There was a fire at the hotel and we were not notified. We showed up to check in with ny two kids who were very excited to stay the night and swim in the pool, only to be let down. When i called the number for thr front desk they were not even slightly apologetic.

The hotel had been deemed unsafe due to a fire almost 3 weeks before we arrived. The hotel doors were locked, no one was there, and it was vacant. Very poor customer service to not notify us ahead of time. It cost us way more to find last-minute arrangements. Wyndham needs to do something to make this right.

The front desk staff was great! The cleaning staff possibly need proper cleaning practices training. The location is great and they are updating a lot in the hotel but the cleaning is not good at all. The bedding looked mostly clean except for a large greasy looking stain and it smelled burnt and a faint smell of urine. 223

At about 9pm when people should have been winding down we heard doors being slammed constantly like the other guests were trying to tear them off the hinges. The room floor was not carpeted but very dusty and hair strands were all over our slippers and socks. Toilet paper was low and we barely had any towels. Breakfast the next day was pitiful to be called continental.

I found a bedbug crawling on my shirt that I had placed on the bed before I showered. I shoes it to the hotel staff, and notified the manager so they could remediate the situation. They offered to reimburse my nights stay as well, I never received a reimbursement. I called a month later to discuss, was told it would be taken care of and never heard back. Did they take care of the bed bugs? They did not reimburse me.

Would not recommend. When I checked in the lobby was not in great condition and it seemed to only get worse as we went up to our room. The hallway had a bad odor and was not very clean, and the room was the same. It was very hot and the air conditioning had been shut off. The mattresses had plastic wrapping around them under the sheets. The rest stains on the sheets we immediately checked out due to the condition of the property and the dirtiness of the room. The hotel staff initially said they would refund the cost of the room if Expedia contacted them, however , when they were contacted, they refuse to make a refund.

Hotel was very hot , asked if air in room an had to turn on unit and took hours for room to cool, bathroom door would not close all way or lock, screens tore when drive around side blinds broken in windows, however was pretty clean.. very disappointed in Wyndham brand will not stay there again.. outside and hallways reeked of pot!

I won’t be coming here again.

Upon arrival they were friendly! But when I went to go get my daughter’s friend that was staying with her I was stopped because this lady started yelling that she was an unauthorized guest. Mind you I had a room with two beds. Told her that she is with me. Continue to harassing that she was authorized. I walked away. Then going into the room the bed were fine. But there was stains that appeared to be blood on the floor. It smelled like smoke in the room and the bathroom door was broken like someone smashed it. Cigarettes buds in the window seal. Breakfast was ok, but the muffins were hard as rocks. And no towels in the pool area. After requesting towels I was told there wasn’t any. Mind you there was many people swimming.

Never staying here again

We checked in and got to the room and it was dirty. The dresser was broken and the mirror was cracked. When I pulled the sheets back there were multiple stains and even blood stains on the sheets. The comforter was still wet and had a huge urine stain on it. When I told the staff they said there weren’t any other rooms available and gave me one flat sheet to put on the bed myself. They didn’t offer to have housekeeping change the comforter and sheets or anything.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to motels nicer than this. The second I sat down on the bed a spring flung into my rear. I woke up with such bad back pain. Not only did the bed ruin my nights sleep but you can hear people walking above you sounding like elephants. The halls smelled like weed and dirty feet. Because I had such a late check in I had no choice to stay one night even though I was booked for 4 night so I lost out money because of how unpleasant this place was and had to spend more money for another hotel for the rest of my stay. Never again!

Wrong room with no other room types offered without a charge, management was very difficult. Had been switched a few times for various reasons. Mildew smells throughout. No vending. There was 1, sometimes working elevator. The breakfast was par. The lobby is so hot. There is remodeling being done that there is no warning about.

I would not suggest this property to anyone. Unfortunately it was the only thing available when we booked.

Entire place smelled bad, a mix of weed and dirt. Floors and walls are paper thin. Can easily hear people in the next room and walking above you.

Plumbing is loud.

If you want rest this is not the place for you.

The surface was clean sort-of, but the walls had stains, the furniture had stains, there was some food stain inside the lampshade, the tub faucet was almost out, wallpaper was peeling in many spots. For $179, it was very shabby in terms of cleanliness and they need to just get rid of furniture with large stains on seat cushions or clean it.

