The location is marvelous and there is an underground station a block away so it is easy to navigate the city. It is very close to museum quarters , walking distance. There is a marvelous cake place right down stairs AIDA .
Staff is very prompt to respond and they solve the issues fairly quickly.
Place is good for the price value, it is not luxurious but it is warm, safe and has noise isolation.

I would just ask the staff to upgrade the bedding, besides that it is a very comfortable place to stay and I would go back.

The location is really good. Near the subway and a lot of different cafes around for a coffee and smth sweet. But no restaurants with the national food o smth, you need to go to the Habsburg castle area.

The room is a bit small, but clean.
The shower has hot water, soaps and stuffs for bathing.
Only 1 towel per person and no feet towel, no sleepers so it was a bit uncomfortable especially when you are in the bathroom. But the room was easy to find and check in, warm and clean.

I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking.

The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy.

The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best thing about this apartment was when I was leaving.

Really difficult to find. The address advertised is incomplete. We messaged and called but no answer. We walked for ages and got lucky when we found a place with a similar name who's owner had redirected many other guests looking for the same place. Once we'd found the place, the self check in was simple. In future, we'll pay a little more and not suffer. Google maps doesnt list the place and there's no signs above the door, so even when you have found it, you still can't be certain.

The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night.

We arrived in the evening to a very disappointing room . The first thing we noticed was the awful smell , it was a mix of stale tobacco and musty. Then on further looking around there were hairs on the bed , fluff on the floor and the room was so very small , with 1 coat hanger for two women for a 3 day stay ! No tea/ coffee making facilities. No plug in the bathroom sink . We rang the number as advertised if there was any problems ... It took several messages and about 40 hours before anyone came with a few more hangers, an old dirty kettle, two cups and 2 towels ( which were hard and crusty to touch ). We asked several times to be moved to a different room or refund so we could go to a different hotel without any lick . We were just told to be patient and wait for a response!This cost us a lot of money for 3 nights , we were so very disappointed and unhappy with our stay .

Absolutely terrible. Lack of communication from the staff and we were kicked out of our room due to “an overbooking issue” they did move us to a room across the city but much more out of the way of everything downtown. Definitely not the same location we had paid for. Staff was rude and refused to return calls or texts in a timely manner especially when it came to check in information. I would highly recommend staying here! That is if you wish to have the most complicated, stress-inducing, frustrating, disrespectful, god-forsaken stay of your entire life. My uncle had a more comfortable stay in a hole in the ground during desert storm. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hotel. We had paid extra for a late checkout yet were still pushed and rushed out of our room 30 minutes before checkout. I had to answer the door in my thong to be welcomed by a man smoking a cigarette in my face telling me we had 10 minutes to evacuate the room for cleaning. Not sure what they could’ve possibly been in such a rush to clean. Perhaps the noticeable smell of mold in the walls? This was the most on top of things they had been throughout the entire stay. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was a dismembered corpse in the walls. I believe there would be better vacation accommodations on the back side of satans taint. At this point, only God may be able to forgive the heinous acts this hotel put us through. I will pray for you. Thank you and goodnight.

This was my worst experience because of the following:
1. The property is like 15 minutes away from the location it says in the map.
2. The bathroom smelled like pee, and the floors had dust
3. The heating didn’t work. I got sick because of the cold wind that entered through some space in the windows. This property only has one external person that helps with issues and he was no use.
4. The bed was awful! I couldn’t sleep well.

There should be refunding possibilities to avoid the existence of places like this…. I truly had the worst time. And now I’m sick. So thank you.

Please save yourself the pain and don’t book here.

I don’t know where to start, horrific. Hard to find, nothing like the pictures, I had to buy my own pillow because they were like 20 years old and totally destroyed, no kitchen as in the photo, stained and filthy lounge and you will need to remember 3 different pass codes to get into your stay. It almost ruined my holiday as I was in a bad mood throughout my stay. So so so angry and disappointed, very not an Austrian level of stay, think of it as a hostel ran by crack heads.

The room itself was fine for only 2 nights but the location was not so convenient. Public transportation was easy for this location though. We had a situation the second night of our stay at 1:00AM the day of our extremely early flight. The lock was broken and the codes on the door wouldn’t work. We waited over an hour and there were 2 people that had waited over 2 hours for someone to come fix the entrance door. I wasn’t sure why they didn’t come earlier for the couple. Although this wasn’t their fault that the lock broke the way they handled it after was not accommodative for the inconvenience. I would not stay here again. They also refused to give us a discount for that night after we helped open the door.

