Needs work, rundown, doorhandle falling off in room, mirror frames damaged in room, needs a facelift. Enjoyed cocktail hour, front desk associates could be nicer. Pool rundown and packed, non-friendly faces. Not good channels and limited because they don’t have streaming to sign into. Breakfast was great. Overall, I would stay again at an embassy suites l-but not this one.

I usually enjoy staying at Embassy Suites and was looking forward to the Lombard/Oak Brook location due to its hot tub and convenient location near dining and entertainment.

Check-in was disappointing. Despite mobile check-in, I still had to go to the front desk, where staff were efficient but not friendly. The parking pass system is inconvenient, requiring you to go back to place it in your car.

The rooms are spacious with a nice layout, and the beds are comfortable. However, maintenance was lacking—our shower didn’t drain properly, the curtain was torn, and the TVs are outdated. Pillows were also unsupportive.

The evening reception bartender was excellent and handled a busy crowd well, though he clearly needed help. The snack selection was minimal and not well maintained. Compared to the Embassy Suites in Naperville, this location fell short.

The pool area was the biggest issue—it was dirty, cloudy, and in need of serious upkeep, with visible grime and missing tiles.

Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and long omelette lines. Again, Naperville’s location does this much better.

The Hilton app features weren’t very helpful, as the chat went unanswered. I also noticed I was double-charged for parking, and the front desk response when I called was curt and borderline rude.

Overall, this stay didn’t feel worth the $150 per night. While I like Embassy Suites as a brand, this location fell well below expectations and I wouldn’t return.

My stay was not good the pool water looked so dirty the ladder in the pool was loose my shower head was loose and the knob that you turn the bathtub water on with was broken. It turned all the way around. The breakfast was good I wouldn’t stay there again having been there in years and I see why 10yrs ago was so much better

We had a smooth check in process!

The staff were very friendly and checked in on. Us throughout the stay. The room was clean and housekeeping stopped in each day. The amenities were great and breakfast was decent. My favorite part of the entire stay was the complimentary drink in the evening from 5:30-7. The bartender who was alone treated us like family. Lots of food places around and the mall was across the street along with a target. Overall we had a great experience and will stay here again

Breakfast and happy hour are great, but the room condition was subpar. Our room was consistently too hot throughout our three day stay. I repeatedly contacted the front desk for assistance, but was givens different responses each time. One time I was told that the AC was being repaired the next morning and would be fixed. Another staff person told me that there was no way to correct. It never was fixed. Water pressure was also very very low.

There was vomit on the side of the hot tub present and left overnight. The pool had so much hair floating in it even when we were the first ones in on Sunday morning. There was no vent in the bathroom and the walls were wet, the shower took a very long time to drain and you had to stand in standing water. There were other occupants smoking weed in the elevators on multiple trips which triggered my daughter's asthma (maybe not the hotels fault but it was so bad on multiple trips up and down). The breakfast was the best part.

The hotel is close to great restaurants, the mall, and many other places. I love staying here, and if I visit Illinois again, I would definitely stay here. I recommend it 100%. 😊

I traveled for a work conference and i will state that this facility is amazing!
My ONLY two reservations/concerns are that they do not offer bacon during the morning hot breakfast and they charge $12.50 per night for outdoor parking! Other than that, everything was exceptional!

Nice hotel with great rooms and terrific lobby. We were meeting my kids there for my grandson's first birthday. The lobby was a nice place for us to hang-out and catch-up. the rooms were nice but they area little \"tired\". The queen bed my wife and I shared sagged in the middle so we kept rolling into one another. The furniture int he living sitting area of the suite had a little odor to it and the tub fixture was loose. I liked the lighting in the bathroom. The mirror even had a built-in night light which was nice.

My bathroom rate of marijuana it clearly was coming from the room next to ours. The staff first suggested I was lying. After a few discussions the final gave us a new room. When returning to the hotel that evening at 10:05 I sat in the atrium, waiting for my husband to talk to my husband about a parking issue. They were more concerned about me being in the atrium than they were with helping us with our parking issue. I can’t say this is entirely the staff’s fault it seems like their hands were tied with antiquated hotel policies.

I booked the room for the pool for my baby boy… he never got a chance to get in the pool because there were kids jumping in splashing and rough playing in the pool… so the next morning we were first in the pool but still couldn’t get in because the pool was filthy dirt and hair all in the poool… there was no late check outs and the pool remained closed so we. This is my usual go to place to stay but this stay was not good. The bottle of body wash provided was empty after the 1st day asked for it to be refilled and it was refilled my whole stay. Housekeeping left their spray bottles in the room. The gym equipment 1/3 treadmills worked, doesn’t look maintained.

This hotel is a disaster. Several children and teens were causing disturbances in the lobby/atrium until 1am. Doors slamming, yelling, riding office chairs down the ramps, etc. Hotel staff were not able to remedy the problem. This affected our sleep. The room also was outdated and dirty. No working charging ports in the bedroom, the bathroom door lock was broke, and the room in general was dirty. I will not return.
