Perfect location in the Daan district. MRT station right outside of hotel so meant it was super easy to get around without the noise and chaos of being in Ximen (tourist area)
Rooms were spacious and clean, stayed in the 101 view king and the view was spectacular. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Only negative I experienced was the balcony doors don’t open.

We have stayed at the Park Taipei multiple times since 2024, and it never disappoints.

Its location is extremely convenient, close to multiple forms of transportation. An entrance to the Red MRT line sits at the entrance to the hotel. Proximity to Xinyi Road also guarantees access to multiple bus lines. Taxis abound.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the superior room with a seating area gives a next level of comfort at nominal additional cost.

The service at the hotel is exemplary and embodies the best of Taiwanese standards of hospitality. The staff are kind and professional, always eager to help. We purchased some freshly made Taiwanese dumplings that required storage in a freezer, and were delighted when the reception immediately and agreeably satisfied our request. This is truly above and beyond.

Follow-up to my Check In Review:
Room Safe failed to open the first early morning because the battery cover located inside safe (taped on) came loose and lost power to display and to operate. Morning hotel staff and security showed little interest and competence in opening the safe. Out of frustration and many attempts to open it, the display returned and I was able to open the safe. The Hotel Manager sought me out the evening of the following day and had the room safe replaced.
The bidet wash functions didn't seem to work; by trial we found that if you use seat covers, it could block and disable occupancy sensor on the unit.
Room seemed tired.

My go-to hotel in Taiwan. The location is excellent with subway station right in front of the hotel. There are restaurants around the property. 2-3 minutes walk either way to convenience store. Staffs are very nice and attentive.

We usuaally stay at Marriott chain hotels and decided to try a different brand this time. We were happily surprised with our new choice - will definitely come back again and again.

Andy and staff at the Park Hotel Taipei were most accommodating, they went over and beyond to address all our requests. The check-in and check out processes were easy and speedy.

This hotel is very clean and modern. It is located at the heart of the East side of the city, very convenient. The new lounge was comfortable and sleek.

We love the welcoming and non-frail approach of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Taipei!

This hotel is pretty disappointing. The bathroom towels are grayish. Rooms are cleaned only every other day (but they’ll do daily if you ask).
Right when you enter you can already see dust, and the view is a building crane plus a playground. Really surprised!

I initially chose this hotel for a 7-night stay to visit Taipei (with my 2 grown kids) because it offered 3 beds and was close to a metro stop. I am so glad I did! The hotel has a few signs of age, but overall it's well-maintained and I have nothing to complain about. Our room was facing the MRT Brown/Wenhu line, but we could barely hear it and never noticed it. The showers water pressure was very good and hot water was very hot (something to consider if you have little kids, but great for adults). The staff was all very attentive when we had questions or requests. The Daan MRT Red line station is literally in front of the hotel exit, and this was extremely convenient. The only slightly downside we encountered is the attached restaurant - I'm not sure if it's (Swensen's) is related to the hotel, but unfortunately the food is only so-so - very average American-type food (slightly worse than Denny's). That said, there's plenty of restaurants near the hotel where you can get breakfast from.

Good location: 10 steps to the Daan subway station #6 exit. Lots of restaurants and shops are near by walking distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Not so Good: Lobby are small and noise. There are only 2 elevators and they are small. We often had to wait a while to get down. The bathroom is small and they only clean the room every other day. It get confused sometime if you skip a clean day. The corner of the floor and window frame has lots of dust.

Bed was good and they provided complementary bottles of water. Only negative I would give is the shower area might need a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Hotel is in a very convenient location with a metro station in front of the building. Room was spacious, clean, had a good bathroom, and an amazing view of Taipei 101. In terms of parking, Park Taipei hotel is conveniently located next to MRT, which is one of the important reasons we decide to stay in this place. Excellent location plus well-maintained surrounding and kind manner of concierge make staying in the hotel a pleasant choice.

Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that housekeeping is only provided on alternate days unless a special request is made. As we were travelling with a toddler, I requested daily cleaning. However, the cup in our room was not washed until the final night of our stay.

On the first night, the cleaner left our room door unlocked, which meant anyone could have accessed our belongings. I informed the hotel upon our return, but was only told that they would check the CCTV, with no further follow-up.

On the second night, the cleaner removed our access card that was left in the card slot for electricity.

On a positive note, the hotel is very conveniently located near the train station. However, there is no water dispenser or refill station, so guests need to go down to the reception to obtain water.

The location is excellent. Almost all of our sight seeing were stops along the Red MTR line, which has an station exit right in front of the hotel. Nice stroll to Taipei 101 or Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial. Room is spacious, clean and well lit. Very quiet at night, honestly all the things you would look for in an hotel room.

Room was clean, and the hotel was just steps away from the MRT. We had a slight issue with the shower door, but all it took was a call to housekeeping, and problem was solved. Overall, this was a good hotel to stay. Ended well as the hotel called for a taxi to the airport - and a discount was given as well. A good stay.

This hotel was a terrible experience. It is tired and has not been updated in many years. Upon check in, we discovered fresh blood on the pillow case, the television channels did not work, and overall the room smelled musty and dirty. This was brought to the attention of the front desk and absolutely nothing was done. A huge disappoint considering the price they charge.

Excellent stay at Park Taipei! The extremely professional staff makes everything easy. Very comfortable and spacious room with view of the Taipei 101 tower. Excellent location with a number of restaurants, cafés and nightlife nearby (and a metro stop less than 20 m from the front door.) This is my fourth time staying ant Park Taipei and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!
