Tout était parfait!

Hôtel au pied de la major. L’hôtel est idéalement situé vieux port terrasse du port halles de la major métro bus.
Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et avenant.
Les chambres pour deux personnes sont de tailles correctes, largement suffisant pour circuler à deux dormir et se laver. La salle de bain n’est par riquiqui comme j’ai pu l’observer dans les commentaires.
Les communs et les chambres sont très propres et bien insonorisées.
Rien n’a dire tout était parfait!
Le petit plus, tout est fait pour que le séjour soit raisonné (petite attention si les serviettes ne sont pas changées chaque jour) tri sélectif.
Le petit déjeuner était complet il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

We booked two rooms for two nights
The lift was out of order so we had to use the stairs
We were on the second floor so that’s four flights up winding staircase with extremely dangerous step out because of the door opening inward :on you so you have to step down : and then to find at the second floor the magnetic card key doesn’t work so my wife goes down to reception ( I have asthma so I was already completely out of breath) and again the magnetic card key malfunctions.
That evening coming back from the restaurant same problem hiking up four flights to have the key malfunction again
Next day the elevator is still not working and the magnetic key doesn’t work AGAIN so the receptionist actually climbed the stairs with us to check that we were not complete morons and didn’t know how a magnetic card works
And AGAIN the magnetic key malfunctions !
Now I am beginning to wonder if we are spending our entire vacation in a winding staircase…!!!!!

I enjoyed walking to the hotel as it has a perfect view of the Cathedrale La Major. The single room is small but the perfect size in my opinion - not too small. The room is perfectly cleaned everyday and coffee, tea, and biscuits are replenished too. Very close to restaurants, sights, and trains/buses. The reception could do a bit of an upgrade thought. Very helpful staff at the reception.

Simple, convenient hotel

The room was spacious, recent and clean. We couldn't get a double bed which is a shame. The hotel is at the edge between a very nice neighborhood and a much less nice one, but the entrance was located on a nice street. It was a good surprise that we had views to the cathedral from the window.

Lights were flickering in the room. Got locked out of the room as the lock ran out of battery. Cleaning stuff there away my toiletry items.

Room was in the roof, small, but clean and warm. Quite expensive, but that is often the case in the South of France

The property is in a good location to explore Marseille and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that you were gifted a small bottle of Marseille olive oil if you didn’t have your room made up!
Only complaint is there was a significant hold put on my card (100€) for any potential room costs - which I had no problem with - but nearly a week after checking out I would have expected the hold to be lifted.

When we arrived at the hotel, we had found out our plane home had been cancelled and we would have to stay longer. Audrey and Sofia were absolutely fantastic, by helping us get connected to the wifi so we could rearrange flights, and to let us know availability of the rooms so that we could extend our stay. They were superstars!

We chose it for easy access to the cruise liner terminal. The hotel is about 10min walk from the Jolliette Station of Tram 2&3 as well as the metro. There is a Big supermarket nearby. The room is very small, not enough for opening a medium sized luggage. It's basic hotel and value for money for a short stay. The bed was quite comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with sightseeing advice.

I stayed for two nights with two friends as we were able to get single rooms each at a reasonable price. My room was great; clean, modern and with everything I needed. Single bed, but was fine for me. Had tv, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and good air con. My friend said her room smelt very bad though like bad drains but hotel was full so she didn't report it.

Outside of the hotel is a very insignificant road with not much on it. But it it is only a 5 min walk to some main sites. 15 minutes from main station. So we found it very easy to get around.

We stayed at the hotel for a 2 day break in Marseille. The hotel was nice, very clean (recently renovated?) and central - only a 5 minute walk from the port. It's situated in a quiet, but safe area, with some nice bars and restaurants one or two streets down. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the city.

Interior of hotel very clean and modern. I asked to change room and the staff were accommodating about this. The actual street where hotel situated was not very attractive and many nearby restaurants seemed to be closed in the evening but nice to be near the regenerated port area. Convenient to walk to the old port.

The hotel was located near a central area of Vieux Port. It was a good 10 minute walk to the port but the area was well lit and safe. The hotel provided us with a mini bar, coffee, and tea. As well as shampoo and clean towels. They also cleaned the room daily.

