The room was roach infested. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom door handle was broken. That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available. You have to call him from a special phone only in the lobby

I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when they check-out.

The Sheets Were Off!

the laundry setup was there and costs $4.50 per wash and $4.50 per dry. I didn't use the laundry facility. Regarding staff friendliness, on a scale of 1 to 10. I would rate them a 31/2 to 4. I was handed a single face towel after checking in. The clerk told me they were out of towels and in case my room didn't have any. Four my seven day stay. I ask but did not receive any fresh sheets or towels.

The room was nice and clean however the TV did not work or connect and even after calling the office it was never fixed. There was a very loud party outside until well after 4am the night we stayed with yelling and loud music so it was difficult to sleep with nothing to even drown out the noise.

They allowed a gender reveal party to be held in the parking lot that went on until nearly 2:30am with music loud enough to be heard throughout the entire hotel. There was blood on the wall and floor of the elevator. Sink in the room leaked. TV did not work. Recommend you about at all costs

Floors were not mopped, no actual hand towels (we were given wash clothes for hand towels. No ironing board or iron.
No breakfast of anykind.
Staff at check in leaves at ten and arrive the next morning at ten.
We would not recommend this place if you prefer cleanliness. The only plus was the staff was very friendly....

Ladies at the front desk were very nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. It’s very dirty and smelled heavily of some sort of chemical, thought not sure what. Did not feel comfortable staying there, nor could I breathe well from the smell.

I booked online . Was not able to get my room
until 11pm. i arrived at 1030 pm. The attendant stated she had 30 minutes to come check me in because it was consider after hours. No where on expedia that it stated that after hour check in had to wait. Attendant was rude. parking lot was full of ice . No salt was on the ground.

I’ll sleep in my car next time.

I arrived and there was no front desk, I finally called the hotel number and someone came down to check me in and they were very unfriendly like I was interrupting something else. They were doing more important.. The room was filthy. The fridge was nasty. I had to get wipes and wipe everything down and if you look at the pictures, you will see one of the wipes I use just to wipe the table. The last straw was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night around 2 AM for almost an hour. As a travel nurse I have frequented many ESA’s this by far has been the worst.

Room was dirty. It smelled, the window was broken, the tv didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. The tub and sink weren’t clean. I refused to stay in the room. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, he said that he could offer me a refund or a broom. Needless to say, I took the refund. Wouldn’t ever recommend staying here to anyone.

I guess I shouldn’t complain because I paid $73.00 on short notice for the room, but the floors had not been cleaned/swept there was visible dirt on the entire floor and neither had the toilet or sink been cleaned. There was red stuff smeared in the sink and stuff left on the toilet. I went to the neighboring gas station to use the restroom. I’m only sleeping here for a night so I’m settling but I don’t know if I’d return until the “housekeeping needed” sign disappears. Also had a random woman knock on my door asking for someone around 8:30 PM which was unsettling because she seemed out of it.

The lobby smelled like poop. The front desk agent was wearing a wrinkly outfit that looked like a little girls Brownie outfit. Poor guy. Most of the rooms were occupied with homeless people living out of the rooms. Lots of crazy stuff in the parking lot that was illegal... I would never take a child there.

The front desk closing at 8 is not very convenient. Card coder was broken so someone had to let me in my room. No shampoo but a note saying you could call the front desk and the front desk is closed. I called and bo one answered. The room was ok but reminded me more of a hospital room than a hotel room.

The room appeared to be clean. However, there were no towels in the room . No blanket or Bed spread on the bed. They only had a fitted sheet , a flat sheet and the pillow cases. The fitted sheet had a big blue stain on the left side.
We were on Rm 126, my friend in Rm 230, also had no blanket and No bedspread, but she had 1- towel. My husband went to the front desk and got 2- bath towels and 3- wash clothes .
Since it has been extremely hot and humid we did not have a need for a blanket . However, about an hour after checking out I received a phone call from the hotel asking me for the Blanket and Bedspread. My husband and I explained that we never got them but he said that his housekeeper has been there for 2 years and never had an issue. My husband told him that when he asked the front desk for towels the manager on shift (Wednesday, August-2-2023 in the afternoon), the lady apologized and told him that the housekeeper is a new person. I feel insulted and very upset. This was our First and VERY LAST time that we stay with Extended Stay !!

