I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day. Thank you for letting us see the original side of Italy.

The staff was so very accommodating, making us feel very special. The rooms were spotless and the bedding lovely. The shower was amazing! Delicious food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient and yet quiet away from tourist areas. We would highly recommend this hotel again and again . Lastly, when you go back to the airport please consider the private water taxi. It was fun, gorgeous and efficient. Definitely worth the price and the hotel made all arrangements.

Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge.

The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the staff truly made it special. Sofia at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming — she offered us an arrival breakfast even though we arrived early and surprised us with a room upgrade, which meant so much to us.

At the restaurant, Irene was amazing with a wonderful personality and made every interaction enjoyable. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. It was cleaned multiple times a day, which really showed the level of care and attention to detail.

The breakfast was okay — not spectacular, but still perfectly fine. Overall, the service, staff, and room easily made this a memorable and special stay. We would happily return.

Truly a 5* experience. The room was well appointed and I think they may have even cleaned it twice a day. Bathroom was gorgeous with floor to ceiling marble. Breakfast was the highlight for us. The buffet had a wide selection of baked goods and cold cuts, and they take orders at your table for hot food and beverages.

For the Americans:
1. Everyone in the staff is fluent in English (and probably 4 other languages)
2. The beds are pushed together twins so there is a seam in the middle
3. If you want a strong latte order two cappuccinos, the cafe latte has more milk than a typical US lattes

Everything was great except the stairs in the room which were unpleasant with luggage. We were told that rooms of the class we booked have stairs. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have booked a different class of room. Also, with VIP access we should have received a room upgrade.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, in a nice quiet location but close to everything. They could not do enough to assist us with every detail. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, as was the entire building. Incredible decor, and exquisite courtyard where we dining in their restaurant, and enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast every morning. The restaurant was an experience, the food was creatively prepared and delicious. We will absolutely be returning, the Nani was the highlight of our two week visit to Italy. It truly felt like family in a five star hotel.

This magnificent hotel was truly jaw dropping. Upon entering into the lobby, you definitely felt as though you had just entered a Palace. The marble, antique furniture and gilding were just stunning. We had a small issue with the size of one of our rooms upon checking in. The front desk staff promptly found a solution and offered us a free upgrade to a suite to ensure we were completely happy. The entire staff at this incredible hotel went above and beyond to ensure their customers were taken care of. The restaurant was an experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything in the breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious and offered so much variety. Our stay at the Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace added so much to our Venice experience and made our visit to Venice more memorable. We will cherish those memories for years to come. Thank you Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace for making our experience truly exceptional.

Hotel was fabulous. Right on the canal - boat taxi drop at the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel looked authentic and historic, but was clean and modern. Got upgraded to Jr. Suite and was blown away with how nice it was.
Small dining & bar area perfect for quiet breakfasts or afternoon snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely palazzo hotel, this is our second stay. The room was lovely but unlike the last one we stayed in this one didn't have a view, just a wall three feet away. Also the sound insulation from the room upstairs was terrible. The biggest disappointment was however the breakfast - very limited buffet and egg dishes on order for extra charge. That certainly changed from the time three years ago when the buffet was well stocked. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot near Accademia.

This is a great Hotel right in the heart of the action but still provides a comfortable quiet room - we didn’t hear any noise.
It is convenient to all of the historic sights of Istanbul within walking distance.

Shout out to the amazing Conciege staff especially Can Burak who goes above and beyond with a smile - he is an asset to the property.

Our experience exceeded expectations. Staying at Nani was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, it’s convenient to everything you want to do in Venice and it’s easy to navigate transportation from the train station and airport. The staff are delightful and breakfast was delicious. You pay a small upcharge for made to order eggs but there are plenty of other options to begin your day that are included. The bed was comfortable, but the staff really made our trip special. I was celebrating my birthday and they went out of their way to bring me joy.

But we waited almost 20 minutes for coffee for breakfast, and somehow the bread suddenly ran out.
The TV in the room could not be turned on with the remote control.
Setting the water temperature in the shower was also not easy.
But this is Venice, you can be patient.

If you want to avoid the crowds and noise, and have a haven you can go to away from the tourists, this is the place. Very convenient, short walk to the Grand Canal and Guidecca side, close to vaporetto stops on both sides.

We were both very much looking forward to our last night of a very special trip around Europe. One gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. The other gentleman made no acknowledgment.

We were taken to our room by a helpful porter. But was disappointed that the walk to our room was via cupboards, with doors left open. There were also stairs leading to the room, which were not mentioned on the booking. Once inside the room which was beautiful, but incredibly small and the carpet was not clean.

Breakfast was exceedingly disappointing. The staff appeared overwhelmed. Whilst guests were having to eat in the entrance hall at coffee tables, due to the limited table space within the dining room.

The hot breakfast items had ran out by 8.45am and not replenished. Breakfast was due to finish at 10.00am.

We have stayed in many places in the city and this has been the most disappointing considering the high reviews.

Loved this hotel! Great location. Wonderful staff. Loved the garden where we ate breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and there were plenty of choices. The room had a classic style. The bathroom was very clean and newly updated. We traveled in September, hot during the days and cooler in the evenings. We only needed to open the large private windows in the room to get it to the right temperature so we didn't use the A/C. I would highly recommend staying here.

A Palazzo!

This was definitely an amazing experience. We asked to be picked up at the airport and we had Gianluca helping us with the luggage, driving us to the port and even suggesting a couple places to eat in Venice. We arrived right at the cront of the hotel by water taxi, the people at the reception were awesome, we had dinner at the restaurant there and it was a wonderful and delicious experience too. The room, tho most luxurious and quiet. For breakfast they have a beautiful patio, and the quality of everything was incredible. We needed to check-out a little late and they offered a couple of hours free of charge.
We will be coming back for sure.

The hotel was easy to find and the front desk was very welcoming. We received a complimentary room upgrade and bottle of Prosecco. The room was a bit dated and dark for our taste, but it was comfortable for a couple. The breakfast is good, not great, and the bar was open until 10:00. The outdoor patio and common areas of the hotel are beautiful. Not sure if we'll stay here again when we're in Venice..

This is an excellent hotel. Elegant property and rooms and impeccable service. It’s in a less touristed area of Venice so there are no throngs of people. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and easy to walk to the vaparetto and all sites.
