avec la machine et le petit-déjeuner déjeuner remplie et piège sur les photos il n’y a aucune plage privée comme indiqué sur les photos il s’agit des plages payante qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel c’est loin d’être un 5 étoile peut-être un 4? Méfier vous du certificat halal au restaurant j'ai un gros doute là dessus la douche dégoûté j’ai du la prendre avec mes claquettes bref je ne reviendrai pas ici

Das Zimmer war dreckig und runtergekommen. Es ist an der Zeit Renovierungen durchzuführen. An mehreren Tagen wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Die Badewanne flog auseinander. Der Duschkopf war so angebracht, dass man ohne Verrenkungen nicht duschen konnte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Kein Wäschedienst, angeblich wegen Covid-19. Andere Hotels haben sehr wohl diesen Service angeboten. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Sehr schlecht für jemanden, der Insulin abhängig ist. Kein Haartrockner. Klima-Anlage ging mal nicht und dann ging sie wieder. Bottom line: nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt andere Häuser in der Nähe, die eindeutig besser sind.

Belle hôtel dans l'ensemble mais pas vraiment pour les familles!!dommage!!animation au top.
De plus il faut tout réserver à l'avance (matelas à la piscine tous réserver)dommage mais il faut le savoir.

Fernseher war zu klein für das große Zimmer.
Trotz vielen leeren Zimmer haben wir trotz Nachfrage kein Zimmer zum Wasser bekommen. 40€ dafür war uns zu viel. Rund ums Hotel gibt es nichts. Im März eine Geisterstadt. Personal war top.

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est magnifique et très bien entretenu, le personnel est agréable
La chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée
Seul petit point négatif, un rideau de douche dans un peu trop court qui engage une petite inondation lors de la douche