Pictures are misleading. Rundown, needs updated. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Smoke free room reeked of cigarette smoke. Leftover open cans of soda in fridge. Door to room had about an inch gap from the door to the floor. In roof safe didn’t work. HORRIBLE beds, so uncomfortable & had extremely squeaky bed frames. Every toss/turn the beds creaked.

Hotel outaide..nice. however when you go inside another story. Room smelled of weed, found stink bugs on curtain, sticky spot on floor, tv stand is falling apart, no stopper in sink, screen is ripped for window, pictures and windows are dusty. The pillow cases have stains on them.

When talking with the front deak, was informed they have no other double beed rooms so they cant do anything for me.

Would rather sleep in my car my son doesnt even want to go to bed hes worried other bugs will appear when its dark.

Completely overpriced for the condition of the room; over $200/night after taxes and fees. Room was dirty and damaged as listed below:

1.Damaged door on main storage chest that conceals refrigerator.
2.Food wrappers and dirt between bed and wall.
3.Lack of sweeping/mopping of the floor.
4.Mold/mildew/rust in and around bathroom, including door jamb, tile, and tub.
5.Ceiling and wall finishes peeling from drywall, partially repaired/patched drywall.
6.Damage to bathroom door handle.
7.Punch hole in bathroom door.
8.Scratches in door finish (guessing from animal).
9.Old smoke smell in hallways and in our room; I had requested a non-smoking room.

Truly sad that the neither property management or Expedia feel compelled to consider even a partial refund for the shape the room was in. I submitted pictures of the condition of the room nearly a week ago and have yet to hear back from Expedia. Will not stay at this hotel again and will likely use other online booking services in the future.

The room was not worth what we paid. The room was not very clean; the door inside was filthy with greasy looking hand prints, the floor was kind of sticky, curtains were falling down. The bedding was cheap and the blanket was thin and ruff. Not a very good breakfast either.

Property is poorly maintained with broken fixtures, outdated windows and dusty \"bar\" area that hasn't been used in years. Stains on furniture and floors. All floors in the room have been replaced with cheap linoleum that isn't even laid properly. Bathroom door in our room was replaced at some point (you could tell it was a cheap replacement) and was never painted.

We stayed only because we didn't see any bugs, so that's a plus, but we would never stay here again.

You could tell it used to be a nice hotel but hasn't been updated or even upkept properly. Maybe private/family owned now. I think they're trying, but they definitely aren't investing in the property.

First of all the price quote by Expedia was not the end result. It was close to $100 dollars extra. Not cool. The place was filthy and the service was poor to none, the breakfast room was 50 degrees. And more. Never again. Expedia should refund the additional cost. Could have gone to a cleaner 50 a night motel.

There was not a hot tub, they covered it up in the last 4 years. We found part of a weave by the pool. We couldn't use one of the plugs in our room because it had something stuck in it and there was a huge gap under a lot of the room doors. We asked for extra towels and got one.

First time I was ever charged a refundable deposit for a hotel room, that was odd. Staff didnt seem too eager or friendly.
We took the stairs to the 3rd floor since it was closer to our room than the one elevator they had, only to get to the top and see that there was no way to open the door from that side.
Everyday the hallways either smelt a little like cigarette smoke/weed or mold, so that was gross.
Overall vibe was just a little odd.

Beware!!

Had to change first room, no heat and room dirty. Moved to second room, warmer but, what do they consider clean? And morning of departure, sitting on bed and a weird bug was crawling on wall behind me. Front desk says they call them seasonal bugs. It's snowing outside, past due their seadon. Yeah, I don't do bugs near or in beds. Will not be returning. I have pictures but it won't let me upload them. Hotel driver is awesome!

While walking through the aisles, or close to the door you can get smell of tobacco and marihuana coming from some rooms.

The last night I spent there, the police spend an hour trying to arrest the guy on the room beside me. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I was scared of what could’ve happened.

They also make you leave a $30 dollar cash deposit.

Sink was clogged and bathroom door in poor condition. Sofa on my room had some stains.

From the pictures it looked like it was going to be decent. Those were wrong. The entire place is a landlord makeover dream. Toilet was broken. People drinking and partying at 1130pm in the pool. Like5 people sitting outside the door smoking. The entire hall smells like weed. The bedframe was broken. The walls were stained and dirty. The bathroom was gross. We checked in at 3 and checked out when we got back from our event at 930. I wouldn't stay there if it was free.
