The hotel is in an excellent location - on the edge of old town, while still having access to car/taxi service right outside the door. The hotel lobby and room are decorated nicely with a modern, cool aesthetic. Unfortunately, the lower section of the shower needs better maintenance as the grout and caulking were moldy and the shower floor had a dingy appearance, such that I wore sandals to shower. But this was in stark contrast to the rest of the hotel which was very nice and well maintained.

They did not change our room right away, they said that the hotel was full, the next day we were offered a room that we had to wait for and the room was somewhere near the hotel on the first floor, we were not shown what it would be and we decided to leave because our plans had already been disrupted due to the irresponsibility of the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend.

I’ve stayed with them for more than five times I like the location I like the hotel I like the cleanliness I like everything but the last two times they lied to me, conned me, and tried to downgrade me into different rooms the last time which was during June 23 to July 1 my 64th birthday this time they did not correct it and I was forced to pay an extra $800 to get the room that I paid for originally which they sent me pictures of and I have pictures of the last few times I’ve stayed here so I know the building. I know the hotel. I was going there since they opened it up in 2019 But this time they’re a bunch of liars and misled me and robbed me. I am very unhappy until this is taken care of I’m going to try to pursue this another directions and it’s not the money. It’s the principles they took advantage of me. I don’t know what it is. Maybe because I’m an American maybe because I’m an older Person. But I feel I was discriminated against and I never used that term ever but this time it wouldn’t go away. I tried through my orbit connection. They told me they would work on it. Nothing it’s a bunch of lies and I really like the place I’m not saying anything bad about it, but they insisted on robbing me for a lousy $800 and not give me the room that I paid for which I’ve already done three times prior to the same room which I have pictures of photos. I have all my receipts and I feel they misled me and you could go have fun. Good luck they gave me the worst room in the building I

My one niggle was the roof terrace was closed and there was no indication as to why or prior notice. This would have been great if open especially due to the location of the hotel.

The location of this property is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including the bus station, restaurants, and markets. However, the service left much to be desired. We never received a response when we asked for help making a reservation, and during our stay, there seemed to be a rotation of young receptionists, none of whom offered consistent assistance. It felt more like staying in a dorm than a hotel—except the price didn’t match that dorm-like experience.

This is an ideally located hotel on the edge of the old town. Lovely breakfast, clean comfy rooms (although an odd frosted glass bathroom/toilet/shower!). We stayed Saturday to Tuesday and it was very noisy Saturday night. With street cleaners, restaurants and bars emptying bottle bins each morning, it was still fairly noisy in the mornings. But if you don’t sleep in late, that’s no problem. And if you are the ones partying late at night in the great bars, then the noise isn’t a problem. But if you want a peaceful night’s rest, this is probably not the hotel for you. That is the only negative for a really good hotel.

The room probably has the 18 sq.m. they claim, but they carved needlessly large bathroom out of those 18, and the walk past the bathroom can not be considered living space either. That leaves us with about 12 and you do not even have enough space to lay out your luggage

Had a great few days in this hotel which is ideally situated in Bilbao to explore old and new town.The room was spotlessly clean and had great views of the river.Breakfast was adequate for our needs but could be improved a little.Would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean comfortable stay in Bilbao.

The hotel is quirky and in a perfect spot for everything. However should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are decent but so many flaws that simple things could fix. Walls had numerous marks and smudges, chipped paint and holes. The floors creaked and the floor boards were worn and peeling. Bathroom was ok but hair left behind and the doo is far too heavy.

We were welcomed by Aldara and a trainee Asier who was very professional, pleasant and patient when we checked in with our group. He was able to give us 2 out of our 4 rooms early which we greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean, decent sized with sound proofed windows, coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of water. Air conditioner worked well. Location is great. Walking distance to many, shops and restaurants. My brother enjoyed the arcade game machine in the lobby. Traveled with my father who uses a wheelchair and the adapted room is a wet room so water gets everywhere in the bathroom, otherwise our stay was great

The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the rooftop, but I was informed on arrival that it is closed until summer. When I visited in April, the temperature was ~21 degrees Celsius with no rain, so it seemed like a lazy decision not to open it.
Something to note, the bathroom doors are glass in the triple room, so if you are staying with friends and not as a couple, this could be uncomfortable as you can see through. The location was excellent.

Overall a very modest stay. Generally the facilities were clean and modern but very little to make it “great”. Minimal amenities and even the showers had one type of shampoo that was for hair, body and face altogether. My key card had issues and had to have it reissued 3 times

The room was ok, my particular room had some issue with the double glazing so there was condensation in between the glass panes, making the window hard to see through. This problem rectified itself in a few days as the temperature outside climbed higher. Comfy beds, and the mini fridge and coffee machine were nice touches. Would definitely stay again

This is an excellent hotel for so many things. It is in the old part of the city which is lovely and you can drive to it and park nearby without having to enter the Low Emission Zone of Bilbao. But at the same time it's right across the bridge from the \"new\" city, and a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 30 minute walk to the ITSA Maritime Museum.
