I chose this hotel for the location close to the cruise ship port. We stayed 2 nights to enjoy Le Vieux Port and nearby shopping. Great value for a nice place to lay your head after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed for 1 night at the Ibis Marseille Centre Euromed. We were happy with our stay; we arrived before 2pm check in but leaving our bags was not a problem; they were stored safely. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. There is an area to work in the reception and a restaurant/bar but we didn't use these so cannot comment. There is a free water dispenser in the reception area which was handy.
Our room on the 6th floor was quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was functional. Only 2 gripes; another pillow would have been excellent (although I guess we could have asked for another!). Secondly, there is parking at the nearby QPark Espercieux which gives you a discounted rate of 25EUR/24hrs. We emailed ahead of time to advise that we would like to take advantage of this; all we had to do was email the car reg to the hotel and everything would be taken care of. On arrival to the car park, our reg was recognised by ANPR and we parked and exited without issue; the snag - being charged full price (46EUR) at check in. However, when we realised this and brought it to the attention of the staff, a refund was immediately credited to our account - the sign of good customer service - problems occur, but when they do they are dealt with efficiently and courteously. I have no hesitations recommending this hotel and would happily stay again!

The hotel itself seemed nice. Only stayed one night and it worked for what we needed. The bed was normal, but the room was fairly small. The bathroom was not of the highest quality. The hotel was walkable to some of the main attractions in the city. They staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of city and port. Check-in was straightforward and I found my room to be modern, clean and spacious. The communal areas are very bright and I found the restaurant to be a nice place to have breakfast in the morning (I paid extra for this and due to the wide selection available I found it to be good value). The restaurant staff are very friendly and the local food it serves is meant to be very good.

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival No mention was made prior to the visit about the building work, but in was mentioned on check in We were told it would not impact our visit, however the bar was not functioning and we couldnt get ice (we had to go to the next-door hotel for it!!)
The hitel was a 30 min walk into the city and no decent eating places nearby
The room was small but functional, no safe or coffee making facilities
Good breakfast with a reasonable amount of choice

My experience to that hotel was normal not warm welcoming and no breakfast first day paid 12 $ big problem for parking was expensive because I had rental car for couple days I had pad 22 $ each day means extra money but on app says free parking whatever I don’t think so back to that hotel next time.

The rooms are not spacious enough.
The toilets weren't very clean, rust was showing on a number of areas.
The parking should be free for guests of the hotel.
This is less than what i was expecting from an Ibis.

no coffee maker, it is common to have a coffee maker in the room for most of the hotel, I don't understand why they do not have it. It will be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Also no tissue , only toilet paper, interesting.

Firstly by car the hotel entrance is not so easy to see. You see the building but when you drive past, cos nowhere to park, the entrance is off on side so you don't see. You have to drive right and right again to park at Q Park close to the hotel. Lift wasn’t always working so difficult with luggage.
All was great at the hotel except 3 coathangers for two people and they were broken and fragile!! Didn’t have time to follow up during short stay.
Everything else was good.

Convenient Overnight Hotel for Cruisers

Well situated with easy access to businesses in the old Des Docks next door but we did not have time to do the area justice.
The room, bed and pillows were comfortable, with only two pillows. Think I could have requested more but was fine with the two.
Linens were clean - I have a sensitive nose and had no issues with the linens or room at all. The bath and shower were very adequate, the design a faintly marine theme. Room card access only to elevator floors is added peace of mind.
Young staff in bar and restaurant, and friendly.
Food quality was so - so at dinner. However the breakfast buffet is not to be missed!
Some like lots of eggs and all that, so husband was very happy! Plenty of choices for all including GF pancakes. Buffet was bountiful and creatively arranged as a \"Provence\" country style breakfast very beautifully. I was a caterer for many year - kudos to the staff!
You can soft cook eggs if you like - and loads of breads, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, fruits etc. We had just spent a week on a cruise, and this was more eye catching. The Ibis breakfast buffet was very, very good and worth the cost. I can't add more than six photos, or I would showcase the breakfast.
We would use this hotel again. And again.Just for the brekkie and coffee!

Very good location, near to the renovated Vieux Port, with Les Docks in the block down to the hotel. Parking could be easily found on the street but they also can give a discounted rate at a nearby garage. Hotel is overall good but breakfast was mediocre and service was poor. We had to wait for coffee mugs, others had to wait for cheese, and the breakfast buffet was very messy. Room was otherwise clean but there were some dark red stains in one of the pillowcases. Hotel is overall in good condition and the stay was pleasant. I would recommend especially because of location.

We had a weekend break in Marseille. The Hotel is located a short walk from the tram and metro stations, and just across the road from the converted warehouses which now comprise The Docks Village. The Cathedral major is about 12 minutes leisurely walk, The hotel restaurant was good value for money.

The hotel is in a good location with many interesting surroundings! It is very near restaurants with delicious food, and other shops, as well as being easy to get around from, with the tram running close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well; namely the cleaning staff cleaned our room every morning and were also very polite and kind! I would definitely reccomend this hotel (and Marseille in general) as a great place to stay, especially for such a reasonable price!

We were looking for a cheaper hotel between the train station and the cruise shuttle this works for us The bed was not my favourite and the only thing I disliked was that I could not turn the air conditioning on in the spring they told me in the spring in the fall there was no heat or air conditioning Because of the way the system works reason I needed air conditioning is because I was coming from Canada at -7 and bar say was he was because of the way the system works reason I needed air conditioning is because I was coming from Canada at -7 and Marseille was +20 so probably not actual air-conditioning weather that we +20 so probably not actual air-conditioning weather but we were hot and it hindered our sleep because there was for you go outside in the Courtyard making noise

Modern hotel in area where dockland buildings have been converted to shops and apartments. Tram stop outside the hotel and metro within 200m take you to the city centre within 10 minutes. Marseilles has a busy centre with plenty of restaurants. A short bus ride along the coast road leads to some fine beaches.

The Ibis Centre Euromed Marseilles is outstanding in every way. There is a tram right outside the hotel that quickly and smoothly goes to the historic center and Vieux Port areas. There is also an incredible mall with great dining overlooking the harbor 2 blocks away. We were allowed a very late checkout as we had a late night flight back to Barcelona. We would like to give a special mention to both Yassine and Oceane who were tremendously helpful and friendly.

Good hotel, information and photos on Expedia very accurate. Quiet and clean, helpful and friendly staff. No fridge. WiFi provided but I didn't need to access it so don't know if works smooth. Big shoppping centre just round the corner, small grocery shops not so far. Tram stop, buses and Metro station in the near proximity. Fair 30 minutes walk to the Port, town's centre. Easy to get back and fro the airport: red metro line to StCharles station (2stops, quick journey), airport shuttle bus from the station every 15/20 minutes - gets you to the airport in 25/30 minutes. Overall - very pleasant stay.

Great hotel in business district

Hotel is one of the best Ibis hotels I've stayed in and with an impressive resturant whihc is unsual for an Ibis. This may be ba use there is very little around the hotel with mainly offices. It's a 4 min walk to the metro whihc is only two stops from the main train station. It is also on the north side of the city whihc means easy access to the airport. Hotel is clean, staff very incentive and great value for money.