Marseille is a lively bustling area.Plenty to see and do within the city itself or the area.We took a three day pass on the transport network for 10.50 euros which was excellent value. A lot of new upgrade to buildings and walkways being done .The port is a great area to eat and take in the atmosphere.Hotel central to the city and easy access to all areas.An older building but had been updated recently with everything you would require.Quiet area but safe to walk.

Great place to stay in Marseille

We (4 of us) arrived earlier than expected after 30 hours of travelling from Australia but were so happily organized into an upgraded room by the young man who was on front desk. He told us our Comfort rooms were not yet ready as the hotel had been heavily booked the previous night, but that for an extra few Euro we could move straight into Superior rooms which we did. The rooms were immaculate, cleanest we have stayed in, and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful, especially the young man (who was going on holidays that afternoon). The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants. Highly recommended

A nice hotel with excellent staff, but dodgy area

The staff at reception were excellent - professional and very helpful. The single room was good and fairly clean although not perfect (the toilet wasn't very clean). The bed was very comfy. Good wi-fi. The hotel's location is fairly good for daytime activities, but because it's in a dodgy part of town, you have to walk a different route in the evenings as the short routes are not safe after dark. I stayed for 2 nights over a weekend, and there is a lot of noise coming from the neighbourhood, which isn't great if you're a light sleeper. The rates are quite good though which makes it good value for money.

The hotel has long ago moved from the address that was listed on Hotels.com, and we would never have found it had we not asked someone on the street who knew the new location. We also had trouble finding the parking garage which was on a different street. No one from the hotel would walk over with us and they said the manager was on vacation. Otherwise it was OK.

Sauberes und modernes Hotel im Herzen von Marseilles mit Blick auf die \"Cathédrale de la Major\" und keine 5 Minuten Fußweg vom wunderschönen Stadtteil \"La Panier\" entfernt. In 10 Minuten ist man beim alten Hafen. Zudem gibt es unzählige Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Umkreis. Nur mit dem Parken ist es etwas schwierig, aber dafür hat das Hotel eine Kooperation mit dem 2 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus \"Q-Park Joliette\" (30€/ 24h). Einfach toll!

Hôtel confortable mais sans âme et un peu glauque si on y est pour se détendre. Aucune lumière naturelle ne pénètre là dedans.
Nous avions demandé un chambre superieure, et payé pour, mais à part un lit un peu plus grand il n y a rien de plus. Salle de bain riquiqui en mode placard, tout comme les wc.
Bien pour un déplacement pro mais passez votre chemin si vous y êtes pour un séjour détente.

En face d'un mini supermarché, à 2 minutes de la Joliette et de la Major et 5 minutes des terrasses du port (centre commercial), le métro pour la gare St Charles est à 2 minutes à pied. Bon emplacement. J'avais chambre sur l'arrière de l'immeuble au calme (la rue devant est en sens unique et à priori pas très passante) mais avec l'immeuble voisin à 2 mètres donc aucune vue, mais pour une nuit pas dérangeant. J'avais une chambre avec un lit une place mais agréable avec une grande salle de bain. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes du MUCEM et de la villa Méditerranée ( ( COSQUER ). Chambre PMR de petite taille. Literie confortable. Travaux dans la rue. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet correct. Un effort à faire sur la maintenance
( spots mal fixés dans la salle de bain, commande du radiateur sèche-serviette désaxée, panneaux coulissants mal réglés difficiles à manipuler … ). Douche PMR mal conçue sans siège. Impossible de prendre sa douche sans mouiller la salle de bains !

Personal muy amable. Llegamos antes de las tres y nos dieron la habitación. Solucionaron rápidamente un problema con la llave. Muy serviciales.
Aunque la dona está en obras ahora, está muy bien comunicada (metro, bus y tranvía) y se puede ir a pie a La Panier, el Puerto Viejo, la catedral… junto al puerto nuevo y zona de restauración y tiendas.
Nuestra habitación estaba recién reformada, el aire funciona bien y servicios comunes propios de un hotel de esta categoría (pocos, pero suficientes).
Volvería y lo recomendaría, sin duda

L’hôtel est très bien entretenu. La chambre n’était pas très grande mais bien agencée.
La literie est confortable.
J’étais côté rue. Du coup, un peu de bruit le matin au passage des camions poubelles mais bien atténué par le double vitrage.
Le personnel est accueillant et prévenant.
