I had a reservation for 4 people, 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. We didn’t even have extra pillows or blankets in the room. We had to go down and request them. Then the blankets that were brought up looked and felt terrible. The TV had no service so we couldn’t watch anything. The pool wasn’t full.

We were staying the night before a flight, and found a good rate. The property is under going renovations. These didn't interfere with our stay. Everything was as expected from Hilton. Property has a restaurant, helpful as we didn't see many options nearby. We would stay again, especially once renovations are complete.

Heating problems in the given rooms; Took three rooms to get the proper heating in a room for me; Hotel was very nice to change my rooms. Their was just problems with the heating units. Would still stay at this hotel again will do so on my trip in August 2026. Management was very concerned about the heating issues.

We have stayed at this hotel many times because of its location to family, shopping, and restaurants. When we checked in almost everything was okay—relaxed and watched a little tv. There was a stain on the comforter which we told the front desk about and asked to have it changed. When we returned after dinner, the bed had been changed, but the tv was unplugged and the thermostat had been turned up to 75. Was this some petty revenge for our complaint?!?!? We will come back to the Lisle/Naperville area, but we will NOT stay at this hotel again!!

The room had no refrigerator or microwave. The water pressure for the shower head was awful. The hallways had a “smell” to them. They’re currently remodeling - we were on an old floor. Hope the remodel is better because we won’t stay here again.

Staff didn’t have food recommendations. One shared microwave for the hotel and it was dirty. Smell of marijuana in the wing we were roomed in. Had to ask for my Silver members cookies and water. Bag of garbage right outside our room as we came up to our room. Sorta clean.

Hotel is being renovated. Hallways are incredulous loud and echoey so it makes for noisy rooms. Hard to sleep because of it and also lamp next to bed was not working and phone was dead, and confirmed by the front desk.

When I checked in, I found my sink in the bathroom full of sewage. The desk did put me in another room, that had food on the floor near the Ac Unit, and underneath both beds, there was a large amount of random food droppings. It was disgusting, and not healthy for unsuspecting guests. I expect a full refund.

Clean room, but no exhaust in the bathroom, so it got very steamy.
It was a nice, quiet stay. Please provide led lighting options in the room. It was very dull and depressing.
The refrigerator delivered to my room did not keep my items very cool.
I was told there would be bagels at breakfast, but they were not there. I rely on them when I'm headed for a competition, which I was.

Everything was impeccable BUT…. We were slapped with a 28.00 daily parking charge. I was like huh?
Their parking lot is outdoors and isn’t anything special. There’s nos exuding guards to justify - so to me that’s a total ripoff. I’ve been at 5 star hotels in Beverly Hills and their charges per day were 15.00.

We have to shift 3 times in different rooms due to heat problem. We un packed in first room and left immediately to attend party. Came back heater didn't work. We have to carry luggage to next room same thing no heat. Shifted to third room. Next morning bathroom clogged. Complained them they were giving us 1 night free. But because we booked through you 3rd party. We have to go through you. Sent you details and rates our stay. So far no response from your side.

The room was very bland and dated. The bed was very soft, needed a little firmness. The breakfast offered was very mediocre, very cold and stale. Not worth the extra money. However, the waiters were very good. The worst part of the trip was the shower, it had low water pressure. It took much longer to shower. On a positive note, the bathing supplies provided were very good (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and body cream). The service and staff were very kind and courteous. However, overall it wasn’t what I was expecting for the price.

Room was clean, staff answered question but wasn’t very friendly. Bathroom did not have fan so every time shower was used steam was everywhere. 5 minute shower had walls, ceiling and counter wet. Pool was nice, some of the floor around poo needs replaced. Hot tub was very hot, stairs were a little taller than normal slow careful walking in. We didn’t use the restaurant so unsure how it tasted but menus looked like they had lots of options.
We stayed the weekend for a college open house that was near. It was close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Overall good experience.

My experience with this location was one of the worst I've ever had. There is construction being done and it would have been good to note that before booking. The hotel is beyond dated there were kids running the hall late in the night nearly 2am. The toilet seat was old and stained. There were spiderwebs above my bed and to top it off we woke up at 7:30 am to constant hammering.
We ended up leaving at 9pm after one night stay bc so many kids were running around unsupervised.

Not at all what I expect from a double tree Hilton. Smelly room, room phone is broken, they don't have bathroom/spa slippers, There's no Mini bar in the room ( even the most substandard hotels offer a mini bar in the room) they don't even have water in the room (you gotta buy it). I told the management about the phone not working and they did not accommodate me at all and instead only said\"is probably broken like most of our phones\"

This is a older hotel but it is well kept and maintained. It has an old but regal and tasteful appearance and overall affect so if modern and flashy is your thing, this isn't for you. But if you like classy, quiet, and tastefully appointed hotels, you'll love this hotel! It has an on site restaurant and the other amentities are very good. One thing to note (it wasnt that big of a problem for me but I can see how it might be to some) is that the rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators. There is a microwave in the store area for customer use but refrigeration is a no go here so dont plan on bringing any food to the room that you aren't either going to eat or toss.

The breakfast was fantastic! The bar was nice and the bartender was personable and accomodating. The hotel is clean, but could use updating. In my opinion the 6th floor “private key” access was not worth the upcharge. We were expecting access to snacks or bottled water rather than just a floor where others could access unless their key card allowed for it; however we were advised that they haven’t had food / water there available since before Covid. It was evening when we checked in and the lights were off. It was just a dark lit room with seating, but not inviting because it appeared closed. Lastly, because we did have the Private key access we we entitled to free bottled water (one, per person, for each night of our stay) at the front desk and the clerk, without checking first, said we could only have it at check-in. The other clerk remembered us and informed her that we were 6th floor guests and entitled to it. I do appreciate that she remembered us without checking the system. It gave it a more personal touch.

Our room was clean, but everything is way outdated. You need new mattress and small appliances in the rooms. All our refrigerated items had to be kept on ice, which isn't a big deal, but a refrigerator would've made it easier. The staff we encountered were extremely kind and very resourceful and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had to request a mini fridge. I found this to be Extremely odd, I would think this is a given in every hotel. Air condition was inconsistent throughout the evening making the room unpleasant throughout the night with a hot temperature. Loud neighbors as well. Staff was ok.
