L’hôtel est très bien. Seuls bémols la gestion du parking à 8 euro le 12 heures et assurance qualité au niveau du ménage… serviette manquante et une oreillée sans taie. Le quartier est peu interessant par contre à côté d’un grand centre d’achat.

Staff were extremely helpful, lovely large room for our family clean and tidy with proper beds for everyone. we had 2 singles and one double very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyed but all which is impressive for our very fussy young child. Just off the motorway was very simple to get to with car parking. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great modern hotel on the outskirts of Lille and adjacent to a shopping centre. Room was considerably larger than other B&B Hotels I have stayed at. Very well kept and staff very helpful.
Parking is on level -3 of the adjacent Lillenium multi-storey car park (signed from the road) with a lift directly to the hotel.

Was very basic, much like a hostel. The breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly and nice. Parking is underground in the mall that is next to the hotel. Lots of parking available at 8€ for 12 hours.

It was a good stay. Typical European hotel room – Small and we had two twin beds. Restaurant was good and food was tasty.. Thankfully there was hand soap available because I had forgotten to bring mine from home. And it had a very nice flavor. It was really nice and worked really well as shampoo also

It was nice that they did proper family rooms with a double and 2 single beds. So many hotels class a pull out sofa bed as a family room.

Reasonably cheap hotel which we used as a base for travelling into the centre of Lille or driving out to the surrounding areas. Hotel is clean but limited dining facilities in the hotel and surrounding area so recommend getting the metro into the city centre.

Bit of a walk into the main part of Lille from hotel but was nice to walk through places we might not have seen.
Hotel being attached to shopping centre was convenient too popping out for food and a look around.

Certainly didn’t like the fact that there was no complimentary tea/ coffee or kettle in the rooms. The wifi connectivity was also a stinker; very unstable.

The hotel is new and clean. Conveniently located near a mall so shopping is very easy. If you need anything to buy in the supermarket its just a few steps away. Prices in the bearby supermarket is very reasonable too. Lille France is a great place to visit.

Reason hotel

Our room wasn't ready until after 2.30pm but it was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Friendly staff on reception and the issues we had were resolved quickly, ie. the bathroom had a sliding door that wasn't fitted correctly and fell off. The room does have aircon but is not great and the windows do not open so it got quite warm. Hotel has a bar but it closes at 11pm which is a shame as not really anything else in the area. Breakfast had a good selection, but it can get busy at certain times. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of town with a good public transport link. A bit of a strange arrangement with parking in that you have go out and back into the car park every 24 hours to get a new ticket as it shares the car park with the shopping centre next door.

Pour le déménagement de notre fille, nous avons réservé une chambre familiale qui était parfaite .
Nous avons pu dîner avec une carte restreinte mais très bien, ce qui nous a évité de ressortir de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien et très varié !

Je recommande cet hôtel, chambre propre et spacieuse. Ayant opté pour une chambre supérieure, la mise à disposition de lait pour le corps/crème m'aurait bien été utile car ce séjour à l'hôtel n'était absolument pas prévu.

Bonjour, j'ai été déçu de la prestation, la chambre que j'ai réservée était une chambre confort \"plus\" : la chambre était spacieuse, pas de soucis de se côté là. Mais je n'ai pas pu boire de thé dans ma chambre, il y avait une cafetière pour boire un café, mais même pas une petite bouilloire pour chauffer un peu d'eau 😟et un petit sachet de biscuit pour deux,pas terrible le petit cadeau de bienvenue. Pour les points positifs : la chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain, le lit très confortable et au niveau propreté impeccable.

Bel hôtel avec accueil chaleureux, serviable. L'hôtel a une zone de parking pour ses clients dans le parking de la galerie commerçante, ce qui est bien pratique car les places sont difficiles à trouver à l'extérieur. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié.

L’hôtel en lui même est très bien, un bon rapport qualité prix.
Les chambres sont correct.

Néanmoins je vous conseille de vous garer dans le parking de l’hôtel et de ne pas laisser votre voiture dans la rue si vous êtes pas immatriculé 59. En effet quelle surprise au réveil, quand nous avons découvert un carreau cassé et tout nos effets personnel volé. Nous étions 4 véhicules dans le même cas.
