This was such a great stay. The room was impeccable, very big and the staff was so friendly. The location was centrally located to everywhere I needed to walk to, by tram or train. I would definitely stay again.

The thinnest pillow in the whole of Germany & there’s many thin pillows in Germany!!
I’m not used to there not being any staff around so that was strange & a bit annoying as I couldn’t get in to check in to start with.
Something in the room kept telling me it was connected throughout the night, none of my gadgets but I assumed it was the iPad type device under the tv - no idea what that was there for, I didn’t use it.
I also had someone (possibly a member of staff) open my door & try to come into the room after I had arrived with no explanation of why.
It was a comfortable but basic room (reflecting the price paid) but close to the city centre & all the attractions.

Although the rooms we stayed in, two junior suites, were spacious and comfortable, we found the breakfast situation dreadful. There were 7 of us, including 4 youngsters, and on the first morning there was just no place to seat us all together. The breakfast room was narrow and small and the lady in charge of it was miserable. When I asked politely for gluten free bread, admittedly in broken German, she became angry and chanted that she didn’t speak English. She watched us all like a hawk, and on the second day, even though I secured a table for us, I was made to feel uncomfortable as she kept watching our every move. We are not used to this and we’re not able to relax and enjoy our breakfast. We enjoyed our trip to Bremen in all other aspects, apart from this🙁

The lady at the service desk was really friendly and very efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable. Really centrally located for the tram. The one thing that i would like it tea and coffee facilities available in the evening. Would definitely stay again and highly recomend

The room and bedding was clean.
There were plenty of electric sockets but the bathroom did not really have an area next to the basin to place your washbag, make up and so on.
Breakfast was good. Nice breakfast rolls and meat/ cheese selection.
Friendly breakfast staff.
Room service ????. Our daughter with family stayed there two and since no daily room service the dirty nappies were a sittuation. In the end the reception gave them a black bin liner. We had to ask for clean towles.
The hotel is very close to the Wall park which leads on to the Dom and Market Square. So very good for the sights.
For us a bad point, NO tea/ coffee facility in the rooms. There is a coffee machine in the breakfast room which is open until 6pm. But we like a hot drink in the evening when we come back in to our room, so there was nothing, not even a coffee shop near by.

This is not a fancy hotel, and while it has an elevator, there are a few steps to navigate within, but we slept comfortably and what the room lacked in expensive furniture was more than made up for by location. You can walk from train station, you can walk to a beautiful park, and you can walk to the gorgeous, historical town center. Good restaurants are also within walking distance. Best of all, you get a fabulous German breakfast at the hotel.

So, for Americans like us, keep in mind that this is a hotel targeting mainly european leisure travelers looking for minimal amenities. Which means all single (twin) beds. A double bed is just two twins placed next to each other. One pillow, small single person blanket, reception closed at 8. But, extra pillows amd towels are happily provided on request and there is an after hours number for emergencies.

Once you account for all that, this is a great hotel. 5 min. walk to Bremen center. Large, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Good breakfast every morning.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Top Hotel Bremen forget the others

Very friendly and the staff know all the best restaurants and sightseeing places. The international Breakfast buffet was always topped up fresh a good variety of food and dessert. Definitely worth staying and enjoying Bremen.

À proximité immédiate du centre-ville, pas de difficulté pour se garer dans la rue.
L'hôtel en lui même ne paie pas mine, correct, sans plus, les communs auraient besoin d'un rafraichissement. Chambre très spacieuse avec deux chambres, bien équipée, mais rénovation et meubles disparates (exemple : cabine de douche toute neuve mais vieux tapis hors d'âge par terre ... étrange). Ok pour une nuit de passage.

Rigtig fint værelse, der fremstod som på billederne. Dog meget lydt mellem rummene og nogle meget knirkende døre. God seng, pænt badeværelse men dog også en renovering uden den sidste finish, og et slidt badeværelse.
God morgenmad, savnede dog skilte ved kødet.
Vi var heldige at få gratis parkering på gaden lige foran bygningen. I gåafstand til park og by.

