Well, dont know where to start.. There rooms need upgrading.. Its only a few 25% selective rooms thats not damage. The rest of the rooms are damage and very filthy. The housekeeping that they have are not changing the bedding nor cleaning every changing. There is mold and chip paint in the other 75% of the other rooms.

The room had ROACHES! Another traveler was complaining of the same in their room. I was very upset! And the heat wasn't working. Was given another room since it was so late anf cold. But the change in rooms did not good. Same problem with bugs and cold room. I've never had this trouble at this hotel before. And have been a long time visitor for the last 2O years! This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! And the guests that are there are creepy! Go elsewhere!!!!

Have to be careful of what room you pick. Some come with roaches. The double bed rooms seem nicer than the single beds. The neighbors are LOOOOOUD and inconsiderate, so if you need sleep, you might not get it. Cig smokers everywhere! And people mess with your parked car. Possibly because you took \"their spot.\" Very affordable, but overall trashy environment. It felt unsafe. I was just trying to save some money, but now I'm okay. If it weren't for me experiencing the cleaner rooms than from the first time I went, I would have gave 1 or 2, but I guess after I was paying 1 or 2 weeks up I got treated better. Soft 3 star.

I couldn't use the bathtub medicine they never fixed the nozzle..I come back from work and I have no bedding or towels. I had to go get them and put the bedding on myself. Then I paid for a room and they said they would move me. I told them I had to leave me stuff while at work. They moved my stuff and I didn't get it back into 2 days later. And then I didn't get my toothbrush and toothpaste or high end Gillette razor back. They took my toothbrush and razor and never returned it.

When I arrived they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my confirmation email and they still found no record. Hotels.com cleared things up - apparently they had an incorrect last name for my reservation. I had shown them my confirmation with my correct name and they still said they couldn't find the reservation number. By the time Hotels.com cleared things up, they were sold out and had no rooms available for me. I was relocated by Hotels.com, but the next day I received a call from Motel 6 asking me when I was going to check out as there were still many pieces of luggage in my room. I never checked in, yet they had my name and number the next day to call me about checking out?

Most unsafe motel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not bring ur children here. It reeked of an odor that smelled like pee. There was I’m pretty sure blood stains on the wall and my bed had stains all in it and crumbs from the last person who stayed here. They do not offer you room service unless you call them and when I called them, they only gave me two towels and said they could only give me two towels when I literally had four people staying with me. The good news is that it was cheap. The bad news is that the bathroom was horribly water damaged, the door (exterior, it’s a motel) had a gap all the way around it held shut by a dead bolt that had obviously been reinstalled at least 12 times in different spots, the staff was behind bullet-proof glass and nearly unresponsive, *and* it flooded in the rain… even the 2nd floor somehow. Cannot recommend, even for $65 lol.

Beware, cheap stay. Didn’t stay longer than 25 mins after seeing roaches in the shower, under the bed, and in the fridge. Random eyelashes on the nightstand. Only plus was that the owners must be aware cause I showed them pictures and they issued a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

The place is old And duty..it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and all what i could sense was cigar smoke and mold, The other tenants were loud night and day…always smoking weed sitting on the stairs blocking the way.
I didn’t book this hotel myself, thanks to EXPEDIA that let me book a hotel a month in advance just to tell me the same day We got there that my room had been canceled!!
In order to make up for their mistake they put us on this dusty, dirty, and unsafe hotel!!

I have traveled extensively for 30 years and this was by far the worst experience. I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and was told my guaranteed reservation had been cancelled. The Front Desk told me they cancel all reservations by 6pm, no matter if there is a credit card attached to guarantee. Nowhere do they state this “policy” until you arrive - they have a sign in the lobby. They had rooms available but she refused to check me in as I had booked a different room type. I drove 10 hours and had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to find a resolution. I ended up finding a room somewhere else, as the hotel was not trying to fix the situation. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel.
