Tourism before moving on. It was a Budget Hotel so we did not expect luxury. It did exactly what we asked it to provide. Neat tidy, quiet a good nights sleep and a sufficient breakfast and helpful staff.

I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic.

But its way overpriced for what you get. £130 per night for a room that doesnt even have any usb charge points for phones and laptops means bringing adapters and chargers.I would describe the hotel as a very basic 2/3 star.

Incredible Staff

I stayed here with a number of friends for a cycling trip. The rooms are comfy with good aircon but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The reception staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, great recommendations for restaurants and help with anything we needed.

Small but clean in a good location

Small but very clean room in a great location.
Reception staff were excellent (a guy from Cuba) and explained the various parking options we had.
Shower was excellent, great pressure and plenty of hot water.
A small bit cramped in the room but more than suited our needs for a two night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Bilbao.

Excellent Hotel! center in Bilbao, easily accessible with metro lines, also really close from the Airport Bus (go all the way to end stop of the bus and its 5-10 min walk, easy). Room/Bathroom great, however, walls are thin so be mindful.. would book again!

Good location to explore the city

Good location to explore the city. Close to the main bus stop (convenient for day trip to San Sebastian, transport to airport, etc.) and to the Stadium. Half an hour walking or a few metro stops to the old town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room is small but it is a budget hotel after all. Had to ask for missing towels when we arrived.
Shower room is directly in the room and the door is glass, have this in mind if you are traveling with other people. Sink in the room.

For the price paid probably not great however price was reflective of demand for rooms in area at time. Room isnt comfortable but at least spacious and clean. Hotel is ideally located for bars, restaurants, public transport and sightseeing. Friendly staff and if quality of accommodation is not a high priority it is an ideal place to stay

Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it.

The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean.
5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there).

The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them.

Great budget hotel

Brilliantly located budget hotel a few minutes walk from the bus station. Basic,contemporary accomodation. A clean bed with a shower in a comfortable room. No kettle but not to be expected at the price. Friendly,helpful staff. The main reason to stay is access to the nearby tram which with a Bakia travel card gives easy transport to all the tourist attractions. There is a supermarket across the street.

Nice staff. Room was comfortable, but not well isolated. Every time someone close shut the door of their room, it would be unbelievably loud for us, to rhe point our walls shook and we woke up. Also the guy in the next room was doing loud noises and yelling occasionally and it can be heard unfortunately

The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the \"Autonomia\" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. Great hotel for short stay.

Staff were super helpful and the room whilst small was perfect for a short break (3 nights). Hotel was kept up together well and looked fairly new. The important part is the location here. 5 minutes walk to the main bus station terminal and a tram stop. Walk to Guggenheim is about 20 mins

The rooms are quite small but they are clean and they have everything you need for a short stay in Bilbao. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a very good location, close to Internodal and city center, the rooms are smart, modern, functional and minimalist, the toilet and the showerspace are separated ( a la francaise), the breakfast is fresh, healthy and enough. Unfortunately I only checked in at 0930 on the day I was leaving so did not sleep there but nonetheless the staff were welcoming and I was allowed to use the room until 1300.

This gave me time to visit the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum before catching a bus to Madrid from the nearby bus station. Breakfast looked good but I did not have time and otherwise the room was fine.

Most expansive 12 square meters with smallest sink I ever had. I could not even imagine that can be so small (room and sink). I changed 3 times the room till I get one with king/queen bed. The others were made by 2 single bad. Imagine how is to pay 340€ for 2 night after I had anothet week there (no other hotel available due to \"tour de France\". For sure I will not comeback at this hotel to sleep. To salute some reception stuff YES, but to spend my money in 12square meter without washing the face at sink (just making shower is possible, otherwise you heat the had to mirror due to no distance between sink and wall). I am wandering why is called \"BUDGET\"?😲

It was in a bit of a run down area, we struggled to find places to get a proper meal, we stayed in Bilbao for the Tour de France and thought we would make a long weekend of it. However there isn’t a great deal to do in Bilbao itself so we got an earlier flight home.

I understand that this is a budget hotel but there could be improvements on several aspects such as the thin mattress which slides sideways all the time and the towels which were worn out. The room is also not soundproof so there is noise coming from the adjacent rooms. Finally, the cleaning staff should be less invasive with guests' personal belongings and privacy. I came back to my room one day to find my pyjamas on the dirty luggage and several of my belongings were also moved around in the room.

El lugar está pensado para gente mas joven y el ambiente lo demuestra. Aunque no desayunamos vimos por la mañanala el espacio para ello y es reducido, un buffet pequeñito en espacio y cantidad de productos pero suficiente para algo rápido. La habitación es muy reducida. Es moderna, limpia, dispone de jabón en la pared, pero el espacio para moverse es el mínimo por lo que no anima a quedarse (lo que puede ser bueno para conocer la ciudad). El servicio de recepción es cordial y intentan ayudar. El ambiente era tranquilo y caminando 30 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. Lo de aparcar es como siempre, complicado así que o bien pagas en el hotel o te buscan una zona por los alrededores pero free parking es casi imposible (nosotros tuvimos suerte por que era festivo y no había limitaciones en la OTA)
