Room was not clean, there was a large glob of toothpaste in the sink handle. Needs serious updating. That being said, beds were comfortable.

Price reflects on quality and cleanliness of room.
The sheets were stained and it was definitely blood stains after being washed. The room smelled bad. All bedding was stained, shower curtain . Even the towels.

And when I went to exchange
the sheets, front desk seemed annoyed that she had to go and search for sheets. She gave me a set of sheets that ended up not being the right size and when I came back she still seemed annoyed and said that she had no idea what size the sheets were and it’s a housekeeping deal . She told me to check for myself if it’s the right size.
When literally if you just check the tag on the sheet, it says what size they are.

We only stayed despite these problems because it was already paid for and proximity to our events.

Will never come to this establishment. There was a snow storm and couldn’t make it. They didn’t refund me nor even tried to change the reservation date and all the hotel did was blame Expedia for the inconvenience

I had room 114. The paint on the bathroom walls was scraped and peeling. The a/c was broken and there was no way to shut off. I had to unplug it. The TV was unplugged because the remote was broken and that was the only way to shut it off. The plug in the bathroom sink was broken Disappointing for a Quality Inn. The lobby was neat and attractive it was this room. The motel was not full so why would they use this room.

More outdated than the pictures suggested. The hallway smelled of cigarettes even though smoke free rooms. Our room smelled like mold and it was trying to be covered with some spray. Ended up turning the air off and opening the window to breathe. Sprayed pooperi to try and elimate the odors the bedding had holes and there were stains on everything. Hair innthe bathroom still. Would not stay here again.

The property is run down and outdated. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed that this facility is under there brand. First room we checked in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the comforters, hair on the bed, towels on the floor behind the bed and stains on the chairs in the room.

There’s signs in the lobby (by the breakfast area) that say no food in rooms; the bathroom was cleanish, but easy things were dirty like the shower curtain and the caulking. Weirdly they had the little tray on the sink (for soap and toiletries) that was completely empty so, i wasn’t sure why it was there. there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but any soap? No. They had a dispenser over the toilet that said ‘shower lotion’. I was curious if that was shower gel so i used some to wash my hands and I’m confident it was lotion. The TV in the lobby was off (broken). The guys there are nice but it’s definitely a 2 star hotel.

I like that it was a good price, I like the staff and the customer service, good location.
But the room was dirty, sticky doors , hair on the bed, burn marks from cigarettes on the blanket.

It was not quite average, not terrible. Just could use a facelift. Garbage all over the parking lot in the evening from other guests, not necessarily the hotels fault. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was okay, I wouldn’t stay there again I don’t think, but it isn’t because it’s bad - just not great. It’s affordable, easy to get to different places like the outlet mall, highway, etc… the breakfast place next door is amazing! We went there for breakfast every day.

Quality missing

Wine the room was relatively quiet and the bed comfortable, the rest left quite a bit to be desired. We just needed a simple place to sleep close to family for a holiday visit, nothing fancy. However, when we arrived in the evening, the lobby smelled like smoke a bit which was concerning. Fortunately the room did not! The sheets on the bed were seemingly clean but stained in several places and had some small holes in them. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet so it was tricky to maneuver in and out and we’re both slender. There was hair in the bath mat and a minimal supply of toilet paper that nearly ran out that night. We asked for the sheets to be changed and toilet paper refilled the next morning, and the person working the desk nodded and said ok and nothing was done. We had to all again at night foot out to be taken care of the next morning. There was no do not disturb sign and we were interrupted one morning by housekeeping. The armchair in the room had multiple scratch marks in the upholstery from a cat obviously. Or key had to be reprogrammed twice bc bc they didn’t enter our length of stay (6 nights) at check in. Overall we had the feeling that no one stays there, for good reason.

The property is good for a work trip where I only need to sleep and take a shower mainly at the hotel. Mainly the hotel is average and it is good for a work travel etc I’m satisfied with my stay and I will stay there again if I need to go back.

The front desk staff is a very friendly and nice lady but other than that the condition of the hotel is bad. There is smell of weed in the corridor, the room looks shabby and dirty. Furnitures are old and dirty. The fixtures in the bathroom particularly the water faucet is broken. We didnt try the breakfast so cannot comment on that.
Overall the hotel needs maintenance and also rehaul.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel and its employees. I would not want to be anywhere else while I am waiting for my apartment. Every single staff member is a kind hearted angel. They go above and beyond to take care of guests. The rooms are five star quality, the beds are amazing and the energy from the staff makes this my second home. Love them all thank you so much guys!

The tv would not turn on at all, connecting and reconnecting didn’t work! Checked connection and there was dirty socks and underwear so room was cleaned from previous occupants! AC vents were filled with black mold and caked on dust! Told front desk, was given keys for access hall and walked in on people already occupying room, profusely apologized and front desk gave me keys for room next door from previous dirty room and this was more filthy!! I was exhausted, moving from room to room and 2 kids, got tired of complaining to front desk so in the morning talked to new front desk staff and guy said “oh sorry “ will never stay there again!

Latch on the room door was broken, had to push something against the door to make sure no one walks in
Place always smelled of smoke
AC was extremely dirty
Bathroom was always stinking
Most of the time there was no one at the desk and no way to call them, very difficult when need to do something important like check out
Room curtain was always flying out because the AC was right underneath it so light was always entering the room and didn’t feel safe as that reduced privacy
Would not recommend to anyone

It was nice for a solo stay, buy the television didn't have a lot of channels and no cable. The jacuzzi stopper didn't work well and there was a small order like the carpet was wet 😞. The staff was nice and the price was great for a room with a Jacuzzi and shower

Was a quick stay- late night check in - early morning check out. The updates done are a slumlord special. New pant was done over things on the wall, shelves very obviously not level, bathroom door was never adjusted to new flooring and couldn't be closed. There was used soap left in the tub with a dirty wash cloth. The room did what we needed (bed to sleep) but we also treated everything we had with us for bugs because we felt it was likely

When I checked the man behind the counter asked how many women were staying in the room. If I had not booked a non refundable stay I would have left. The bed was clean but the coffee machine in the room was moldy and still had coffee from the last person. There was also mold in the bathroom. The room’s smoke detector was missing which is another problem. Breakfast was not a continental breakfast as is listed on the website.i have stayed in many hotels and even worked in hotels and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. This place should be shut down!

The room had a stale smell to it. The air conditioner unit was filthy and blew out warm air. A couple of towels had black spots on them. I was in town for my son's graduation so we had a few late night events. I asked the morning manager for a late checkout as we had returned rather late. He rudly said \"no, we can't do that\" and hung up the phone. The stay was not at all a good one, but seeing my son graduate made my weekend.
