We highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also loved the area surrounding the hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Taipei

Amazing little gem in Taipei! I booked a normally priced room and wasn’t expected to be upgraded to the Penthouse suite! One of the best stay in my life. I highly recommend this hotel and would give it 6 stars if I could!

The room is large and simply but nicely decorated. Nice plush robes and slippers to use. Shower and a large tub (that you can sit in and watch tv at the same time!).
24 hour snacks, coffees, waters AND chocolate soft serve icecream - got weak in the knees when we found this out!
Overlooks a school, but is been surprisingly quiet considering we are in the ❤️ of Taipei.

Homely stay

It's always a great time staying at Chez Nous in Taipei. The hotel is cozy but very well furnished and looked after. The staff always greet you with a warm smile and are eager to provide assistance whenver needed. The only issue this time was the bathroom sliding doors seem to need a repair as they actually would not close entirely. As always, I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

I had a great stay at chez nous. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast food was awesome. I also arrived during a typhoon when everything was closed but they had complimentary Taiwanese porridge available in their restaurant which saved the day! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

The staff provided excellent service as usual, especially Hiko & Ivy.

Although I was able to receive a room upgrade from my VIP member tier, I couldn't help but notice that the room required some maintenance. The rain shower had a leak, the paint was starting to diminish, and the blinds were not fully adjustable. Overall, the upgraded room did not quite meet the standard I would expect from my original room type which I’ve stayed multiple times. I appreciate the gesture of the room upgrade, but hope these maintenance issues can be addressed for a more seamless guest experience in the future.

Clean and Comfortable Stay

After reading the good reviews about its space and balcony, we booked a 25m room for more space. However our room looks like a standard hotel room and we did not get a balcony. It would be helpful to put into the hotel booking description which are the rooms that has a balcony. We had to rearranged the room to accommodate our 2 large luggage bags to be easily accessible and yet out of the way for a walking area. After that was sorted out we did enjoyed our stay here.

Housekeeping was great. The room floorboard was clean. The huge king bed was comfortable and clean. It is bigger than a standard king sized bed. The bedding were top-notch. The toilet and towels were clean. The toilet seat was heated and fitted with electronic bidet’s selections.

Drinks were provided free in the room. And a fantastic 24 hours free coffee, sparkling water, and snacks station is available at the lobby. Love their good coffees and sparkling water!!

The breakfast was good and sufficient. The chefs cooked a different variety every day. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located. The Da’an metro station was only a 5-minutes walk away, passing the high school field. Taxis were easily available too.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good stay.

Definitely come again! 頻繁旅行住過的酒店也不少了，但像司旅這般服務貼心入微的真是不多，他們待客如家人，總會提醒你去喝杯熱茶或咖啡，看你大包小包騰不出手，他們主動來幫你按電梯，並總是打招呼笑臉相迎。酒店不大，但非常溫馨。再說說房間，空間寬敞，浴室也明亮，床品超舒服，讓我調時差容易很多。自助早餐種類雖有限，但都十分可口，而且中西葷素都顧到。下次若回台灣，司旅是我的首選。

First time stay 4 nights in this quaint boutique hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk from MRT stations. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean but for 2 adults and lots of luggage we were barely able to move around the room. For our 23 days visit in Taipei, we’ve stayed in 4 different hotels. Chez Nous is a little gem in the city. Next time we will have to pay more and upgrade to a bigger room!!

This is in a quiet location right in front of a schools running track. There is a balcony with some seats you can relax on and watch the students do school activities if you want.

The room is a unique design with unique soaps.

The areas outside the rooms and the building itself is not that clean. I dont know why hotels still use carpets for common areas.

The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Water flow great and lots of natural light.

I had yet another delightful experience at Chez Nous Hotel in Taipei, since my last visit since December 2022. Throughout my stay, the staff, particularly Hiko, went above and beyond to provide warm and friendly service, which I truly appreciated.

This time, I stayed at Chez Nous Hotel during two separate parts of my trip. However, during my first check-in at midnight Jul 15-18, I encountered a short-haired female staff member who seemed a bit reserved and less helpful. It's possible that she wasn't too pleased about her late shift. I believe providing her with better training could prevent her unwelcoming behavior from affecting the team's efforts.

Despite this minor issue, the overall stay was fantastic for both me and my friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and look forward to returning in the near future. My best wishes go out to the hotel and the entire team!

The hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and couldn’t check into our room but the manager upgraded us to a room we could check into early. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. Only compliant if that the AC doesn’t get as cool as you would like it despite setting the thermostat to 25C (felt more like 28C).

All the staff gave very good service at all times. We were greeted every time when we leave and return to the hotel. Although there was a bar just below the hotel, we totally experienced very peaceful time throughout our 1 week stay except for some occasional sounds from the room next door. The metro station is within minutes walk away and there are ample parking lots just around the hotel area.

Overall enjoyable stay and would stay there again. The room was nice with newer furniture, unique shower and bath fixtures, and plenty of space. One of my favorite hotel bathrooms.

The bed was on the firmer side than I’d prefer. However please note this is a personal preference of someone coming from the U.S. who’s used to softer beds.

Convenient location with MRT station nearby. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants a short walk away.

Only con is the backyard is a school. I could hear yelling from kids/teens.

Chez Nous has become one of my favorite boutique hotel since my last visit in 2018, and I was finally able to return in 2022. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in freezing some food to bring back home to share with my family. I would like to particularly recognize Miko, who was very helpful from the beginning of my stay and even had my room ready early when I arrived early that day for check-in. I will definitely come back to stay at Chez Nous in the future when I visit Taipei, thanks to their fantastic customer service.

Hotel staff kindness and friendly. Raining will remind us to bring umbrella. Windy and cold caring us wear enough to keep warm. It is so touching my heart.
Breakfast also a very nice. Chef will ask us which style the egg we want eg. Scramble egg, sunny shine egg etc. He will make for us immediately. It is other hotel won’t be provide. My home away from home

Chez Nous is my first choice for whenever I am in Taipei. I love the charme, the design, the size, the layout of the rooms. The service is great, the team attentive. The area with lots of cafes, restaurants and department stores ideal. One little whim: The blinds in the room are not very efficient. It can get bright very early in Taipei, so I resort to a sleeping mask. The breakfast is very basic, I do hope that maybe a few extra items, like cereals, will be added in future.

We enjoyed staying at Chez Nous. This small and modern boutique hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Daan MRT station. Try the Chinese breakfast: congee, stir fried vegetables, meat. The western section was a bit limited: white bread with jam. The hotel is located next to a parking lot. We discovered an excellent coffee shop - selling coffee beans from various countries - in the street leading up to the hotel.

I stayed there for two nights. It was my first time there so I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised how attentive the staff were and how nice the rooms are. Even though it is in the middle of town, it was in a very quiet location. I didn't get a chance to use the MRT which was supposedly only a few minutes walk from the hotel, I took taxi which was not expensive. I would definitely come back to stay again.

It was such a wonderful experience staying at chez nous, the room was spacious, clean, smart designed and comfy and has got everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, half Taiwanese half continental served in a quiet and beautiful dining room. Staff was most helpful and couldn't be more friendly. They made me feel like home. Would definitely love to go back if I ever return. Location was a huge plus too!

Small boutique tucked in small alley, about 5 minutes walk to subway station(in between 2 stations). Rooms are not huge but comfortable size. Bathroom was a bit tight. The fog glass was a bit weird if you are traveling with family or friends, a bit see through. But the bathtub was nice, mini fridge offers free drinks, and 4 bottles of water. Breakfast was not very good though, we just had porridge could offer milk and cereal at least. But staffs were super friendly and helpful, so would definitely stay again. There are some restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel’s very nicely maintained.

Our stay could not have been better, the staff provided excellent service, clean rooms, comfortable bed that’s actually soft and not like the usual hard beds common in Asian hotels. Bathroom was clean and modern stocked with quality toiletries and free mini bars restocked with every room make up. They did offer free breakfast but we didn’t get to try it so I can’t anything about it. Overall, I find this hotel to offer 5 star service and product at very affordable price. I would recommend anyone to stay here if in Taipei and would stay here again if given the chance!

Great location - very close to the metro station. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were amazing, we got upgraded to the top floor and our room had 2 balconies which was lovely. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Taipei! The free breakfast was delicious too.

Hotel is conveniently located which i.can walked to the shopping area in 10 min or 5 min to the nearest MRT station. Hotel.room is clean and cosy. It is generally.quiet except sometimes i can see the water sound from neighbouring room. Also breakfast is set and not in buffet style so guests could be eating the same thing if staying for a few days. Also it starts late at 8am so not very good if guests need to catch early flights.