Helt OK hotell med en fin beliggenhet for å utforske gamlebyen i Bremen. Bygningen er eldre, med trange ganger og mange trinn. Rommet vendte ut mot en trang luftegård med mye støy fra ventilasjonsanlegg. Frokostsalen er liten og det blir ikke en rolig frokost med mange gjester tilstede.

Nice hotel, but check-in can be improved.

I was a bit shocked when I arrived around 19:00 since the reception for check-in has already closed, it was not 24Hours! I tried to call the number stated on the hotel’s door multiple times but nobody answered. And the message from the hotel that I got before hand, was that if the I would arrive later, then I should inform in advance, and I forgot to do that. I thought that I needed to go to other hotel to stay already. But luckily somebody answered my call after maybe around 15 to 20 minutes, and I could get the door’s card/key. The hotel should have sent the information about the door key to the email even without the customer requested or asked by phone.

Besides that, the negative things about this hotel is that if you bring many luggages then it will be quite inconvenient for you, since you need to lift them through some stairs even though they have elevator.

Another negative thing is that this hotel doesn’t provide a water kettle, which is important for some people.

Other than that, everything was good, clean and comfortable.

Zimmer schick und modern, aber hellhörig, wenn jemand im Flur ist.

TV leider nur Radio Sender abgespeichert, egal welche quelle man wählt.

Im Badezimmer fehlt meiner Meinung eine Heizung. In der Dusche fehlte leider das Dusch Shampoo, Halterung war ohne Inhalt vorhanden.

Bei Sauberkeit gibt es nur 4 Sterne, da noch lange schwarze Haare im Zimmer/Badezimmer waren.


Frühstück war sehr gut, toll angerichtet. Hätte mir Quark gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau;)

Bereits der Empfang bei Ankunft konnte in punkto Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit kaum getoppt werden.

Auf Anliegen wurde sofort eingegangen und Lösungen herbeigeführt.
Unser Zimmer in der 3. Etage war top. Begeistert sind wir auch von den kleinen Klimageräten (richtige Klimageräte, kein Miefquirl!), die uns an den heißen Tagen (> 30 ° C) den Aufenthalt im Zimmer erleichtert haben.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Was die Küchenfee hier zaubert, verdient für sich schon 5 Sterne. Brot, Brötchen diverser Sorten, Wurst und Käseplatten, Lachs, Fleischsalat,
Obstsalat, Quark... Es fehlt an nichts!

Und ein absolutes Highlight: Der Kaffeeautomat im Frühstücksraum kann über den ganzen Tag genutzt werden. Der Kaffee ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Und solange Vorrat reicht, liegen gar kleine kostenlose Croissants bereit. So haben wir das selbst in 5-Sterne-Häusern bisher nicht erlebt.

Die Innenstadt ist vom Hotel fußläufig in wenigen Minuten durch einen Park erreichbar.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.
Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Innenstadt.
Die Eierlikör-Creme als Aufstrich am Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Es gab noch mehr ausgefallene Aufstriche. Auch sonst gibt es hier nichts zu meckern. Freundliches Personal. Der Kaffeeautomat ist den ganzen Tag über zugänglich und man kann sich Kaffee to Go mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Eine tolle Sache. Allerdings ist das Hotel nicht barrierefrei, was bei uns aber kein Problem war.

Très compliqué d'accès si vous avez une voiture, le parking de l'hotel est totalement inaccessible et non réservable, le parking proposé est à 15mn à pieds et est plus cher qu'annoncé par l'hôtel. Difficile d'accès pour les personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer (des marches à l'entrée, avant les ascenseurs, aux étages pour se rendre dans les chambres...). L'accueil est peu aimable, très impersonnel, pas à l'écoute et aucune aide proposée au client. Attention, réception fermée à 18h. Par contre hotel très bien placé par rapport au centre ville.
