We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was comfortably large enough for our family. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The hotel was easy to find and close to both Rennes city centre and the ring road surrounding the city.
The only two small criticisms were that the accommodation was quite stark, which was exasperated by the size of the rooms, and that the height of the shower barely catered for my average height. If I had been taller then I would have had to crouch to wash my hair.

A fine choice for a brief stay. Great value, friendly staff, nice breakfast. A bit rowdy as it's mostly short-term student accommodations, but that didn't really interfere with an overall restful stay.

The room was clean, reasonably modern, and well kept. The kitchenette was clean and was fairly well-equipped. It is not particularly luxurious, but it is nice given the price. The location is quiet, in a neighbourhood with several other hotels and various office buildings. It is about a 20 minute walk from the University of Rennes 2 and about a 10 minute walk from the Kennedy metro station.

They should have taken another month or two to finish renovations. Smells like paint, no phone in the room, body wash taped to the wall the wrong way, very rude staff. Went to my room and toilet wasn't flushed (wondered if anyone washed it) and asked for another room. Asked if there was an elevator to take me up (with luggage) and was told I had to take stairs. Turns out they did have an elevator. Ugly, middle of nowhere.

The first hurdle we encountered was the fact that the reception is only open during certain hours, and I had to dial internationally for several minutes to get the access code beforehand. That, plus the hotel is quite far from good transport links - but shops and the city centre are all within 15-30mins walking distance. On the positive, the staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful; the room - though not huge - was perfectly adequate; the bathroom much cleaner than I expected and the kitchen not only reasonably kitted out, but also clean! The only problem was the heating - there was only one radiator in the main room but it was blocked by furniture which prevented the heat from circulating, and was actually a major fire hazard. All in all, though, very happy and would definitely consider staying there again.

The only issue was with the towels, only one single towel is given for a 4-nights stay. It is really disappointing, even cheaper hotels do supply a big towel for the body and a small one for the face. Notre séjour fut bref (une nuit seulement!), mais nous avons pu jauger de la bonne qualité de la propreté de l'établissement hôtelier, et de la gentillesse, de la courtoisie, de la politesse de tout son personnel. Notre petit déjeuner fut excellent notamment avec des miels de bonne qualité. En plus, je recommande le miel produit derrière l'hôtel (excellent). Au total, le rapport qualité/ prix de cet hébergement hôtelier est très bon.

Résidence bien située, le centre-ville de Rennes n'est pas très loin. L'appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Très bruyant la nuit du 31 décembre, certains font la fête dans les appartements avec la musique à fond et les odeurs de cigarette arrivaient dans notre appartement par la salle de bain.

Concernant l'appartement , rien à signaler : il était propre et fonctionnel.
Toutefois beaucoup de petits désagréments :
- pas de précision dans l'annonce que le parking était payant
- nous avons failli ne pas avoir de lit bébé alors que lors la réservation j'avais bien spécifié que je voulais un lit bébé et que j'avais appelé quelques jours avant notre arrivée pour savoir si ma demande avait été prise en compte : au final quelques heures avant notre arrivée j'ai reçu un email me disant que je n'aurais pas de lit bébé ey à notre arrivé le lit bébé était là...
Concernant le lit bébé : un drap adapté au lit aurait été le bienvenue car nous avons un drap deux personnes et j'ai du bricolé pour que mon bébé soit en sécurité