I like that it is near the metro station and near restaurants and convenience stores.
However the address is wrong and it is really difficult to find the place since there is no sign or any distinctive to tell you about the place. It take us like 30 minutes to find it.
When you finally find it, there is no body to help you with the check in. You will need internet connection to contact the administrator via Whatsapp and he will give you the codes to open the doors and get in your room.
The place is fine, however the difficulty at the beginning, ruin the whole experience.

Not a place I would recommend.

Shows up in Google doc about a mile away. The actual location is very convenient to a subway exit. The room has very little (no chair, no hand towel, no shower mat which caused very wet floor after a shower with their glass covering only half of the shower area). The window faces a main road with lots of people talking loudly through easily 2 am and bad being on the first floor (not exactly hotel’s fault. Staff was very responsive to my concerns. Price is good no I guess you get what you pay for.

Lots of potential but needs lots of improvement.

Location was great amd although not personal, they have great response via whatsapp. However, pillows are horrible -- feel like cotton balls spread out in the pullowcase, no hand towels in the bathroom, barhroom floods with water after every shower due to open shower and they don't place a bath matt or towel of any kind. The TV did not work the entire stay due to no wifi reception.

Location is excellent can easily walk into town past all the shops and cafe.

But note the address inside hotels.com is W R O N G !!! If you follow that you will be 10 mins walk from the actual address which is 101 Mariahilfer strasse … this was very frustrating given we had family and 4 suitcases !! Ensure to download the UBER app for taxi etc

Note wifi in room is ok but impossible to connect the TV to wifi

Loved the location. Right on the main walking street, next to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Minutes from the subway. There is no staff in the location, which didn't bother us and whenever we had some questions they were promptly answered via WhatsApp.
The room furnishing was rather basic. There was no AC in the room, which was a problem on one of the days stayed. The WiFi was spotty and the tv didn't work. The room was very clean, but there was some soapy resedue on the vinyl floor.

Era 1 cama de casal e uma cama desconfortavelO quarto era para 3, com uma cama de casal e outra dobravel, essa era extremamente dura. Na janela não tinha cortina black-out e a janela logo a frente possuía luz que piscava durante toda a noite atrapalhando de dormir.
Quarto muito pequeno para 3 pessoas. Roupa de cama parecia que estava usada. Água quente do chuveiro durou apenas 1 banho. O pior lugar que hospedamos!!! Decepcionadissimos.

La pulizia non era il massimo, la finestra aveva un vetro rotto, in bagno mancava la mensola sopra il lavandino c'erano solo i supporti fissati al muro ( sporgenti una decina di centimetri risultando pericolosi) quando ci si lava il viso si doveva stare attenti a non ferirsi...... per finire ho prenotato per 3 persone e sul divano letto ho dovuto mettere io le lenzuola e mancava il cuscino.

Preis/Leistung ist gut. Hier sollte daher kein Luxus erwartet werden. Einfaches Apartment für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
WLAN funktionierte nicht, daher auch der TV nicht. Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher wären praktisch. Aber alles kein Weltuntergang.
Mit der Anleitung für den Check-in funktionierte über deren Website nicht. Auf Nachfrage per Mail, habe ich diese aber sofort erhalten. Damit kann man bei früher Anreise das Gepäck immerhin in den Gemeibschaftsbereich (nicht bewacht) abstellen. Erreichbarkeit per WhatsApp auch sehr schnell. Die Lage ist top!

Nao havia pano de chão no banheiro e o papel higiênico elfou insuficiente e tivemos que comprar e sem calefacao.
Nao havia cortinas nas janelas, horrível de dormir.

Minúsculo y con un baño siempre inundado

La ducha inevitablemente inundaba el resto del minúsculo baño, y no había fregona, y ni siquiera alguna toalla que se pudiera usar para poder secar el suelo y no dejarlo todo empapado, ya que solamente había 1 toalla por persona.
Sin aire acondicionado, con los 36º que hacía esos días era horrible. Solamente un par de ventiladores, uno de ellos que apenas se notaba. El espacio con el sofá cama abierto no dejaba sitio para nada. No había tampoco menaje de cocina. En general, muy muy básico todo.

A not-so-cheap (in cost) cheap (in quality) hotel in the center of Vienna. A large appartment sectionned in rooms, some of them very small and inconvenient. No human being except the cleaning person... who only clean your room after you leave: during my whole week there the room wasn't cleaned! A poor last minute choice for a week with a large convention in the city. Bad experience, I would not recommend.
