The pool had a lot of maintenance going on. We could still use it but there was a jackhammer being used while we were in there.

The staff was amazing the room was clean. Rooms have frig but no microwave. Did use the one in the lobby but was very dirty.

I stayed for two nights. No issues, even though there were at lot of people at the hotel that weekend, it was nice and quiet. I was able to relax as planned. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of everything so I won’t take long to get to where you need to go.

The bathroom tub was dirty. They wouldn’t clean it until the next afternoon. Even after cleaning it - it was very worn and battered. The entire hotel is terribly ran down. The slide was “under construction”. Will never stay there again!

The guy at the front desk was rude when I asked about early check in, once checked in he said “I hope your room is clean”. The room smelled stale and of smoke we were told there was nothing that could be done about it, the bathroom door is also the closet door and didn’t roll on the track easily, the TV wasn’t connected, there were holes in the curtains so the sun shined in in the morning. There wasn’t breakfast in the morning, there is a Starbucks in the lobby we stood there for about 5 mins and no one ever showed up to help, the guy at the front desk saw us standing there but didn’t offer to help. The hot tub didn’t function properly, it wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t turn on. I will never stay at a Sonesta again! This hotel also wouldn’t accommodate our large group and block rooms for us which the whole team ALWAYS shows up!

The front desk told us to drive to the other side and use our key to get it, door wasn’t locked. Couldn’t get in our room door. They reset the keys, and the concierge had to handle the door to get it open. Room was fine. Bed was comfy. Didn’t like how outside doors B and C were open. No swipe required. We were told if we were using the pool we need a wrist band because outside people try to use it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel was generally clean, it needed some freshening up. With that being said, it was a perfect \"close to the airport\" and the city hotel. The free airport shuttle was so helpful! I had to leave for the airport at 4am and the driver was in the lobby waiting for me when I came down. I only stayed one night and left too early to get breakfast. However, the breakfast area looked wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I feel like the staff were bothered if you ask for something. There was 2 towels in a suite for 6. No coffee cups or hand soap. The room was ok but can tell was quickly cleaned with small pieces of trash left in places. Hotel needs work

There was no microwave in our room so that sucked & the African American man with gray hair and salt and peppa beard at the front desk act like he couldn’t open his mouth and greet us ( sorry didn't catch a name ) but For the most part other than those 2 things our stay was great. The hotel was nice and quiet and loved the toddler section in the pool.

The woman staff at the front desk was lovely at check in the first day, the male staff at the desk afterwards were not. Sadly I was shrugged off when asked a question about the printing station, and was not even looked at when trying to ask questions about other things with the hotel - when checking out the man at the front counter said “leave it there” regarding my room keys but did not look at or address me. However, a lovely midnight staff gentleman got me another blanket in the middle of the night which was very sweet.

Carpet was dirty throughout the entire hotel. Room smelt like a basement. There were a ton of stains on the carpet in the room. I've also tried contacting the hotel for 1 week straight not one person picked up the phone also their voicemail is full very unprofessional. Something important fell out of my bag and I have been 1 week without it. It has my name listed on it and no one from the hotel even reached out to inform me my belongings were there.

Our bathroom toilet paper holder wouldnt stay on the wall. Hair on the floor in bathroom. The floor between the beds was wet!! Hotel looked nothing like the clean pictures posted on the internet.

Everything was clean and pleasant however the room entry door lock was sticking and every time we came and went, it was a struggle to get the door open. The deadbolt was sticking and the only way to enter or exit was to push the door handle down with all your strength. Even then sometimes it would not give. I shudder to think if there was an emergency. Also, the restaurant was not open for Sunday breakfast. That was odd.

That entire property smelled like marijuana at all times and the rooms were like 70% clean. It got pretty sketchy at times in the parking lot. Wouldn’t recommend, for a bit extra there are nicer places to stay.

It was ‘ok’ but an overall disappointment. The slide is broken and they said they’re not sure if they’ll ever repair it. Another guest yelled at our kids at the pool and ruined the experience. I’ll never go back there. Don’t recommend it.

The staff was outstanding! Need a transfer to and from the airport, they are attentive, timely and oh so nice! Extra towels or blankets, they're response is immediate. Candidly, the staff and hotel rivaled 5 star resorts my husband and I have stayed at with regards to service and hospitality. A special thank you to Marsha who cheerfully drove us back to the airport at 4am. Restaurants within walking distance.

The photos of this hotel are untrue. The pool area does not have the slide. A worker very rudely said it has been shut down for 3 years. Our room smelled like pee. They moved us across the hall. My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again

The Internet worked okay. I had a suite that sleeps 6 people, there were only 2 face towels 2 big towels and 3 hand towels. I think the room should at least be stocked with 4 to 6 face and big towels. I also think they should have more pool towels. Other than that, the stay was good.

Very basic. Bar and restaurant didn’t open until 5 pm. Bummer!! Not stated on hotel information. Waterslide in pool was non-operational. We did not receive enough toilet paper nor towels. Outlets didn’t work. Doors swelled in the frames; you had to heave your whole weight against them to get them open. Staff seemed nice.

Items in the room were damaged and very worn. we paid extra for a pool side room. I didn't know the pool was used for kids parties. The screaming didn't stop. The pool doesn't close until 10 pm. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The food at the restaurant was terrible, the service was great. The final straw was the adjoining room fight and someone threatening to stab another person. We left and went to another hotel. There were no other rooms to move to. The hotel did not refund and the additional insurance I paid for wouldn't refund due to my \"high standards\"

The hotel shuttle runs to and from the airport regularly. They hotel front desk, coffee shop and shuttle drivers were so friendly.
Hotel permits guests to park their vehicles there avoiding the high cost of airport weekly parking. Reasonable rates. Nice adjoining rooms for pur large family. facility and ammenities were great

The room was really cold they need better windows. The pillows were cheap and worn down they need better pillows. The glass shower doors in the bathroom seems off track and would open while taking a shower. The staff was nice not as friendly but nice. The restaurant and bar was never open.

This hotel was awful! The rooms were dirty and nasty. Robert who works in the morning is one of the worst people ever! He is rude, nasty, and a miserable person! The amount you have to pay for the rooms here is NOT worth it! I have stayed at places cheaper than this and had clean rooms and staff who treat you with respect. Robert was so disrespectful to every single guest he dealt with. Oh and they charge you more than what hotels.com says is the amount you will pay.
