Great location with easy walk from train station and to main town area. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered delicious hot and cold options. The heated indoor pool and saunas were a fabulous way to end a big day of hiking. Great sized room with very comfy beds, kitchen area plus our own sundeck area with views of the Matterhorn - can’t ask for more than that ! If we came back to Zermatt would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was in a perfect location for train station, town, restaurants and transportation to the Gornergrat railway. The view of the Matterhorn was amazing from balcony. The people at the desk were friendly and the breakfast was very good. We do wish we would have brought swimsuits with us as they had a great heated pool.

We stay here for 6 nights. We loved it! The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette and a small dining table for us to cook and eat. The pool and sauna were amazing. It was nice to relax in the pool after a long day of walking and hiking. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about this gem. It was a very nice surprise to find a mint condition and good size salt water pool, spa and sauna. The property is very clean, good breakfast, and all the staff was very helpful, especially with the recent flood and damages that cut off all access to Zermatt. Exceeded my expectations in many aspects. Location is very convenient: 3 minutes walk from the train station and there is a Denner grocery right in front of the hotel. Breakfast selection and qualify are very good. Full spa: what a great way to relax in the massage pool after a whole day of skiing. Bed and shower are nice. In room mini kitchen and refrig is another plus. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to multiple friends planning to visit Zermatt.

The rooms were large like suites, ours even had two bathrooms. The best part was the underground pool and sauna facilities, including jets and bubbles and an underwater lounge chair for multiple people. Good location in town, breakfast was good but could have used a little variety on some days.

My wife and I stayed in Arca Hotel for 8 nights in January. The hotel is very clean, quiet and conveniently located; 5 min walk from the train station and ski lift. The grocery store is just two minutes walk away.

The only thing we didn’t use was the swimming pool. They keep it very warm at 34C, which is too hot for us.

Firstly, Zermatt is amazing place! Secondly, hotel & solebad arca is very hospitable! This hotel is very close to city centre and to the groceries shop, their facilities such as swimming pool and saunas are in good conditions, very clean and let you relax. Their staff is very nice, they are always ready to help and explain how to find the best route to any sightseeing. I also want to mention that size of the room is very big plus in addition you have a kitchen. However, one of the most impressive thing for me was breakfast, there is a good variety of food, they even have asian corner with food and they have more than 10 types of cheese for breakfast!!!

The hotel was about 5 minutes from the train station, that was convenient. I wasn’t crazy about being across the street from a campground, but it really didn’t affect us. There was construction going on beside the hotel. We were upgraded to a room on the other side, after the first night. But, the first day we were awoken by all of the construction noise, and it ruined the view. The pool and spa was amazing. Very beautiful and relaxing.

Close to Zermatt station, few minutes walk. Lovely indoor swimming pool. Family room was nice and connected balcony if you are getting more then one room. Very helpful staff and was able to drop us to station with luggage as little steep hill going up to station. Disappointing Breakfast,could have been better, not enough variety and looked like been catered for Far East market. Only one person was serving breakfast and athough she was great was not able to meet to every ones needs.

A very good hotel about 250m from the station. The hotel picks-up and drops-off visitors from the station on a golf cart. If you had luggage you could easily walk there. The room we had, had a small balcony with a view of the alps. It was very clean and large. All basic amenities including a small kitchenette. There is a swimming pool and spa in the basement. The breakfast was a good typical Swiss hotel breakfast with plenty of choice and an amazing choice of over 12 Swiss cheeses. It is a a very easy walk up the main road to all of the restaurants and shops in Zermatt. We would definitely stay there again.