I do recognize that the industry as a whole has staffing issues, but the hotel didn't seem to be staffed at all from 10pm on. I checked into my room late in the afternoon and immediately left. I didn't realize that there were no towels or blankets (there was one sheet on the bed), until I returned. I couldn't find anyone to assist me, including when I turned in my key at the desk at 8:30am the next morning.

There was a lot of animals here. Accidentally gave us a room that had someone in it already. There was dogs barking all night and morning. But there wasn’t any soap in our room. Also there was poop in the lobby on the floor. The staff was helpful though when there was the mix up. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Extended on disrespecting guest!

First of all I complained to the front desk about noise on the second floor and was told they would call to let the guest know they're disruptive to other guest. There were sounds of running back and forth, stomping, banging and continuous bumping from 5pm to 3 am tried to call the office and walk upfront and it was closed. A total lack of respect for others, I was so disgusted at checkout I just took the cards upfront and left. I will NEVER stay here again!

The cost is ideal for a family on a budget but the property butts up to the freeway so it is very loud, there is no carpet so you can hear everyone in the hallway. The front desk had limited hours so I had to call to check out, my room didn't look like it had been cleaned, there were stains on the counter and used soap in the bathtub.

We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly and the check in was very fast. The room is very clean, the only complaint is that the room smelled horrible. It smelled like someone smoked in the room before us (it was a non-smoking room). We could barley sleep because of the smell. But if it wasn’t for the smell, it would have been 5 stars.

The stay and desk staff were great. Housekeeping was lousy. We stayed 3 nights and not once did housekeeping enter our room. Each night we had to go down to the front desk and get our own towels and coffee supplies. We told the front desk and they put us at the top of the list to get taken care of but it never happened.

Bathroom sink drains VERY slowly. Some guests are pretty loud. One night a neighboring room was playing music so loud it was vibrating my chair. Another day it sounded like one of the neighbors was tearing down a wall or something. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel hallways look and feel like a college dorm. Since each room has a stove and microwave, nauseating smells abound.

The African American male who works at the front desk is rude, curt and talks unnecessarily loudly. He will also talk over you if you don't provide him with information he wants from you. He's about as nasty as they come.

The area around the hotel is not the safest and the hotel is located directly next to a major freeway.

The rooms themselves are decent and have everything you need - it's just that the area around the hotel and the front desk staff tip the scales into the negative. Stay away from this one.

Well got into our room the door wouldnt open correctly had to lift up on the door. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it but they were waiting for doors to come in.

Had to take our own trash out if i wanted to do that and make my bed i would of got a house to stay at. To wash clothes had to pay to wash clothes, butnhave stayed in similar places and didnt have to pay for laundry.

Elevator was a little spooky riding in it.

But staff was good not great but good. I would probably not stay at this particular establishment. I may try a different one but if the other establishments come up I would choose them first.

It reeked of cigarette smoke and animals. We immediately purchased all sorts of odorizer which made it bearable.

This place has no coffee pots in the room nor in the lobby. Basically you have to bring your own coffee pot or leave to purchase coffee. There is no seating in the lobby.

Will never stay in a wood spring suites again, internet was the biggest disappointment. Paid extra for the week and it was zero upgrade. Who pays for an upgraded internet?? The bathroom sink wasn’t mounted. Unclean smell in the halls everyday. Probably because they only clean once a week. It’s not Covid anymore stop trying to save a buck. It was nice having a stove top but at least make sure it works correctly. Stayed on high and just cooks food to fast where it burns. Towels are a pain you have to go down to the office to get them.

The room itself is fine and the beds comfortable. There were no directions for check out, and working to figure that out was extremely inconvenient and annoying. There is no one there staff-wise in the morning. Also - if you are staying for the ability to cook/prepare meals, there are zero dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.

Staff was super friendly. That's the ONLY good thing. The walls were thin and you can hear EVERYTHING inside the building as well as outside. It seems like there wasn't any insulation used in the building of this hotel. Front desk had limited hours. No coffee maker or iron in the room. The remote to the television did not work because they are two different brands. There are plenty of posted notices of no smoking but the place reeked of smoke the moment you enter the door. If you want to get some sleep, find another hotel.
