The room didn’t look like the room in the picture but it was still nice. The air con was good and it was a clean room and bathroom. It was close to a metro stop and close ish to a tram stop. And close to a supermarket.

We have booked this hotel for our family (me, my wife and two children).
In terms of location, this hotel is very well located, around 15 minutes walking to city center.
However, the hotel itself was very disappointing... the room offered to us was quite old and the bathroom was very dirty, to the point we were almost not willing to use it. We had to wash it before using it. The upper beds for the children were full of sand dust. Right under the entry door, the ceiling was dripping water from the air conditioning machine, so every time we had to leave or we would arrive, we would have to dry the floor.
Breakfast was paid. Worth the price to what was offered, as we were not able to find another place that could match the price for an equivalent meal.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Too many things went wrong

Stayed twice now. The first time was okay, the bathroom soap dispenser not being loaded was the only downside (and was fixed two days later).

The second time, however: the air conditioning did not cool the room, the water in the shower would not drain fast enough leading to flooding and worst of all there were mosquitoes (many) that bit me through the night.

The staff were good otherwise, the location is reasonably convenient and the bed and general cleanliness were okay.

This hotel is conveniently located and priced much better than near-by hotels. The breakfast in the morning was simple but fine, and the room was very quiet. However the internet speed was too low (advertised as 'very fast'), and there were lots of mosquitos during the night so I could not sleep very well.

Generic hotel rooms for a good deal and location

Stayed here for a long weekend and filled my time around town including going out to the beaches and to a couple of museums. Very cosmopolitan town with lots of activity, but hotel was a good place to quietly get some sleep and relax.

Nice hotel in not very nice part of the city

Close to the metro station. Close to the port. Walkable to the train station. First we get room in second floor. Wasnt in the best condition but cleaned every day. We had to change second night because there was unbelievably many mosquitoes. We killed over 20 and they were still coming from somewhere. Secomd room in 7th floor was much better. Bigger and stuff in good conditions. Walls clean. Shower nice. Very happy with that one. Didnt open window for rest of our stay(in case mosquitoes). Didnt have breakfast but what we saw no worth €6! Small buffet. Not many choices. Outside near to metro station very nice breakfast for 3.50.
Quiet hotel in all times. Bed comfortable and big enough for two.

Hotel was fairly new and very handy to public transport. Room was nice and clean and staff were helpful. Easy to get to by car and car park was good. A bit expensive for car parking but safe off street parking. Would definitely stay here again

A nice hotel near to center of the city. Room was small but was fine as i was single...for 2 people i don't think they will like such a small room. Staff is pleasant and sequrity on post, so i was feeling protected. Definitely next time ill come back as the price was affordable ...hopfully I'll have a bigger room

Very lovely standards with beautiful staff members

A 2 star hotel with lovely standards, friendly staff members that also speak English giving very good directions and useful information.
Overall I recommend , the underground station is 4 min walk and the old port only 25 min walk.
The nicest beach it's called Sport Beach must be taken the underground until Rond Point du Prado and from there the bus number 19.
Avoid being out after is getting darker as Marseilles it's well known as being a rough city and the crime rate is very high.

Just right: cheap, fast and clean. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, to make it from Germany to Spain. This place had everything I needed to accomplish that. It even had a pretty decent breakfast (for 6 Euros more)~!

The hotel is located in an unsavory part of town with no restaurants close by. The room was very warm and even though it had an air conditioner it didn't work properly. The staff was very friendly. We were in town for the Eurocup so we paid an exorbitant amount for the room but I think normally it is inexpensive.

Basic accommodations but had everything needed. Large shower with plenty of hot water with excellent pressure and hand held shower head. Excellent bathroom lighting. Bathroom shelf and small counter. Fairly comfortable double bed mattress. One English news channel on TV. No hand towels or wash cloths. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, breads, juice, cereal.

The hotel building used to be a psych ward.

The hotel was interesting. We had a weird feeling about the layout and general code entry process to all of the floors, rooms, etc. it wasn't until we walked through the neighborhood, which we cannot stress enough DO NOT DO, that we saw the mental hospital. Then we realized the hotel must have been used as an in patient quarters at one time. The accessively heavy doors, the security code entry instead of cards like most hotels use, and the security in and out of the building.

Great hotel but location isn't fantastic.

Great hotel, very clean, very secure and the staff were polite and helpful. It wasn't an incredible long walk from the station but you do have to go through (one of the many) less than safe looking parts of Marseilles.

Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The area to eat was clean with plenty of room but there wasn't a huge range of food on offer.

I stayed for one night for business. Easy check in, lovely staff, super clean room, comfy bed, quiet hotel, good breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. Difficult to ask for more.
But just to balance the review, it would have been even better with a glass door for the shower instead of a curtain that always lets some water escape to the floor. I can't think of any other flaw, really.

El hotel cumple su función y está cerca de la estación del tren St. Charles. Es un hotel básico y tiene lo mínimo necesario. El personal es amable. El área donde se encuentra no es la más bonita ni mucho donde caminar; hay que usar el transporte público para ir a otras zonas.

部屋の窓が大きく周りのアバルトマンと中庭を囲むような環境で、落ち着いて過ごすことができた。　
メトロは３駅、トラムやバスの利用もでき、利便性が良かった。

The Building Need to be refresh but cleaness Is ok and plugs and TV, beds, are new.
Best Place for workers, very good Place for a family. Elevators and wi fi run. A warm hospitality from the service available H24. I spent 5 wonderful days,

Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο στη διάρκεια ενός ταξιδιού είκοσι ημερών στη νότια Γαλλία. Ήταν από τα ακριβότερα και με καλές κριτικές ξενοδοχείο. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί εμείς βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο χάλια. Δεν υπήρχαν κομοδίνα, μύριζαν οι μοκέτες, υπήρχε μια πρίζα μόνο στο ένα κρεβάτι, στο άλλο όχι, μία καρέκλα, είχαμε κλείσει twin, μια μικρή ντουλάπα ανοιχτή, όχι σεσουάρ μαλλιών. 80 ευρώ για ένα δωμάτιο μικρό βρώμικο με υποτυπώδεις παροχές. Η περιοχή δεν είναι κεντρική αλλά αυτό το επιλέξαμε, όχι όμως ένα τόσο μικρό και μίζερο χώρο

Die Umgebung war sehr unsicher und der Eingang des Hotels in einem Baustellenartigen zustand.
Die Gänge bei den Zimmern haben nach Urin gerochen und wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.

L’accueil très bien le personnel très gentil rien à relever par contre très mal dormi car les voisins de chambre fumaient dans leur chambre! Ils ont veillé jusqu’à 5h du matin ils étaient plusieurs c’était très pénible.
